They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I am writing these words to you so you don't feel lonely anymore. Always remember, don't be depressed about the past, don't worry about the future, just focus on today. If today isn't so great, don't worry! Tomorrow is a new opportunity. When you were speaking of reflecting on what feelings may have transformed during the practice, you also said "and if nothing changed today, that's okay too." I certainly know what those days/practices feel like. I'm grateful for this session bringing about more calm in my nervous system. Yours and Ally's practices are a lifeline for me. I have a stressful afternoon ahead. I stumbled on this recording via search. Never done anything likes this before really, but wow I’ll be doing it again. Thank you. I feel ready to complete the rest of my day and it feels less of a challenge now 🙌🏻🙏🏻

I have had a long day of travelling. Made a little nest in my car headphones in and played this on the ferry. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to relax into it but thought I would try. It was perfect. I feel like I’m arriving home rested and relaxed. Thank you so much Kristyn ❤️🥰.

Hi Cristina, unfortunately we don’t have control over the RUclips placement of ads unless you are signed up for a paid membership (ad-free), so I highly recommend turning off the ‘auto play’ setting on your account so the next video doesn’t begin automatically with ads. You can also set a timer for your device to turn the screen off at x time. These are tips I have found helpful. Thank you so much for being here.
