25 Min Full Body Yoga Flow | Stretches to open your body & feel good!

- This gentle hatha sequence for all levels includes a full body stretch to leave you feeling amazing! Perfect to begin your day or even relax after work.
The class begins with a seated warm-up of side body stretches, heart openers and a neck release. Take a few rounds of cat/cows in tabletop, twists and half camels. Open up your chest with melting heart, sphinx, open wings and cobra lifts.
Other postures included in this class are warrior I, eagle arms, humble warrior, warrior II, reverse warrior, extended side angle, reverse triangle, triangle, half splits and low lunge.
The class ends with a full camel option, child's pose, reclined pigeon and a supine twist. Enjoy a relaxing 2-minute savasana at the end.
This class includes music.

I may not be your target demographic (male, age 73) and I struggle with some poses. I am however one of your biggest fans. PS: I can't believe how you have matured as a practitioner and teacher over the years. You are a true role model for young women.
i have been following you for a few years now and, amongst just a couple of other things, you especially have inspired me to become a yoga teacher! i got my 200 hr cert last year and am currently going thru my 300 hr training. now i teach yoga regularly at a public gym, private gym, corporate/research institute, and at community college events! it's so fun. the best parts are that i finally found something that makes me feel so confident, allows me to be creative, and share what i know with others while i continuously learning from great teachers like you. thank you for what you do 💙 love your videos always!

Kindly tell Can these yoga flows help me loose weight or do I have to move to intense workouts? Bz I am in no hurry to loose weight I just started gaining weight due to long sitting hours as I'm a Law Student..

@@sonalsingh5819I would encourage a combination of movement (from gentle to intense, honoring your body) & minimizing or eliminating processed foods & refined sugar 😊
If it aligns with your wellness, also trying intermittent fasting or 12 hour periods of gut rest.

I have adhd, and while I've embraced that this is just who I am, I am always filled with jumpy energy. I got myself onto the mat, and I almost gave up to do other things, but I stuck to the end. I am so happy I finished a task in its entirety, and your calm voice gently reassured me to thank myself for making it to the mat. I am so happy I did, because I think its set the tone for today. I started the practice feeling bad about myself and having some neck pain, and I ended up feeling so great and fresh with no pain at all ! I love this practice so much especially because it has a lot of back bends and heart openers which I love the most.
