Louisville, Kentucky U.S. have been practicing for the last 6 months. This has become a daily part of my recovery process for substance abuse and mental health issues. Eternally grateful ❤
Did it work for you ?and how?! Only if you don't mind answering I've been practicing yoga nidra before sleep for while too to stabilize my mental health but I don't notice quite much change except for being able to connect with my body more like being aware of my body and being able to relax myself but only if I'm already laying in bed or having some rest not when I'm actually doing something and totally awake
Such a beautiful inquiry. Remember that consistency accumulates and the more you practice, the more you will start to notice the therapeutic benefits of Yoga Nidra ripple out and into your daily waking life. For many of us, we have days, weeks, months and somethings years worth of tension or a slee deficit we are living with and this takes time to release and restore. As well, our limiting or negative thought patterns or Samskaras can also be deeply engrooved since childhood so this also takes time to work with the neuroplasticity of the brain to rewire deeply rooted neural pathways and plant the seed of good intention or Sankalpa. Keep going and trust the practice. I am so proud of you and thank you for being here. Namaste.
@@freebee9172I actually love your comment so much because your question is actually the answer😊I hope you are continuing in your journey with ever growing peace and healing❤
This has been a long time coming…My life has changed since I found Yoga Nidra. ❤ I’m a retired health coach, and in my practice I offered Reiki and meditation to my clients. I had never heard of Yoga Nidra at that time or I would have definitely learned to be a teacher of such a healing practice. Kristyn Rose, you are by far one of my favorite teachers! I can’t wait till a new one comes out every week. I love when it’s just your voice. It’s so soothing with no other distractions to draw me away. For a woman who is now 65 years old, this has been the most effective practice of every other modality I’ve ever tried. I give you so much credit for capturing the essence of this beautiful practice. Thank you so much for all your healing beauty! 😊The Earth is a better place with you in it!
I really rely on youtube yoga nidra so I can sleep in spite of pain issues. However I always skip forward to a session with music in the background. The music really increases the relaxation factor. Thank you for what you do. Your voice is very soothing.
Thank you Kristyn, I love all of your yoga nidra practices; I am so gratefull to have found them (you I mean 😊). I mostly practice in the early afternoon, and feel so blessed and relaxed afterwards. I am recovering from a burn-out and insomnia, and now, after a few months, I really feel yoga nidra is so healing for me, in so many ways. I am learning to let go, to trust, to rest. It’s such a great feeling after many years of chronic stress. And your yoga nidra’s are the best. 😍🙏🏻 (I liked this one without any music very much as well!!!) Love from Holland.
Namaste ❤ Thank you so much for this calming Yoga Nidra guided meditation Kristyn Rose 🙏 it has helped me get some rest. Have a beautiful evening Kristyn Rose
I went into this practice feeling hurt and angry, as something had upset me today. I feel so much more space, peace and ease now. Thank you dear Kristyn 🙏💕😌
Thank you so much, Kristyn! I've been feeling a bit checked out since the last Full Moon, and this has helped so much, bringing me back into my body. I am so grateful for all the work you do 🙏 Thank you!
Thank you so much for another beautiful practice. I haven’t practiced for a week and my nervous system had certainly “ramped up”, this was just what I needed. Could I please as a soon to be 54 year old woman request a practice geared towards the passage through menopause. Because of the lack of sleep due to menopause I have found your practices so helpful in the afternoon to get me through my day. I find if I miss my afternoon Nidra as I have done this week, I reach a bit of a crisis point. A question I have wanted to ask too, is it best to practice early afternoon, or do you feel this could inhibit sleep at night. Many thanks….❤️
Thanks for another wonderful meditation 🌱. By the way, I would love another vagus nerve yoga nidra. Those are your best 🌟. And much needed in my recovery from chronic stress burnout.
Beloved Sam, much of my inspiration comes from my own healing journey, across many layers and dimensions, through trauma and grief, physical illness, Spiritual awakening, and unearthing the depths of my human heart. I also gain insights and inspiration from my time in solitude in nature. I also receive many requests from the community here on RUclips and try my best to record and support those who are in need and asking for support. Thank you for being here. With love, Namaste.
Krysten♥️..your and Alley’s nidras have sustained me through several years of trauma and loss..and my gratitude is boundless🙏🙇♀️…I was wondering if it is possible to speak with you about my practice, and how much I have gone through, feeling like I perhaps might be feeling some benefits in daily life , but I remain fairly dysregulated..i am a bit confused..I practice daily, sometimes twice…since the middle of 2020..the time that I practice I always a refuge, and I wonder if it is just a long journey, to heal, for me 🤔..I saw a post for an informational calendly appt, but not sure that is appropriate?..thankyou for ll that you do, and are🥰..much love, so many blessings..my name is Kira..
Kira dear, thank you so much for reaching out. Please know that I do offer one on one privates by donation on sliding scale. The calendly link is there to book application calls with me for any one of our 3 online yoga teacher trainings, but you can also book a call to reserve a time for a private conversation or consultation. I am so happy to support you here and offer insight and guidance, for these practices have truly changed my life. When booking the call, just place a note of what the intention for the call is. I am so excited to connect with you. With love, Namaste.
