    I’m super excited to share this yoga stretch with you because it’s a class I know I'll be coming back to whenever my hips need it. It’s amazing for loosening up those tight spots and getting your heart pumping just right. So, take your deepest breaths and let go of all that tension that doesn’t serve you physically or mentally.
    Plus, who knew that stretching your hips could be so much fun? It’s like giving your hips a spa day, minus the cucumbers on your eyes. 🥒😉
