Hi! I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after years of chronic pain, my body is so weak that I have a hard time walking for very long and holding myself up all day is a struggle. Your low intensity videos are helping me exercise without hurting myself, and I'm feeling hope coming back. Especially with the one with the song that basically tells me that its okay, it isnt always going to be this way and that im good enough *cry*

Stumbled across this when looking for a nice stretch routine - this was my idea of perfect! Great music (relaxing but not so much I want to fall asleep!) stretches held for a decent amount of time to really get into them, and enough time to get in to each new position! Will definitely be checking out your other workouts!!!

Hi I’m 54years old. I don’t really do stretching work outs this is my 2day and doing it after my challenge exercise am enjoying it and realise I’m not a very flexible person. Hopefully trying to stick to it I will become more flexible doing this on a different day to her stretching flow one. She is so great. Thank you. This particular routine is nearly perfect. I swap the pigeon pose for the glute stretch and add some pushups at the end to round out the upper body. Its my go to daily. 🎉
