    Girls! As a very physically limited young person this has become my dearest and most favourite workout of all time. It’s strengthening my muscles but releasing my tendons and chronically convulsed body. I’m struggling with my knees, shoulders etc. a lot and I’ve been doing this workout about 1-3x a week and I’m already seeing results in my physical feeling. Thanks a lot and great work!!!!

    I’ve done many yoga videos over the years, and this is hands-down the best video I have used so far. No unnecessary talking, there’s a beep before each new move, so you can actually relax and enjoy the position, and not just anticipate when the next move is coming up.

    I love when you workout without it feeling like you’re working out. When I finish my regular workout, I’m out of breathe, sweating my face off, and it only lasted 15 minutes. When I looked at this, I thought there was no possible way that I was going to last 25 minutes, but at the end I almost wanted to do it again! I didn’t feel hot and fat and out of shape, I didn’t scold myself for being lazy and not being able to do the exercise. I felt calm, and peaceful, and actually really happy with myself. Thank you so much for this.

      breathing is a hardcore and a must in yoga or any exercise routines if we practice wrong breathing it'll be harmful ...instructors should direct where to breath in where to breath out and where and how long to hold...😊

    I started lifting weight again, but heard that yoga strengthens your joints and muscle. So i searched “yoga session for home” on youtube and came across this video. I did my first session in whole my life and wow i cant believe 25 minutes past by so fast. I feel more relaxed, you have too let your body go and flow with the movements. Thanks 🙏🏼

    Hi ladies! I wanted to take a moment and just give some gratitude for this workout. It keeps me going. There was a time during the pandemic when I had lost so much, my job etc and I had no idea what to do. But I started doing this routine as a warm up everyday, and when the doubt crept in, I would say to myself, "I know I can start here today." Since then, I am working, travelling and in love. And I still do this routine. Thanks to you both.

In addition to my daily calisthenics, I do this yoga routine weekly to help keep me pain free. This routine is nicely paced and easy to follow with the auditory chimes. Thank you!

    I've been trynna fix my physical body health as im in pretty bad condition (as I grew up with poor health in medical, mental and physical conditions), so im very weak and fragile. I want to get better so im no longer feeling like im about to crash. This video is very helpful for a beginner like me! Despite my shaking, and how tired I get afterwards, they're easy for me to keep doing without pushing myself!

    I had a lot of fun with this, I thought I would try out yoga, just had to get over this hump of self-embarrassment that as a man this was wrong, I have no clue where this thought pattern came from considering I was raised with just a mom and grandmother. Ever since the army started introducing yoga into our morning routines, conquering that milestone is possible for me! This seems like a great channel to climb that hill with so Thanks!

    I've been doing yoga lately and my hip and knee pain has decreased soo much, thank you yoga! I highly recommend strength training as well as it strengthens weak muscles and then your body can work better.❤

    I have started following you with this exercise for abouot 2 weeks and gain much my strength to complete almost next sweaty tabata, hiit and workout.     Just wanted to leave a thank you. Good exercises, calming music and no talking, which I like a lot!
    I watched parts of this video already more than a dozen times. I don't try to keep up with the video (any at all), just use it as motivation/inspiration. Sometimes I just put a part on repeat, listen to the music and do my own stuff in my own pace. Whenever I like some kind of movement, some stretching I just prefer to continue working there.
    I am curious whether I will ever watch the video without pausing it and just do what you do there :)

    This was a lovely routine! Thank you. I enjoyed the music and lack of talking. It allowed me to focus on body posture for each of the flows. A "thank you" at the end would be beneficial to add for a smoother transition away from the practice.

    I found this difficult not physically but mentally because I had to be patient and it was slower than I expected. Thank you so much, I am thankful I got to practice patience and do something for my body today. I loved this and found it so peaceful but the end made me a bit irritated because it just ends rather than letting you know that it’s about to end and having an outro and all these ads start playing and I feel sort of overwhelmed so for future reference maybe let your viewers know when it’s about to end? Just a suggestion :) thank you so much again, I will be practicing yoga more often

    Firstly I perfer this format not talking, and you have the time and recovery set up. This is more relaxing. Also I'm new to yoga and was able to get through. Your hitt workouts are to intense for me at the moment lol!! Please do some more yoga videos.

    there are multiple yoga workouts in RUclips, but in most of them the teachers talk throughout the workout. I like the way you do it with tabata.

    I came across this full body yoga video and it's good. It demonstrates new things I haven't tried until today. The one leg stand and raise the knee and then extend the leg straight back is challenging. I gave it a try and noticed I have more one legged stance stability on my right side more so than my left. My left ankle felt a little shaky but the right side I was capable of doing more repetitive motions without stumble or losing my balance. Some things I need more room to do the excercises. I am saving this one because it's good to follow the yoga exercises along with the ones I have been doing that are for beginners. This video is a bit more advanced than the ones I have been already viewing and doing yoga with. I like the yoga exercises, it's great for the body. 😉
