This week after taking a year long break I decided enough excuses and get back into working out. I thought why not start with you Anna because I remembered how much I loved your videos and I can see why! You motivated me so much in just a week. Wanting to shake up my weekly workout routine, I decided to add yoga. While searching for a relaxing yoga workout I hit a home run out of the ballpark when I chose your video. The music, scenery was a delightful escape to start me day.
I had my Annual Exams starting today & I wanted to feel fresh and relaxed for the morning. I did this and it was amazing. I enjoyed, burned, and relaxed at the same time.
