this was sooooo healing. i’ve been spending the last couple of days snuggling in the warmth of my bed while it pours rain outside. and while it’s been nice, i definitely can feel the fatigue the gloomy weather has been taking on me. just before this practice, my body and head were feeling heavy. and boy did this help bring some blood flow and breath back into my day ❤
