Welcome to this 40-minute Yoga Nidra guided meditation led by Kristyn Rose. In this session, we will be using Yoga Nidra techniques to journey through the body scan - a rotation of consciousness throughout the body - to explore the Annamaya Kosha, the first and most tangible layer of the self, representing the physical body. Through this deep, restorative practice, you will be gently guided to connect with and become aware of your physical presence, releasing tension and fostering a profound sense of calm. As you journey through this body scan meditation, you'll instil a greater presence within yourself, soothing both body and mind. Relax back into this effortless guided practice; an immersive experience to cultivate inner peace and physical relaxation.

Grateful to see this. Taking some rest before I go into surgery tomorrow (had an accident 2 wks ago and fractured my ankle/fibula :( ). I’ve been doing yoga Nidra for some time now, but with this was the 1st time that I felt the tingling on the whole left part of my body, from head to toe. Only left.

Namaste! 🙏June 16 @ 2:40 P.M. Thank you for this guidance, Kristyn. I guided a similar one with three rounds of 61-points for an April Meditation challenge, and it's interesting being on the receiving end of such a practice. I feel rested and a bit drowsy. SoHum and Bhramari really helped my body rest. My mind did have a bunch of distracting visuals, lol, but eventually, I would find my way back.
If I could make a request for a future practice, please create a chakra journey using a Satyananda-style psychic symbol visualization at each chakra along with the beeja mantras. That paired with Shitali pranayama with gentle breath retention and two rounds of a body scan and the way that you guide deliberate tension and relaxation would be fantastic to experience as you craft your yoga nidras so elegantly.
