Hi 😊 My name is Emma Larsen and I'm a certified holistic health coach and yoga instructor currently living in Denmark. As a yoga instructor and health coach, I have a passion for holistic health and I love being able to share that passion with others.
On this channel you will find a variety of classes with different styles, lengths and levels, along with an occasional storytelling and behind the scenes.
Behind the camera is Bjarke. My photographer, film editor, business partner and life partner. Together we decided to create this channel to give more people stillness and relief from the busy everyday life. The intro also felt a bit too long for me and your voice felt unnatural, as if you were trying too hard to make your voice relaxing, I couldn't surrender to the yoga nidra as I am sure you do a great work by creating and sharing this, bringing relaxation and a healing practice!
