Today’s episode is a milestone. Back in March 2020, when COVID shut down my community yoga class, I discovered Yoga with Adriene. I started at the beginning with the very first video and as of this morning, have worked through all 741 of them, saving 124 to my personal playlist along the way. Thank you Adriene. It’s been quite a journey, one who has just begun.

Wow... thank you for this. I had a tough time sleeping last night because my hips were bothering me. I woke up and saw this notification and thought "this is absolutely for me!" It helped ground me on this Monday morning.

Did this practice today an hour before third session couples counseling. This is part of my personal therapy since 2016 for plantar fasciitis and still now for my mental health. Thank you for teaching me how to remember my breath and listen to my body. Grateful for moments to just sit with the earth and for my first Fall in a new state, i committed to myself to do yoga outside as long as I can stand it and put my bare body on the earth.

I have been practicing along with your yoga videos for tension, back pain, and hip tightness for the past few years due to chronic pain. This video happens to incorporate many of my favorite stretches for tackling the day! Exercising with you always helps prepare me for the day's demands. ❤

This video was released just in time for me. I have been having problems with my hips for years. I'm young, 26, but I'm overweight with long history of horse riding that did a number on my joints, but especially hips. I have been more active and eating better since January, as part of my depression and anxiety recovery, and for about a week, my right hip was bothering me when lying down (I tend to sleep on my right hip every single night). For a few days, I was thinking I should really find time to look on your videos, because it seems like you have yoga video for everything. And here it is, without even looking!

Doing this at 4am to find lower back pain relief and it's the best feeling. All I had o do was close my eyes and follow Adrienes voice. So grateful 🙏
This worked wonderfully in the evening too, after a long day of sitting down in the office. Nice, soft pace to get the stress and the anxiety levels down but still some movement and stretching to get the blood flowing. Beautiful yoga practice Adriene, that was just the gentle practice, I needed today. Last night I had a Fibromyalgia flare up, and today I have a very heavy cold. So instead of doing this in the morning, I'm actually doing before I go back to bed to rest. It was hard to breath deep with my nose, but I tried my best. It was just nice showing up, and hearing your comforting voice, you always know how to make me feel better. Thank you Adriene, I'll see you again tomorrow, I don't know if it'll be morning or night, lol 😁 but I'll see you here for more awesome yoga, and deep breathing. Namaste. 🙏🧡

Get to Know 2024 - I was too sick to do today's video in the calendar so I switched it around with this one and I'm so happy I did cause I can feel my hips get more and more flexible each time. Take care everyone 💜

Had an asthma episode this morning, after taking the inhaler, so needed to practice patience and focus on knowing that everything is transient and it would pass soon (mine is thankfully a mild case). So when I started this video, I paid particular attention to my breathing. And I noticed that when moving the knee in a circle - I always struggle with my hips' external rotation - when I focused on breathing deeper and 'finishing' all my out-breaths, I could manage the knee circles much better! Namaste everyone.

I love that saying you said, 'In every end is a new beginning'. It always makes me think, of one of my favourite books, A Discovery of witches.
