  • Hey yogis and yoginis!🧘‍♂️ We're back in our cozy home yoga studio with a 25-minute full-body yoga flow that strengthens and stretches the entire body. We'll move through a strong sequence, work on core strength, practice balance, and refresh with a 5-minute relaxing Savasana. All you need is comfortable clothing and a yoga mat. I'm using the beautiful M.E.M Pingala mat, designed to provide optimal support and comfort for your practice.

    Loved this thank you! Not sure if you get this question often haha but what kind of underwear do you usually wear with yoga pants? Any recommendations on types colors brands etc would be greatly appreciated ❤
