Day 59 ❤ just spent the last 16 hours driving from the very south of Spain to the very north of Spain to catch a ferry all on my own with no other driver to share the drive with. My legs really needed this one ❤❤❤❤

Yep !! I’ve just done “ flow” for January and now “center” for February. Turned to this little practice today as my quads and hamstrings are sooo tight. Plus I’m feeling a little meh 🫤 and my yoga mat is the first thing I think of when I need a mental lift as well as a physical one. So comforting to know how I’m not the only one. Keep going guys ! 😊

I love the videos and they’ve helped me and my wife feel better and get more active! We tell everyone about you in hopes they will do some yoga too! Because we do that, we have recently run into a couple ladies that also follow you! The wife and I were in Epcot in Disney world at the end of January and struck up a conversation with these two women. The conversation eventually turned to maximizing our time in the parks, and we told them we did Yoga with Adriene, and they let us know they did as well! It was cool to meet people who also follow you!

I am finally back, hope to get back on track by the end of this month. I returned from my Family reunion 3 months away in Australia, missed my routine yoga, just to busy enjoying quality time with my 9 siblings and their families. Fell ill on my return, on the mend, will persevere and attain my goal, rebuild on stamina and flexibility, it is going to be tricky but after 3 years being your follower, I believe and know you will get me there.
