- Hi everybody. It’s Emma here! In this audio session, we dive into the profound practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation technique designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation, consciousness and inner peace. This 30-minute class is focused on a long body scan and mindful breathing, guiding you to connect with your body and breath on a deeper level. Enjoy the calming binaural beats in the background, carefully chosen to reduce stress and anxiety.
The extended body scan will help you release tension and become more aware of each part of your body, while the mindful breathing exercises will anchor you in the present moment, fostering a sense of calm and clarity.
No prior experience with Yoga Nidra is necessary; this class is suitable for all levels. All you need is a comfortable place to lie or sit down, a blanket for warmth, and an open mind.

The intro also felt a bit too long for me and your voice felt unnatural, as if you were trying too hard to make your voice relaxing, I couldn't surrender to the yoga nidra as I am sure you do a great work by creating and sharing this, bringing relaxation and a healing practice!
