- 45 Minute Grounding Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest and Regeneration
Welcome. Join Kristyn Rose in this deeply grounding 45 minute yoga nidra guided meditation practice for deep rest and regeneration. Yoga nidra is an effortless practice where you are guided into the deepest states of relaxation, where the brainwaves slow down and you arrive in a state of wakeful sleep. Here, the body undergoes deep rest, cellular regeneration, which promotes healing and restoring a sleep deficit. During this time of year, grounding practices may feel extra nourishing as we lean into Vata season where things around us feel cold, airy, light, dry, spacious, and ever-changing. Weaving in grounding practices like this can help to restore balance over the long, cold, winter months to come.
Find a comfortable place where you can rest, deeply. Adjust the volume of your head phones and relax back into the experience of just listening. Emerge feeling rested, restored, and renewed.

Deeply healing, grounding and comforting. I woke up an hour too early and that gives me a choice to go back to sleep or receive a nidra practice, choosing the Nidra always leaves me feeling blessed.

I am back today specifically as a module 2 student. I loved the image of the wind through the trees. As the practice end I realise: my body knows what it needs, my mind/psyche and Spirit know what I need. Life itself knows what I need.
Being in a transformative stage in my life where I myself and life circumstances change, having no way of knowing what my life will look like in a year... then this is a comforting thought. It is nice to have moments of deep trust and being able to release control.
And speaking of control... I might plant some seeds of wellness about trusting life and my body.
