      My knees kinda hurt because I don't have any workout mat. But anyway thank you so so much for this. I felt such a relief of all my problems after I did it. Love it❤❤❤

      @@mrodriguez7896 I don't know about that because it's individual. Some women make also sports or workout even they're pregnat. Maybe you can ask your doctor.

    taking care of my body is so important to me. i never used to exercise or practice mindfulness or ate food that actually made me feel good. and now it’s like a whole new perspective. i’m more grateful for everything and generally more at peace with myself. it’s easier to manage tasks. i’m sleeping better. it’s amazing.

    When I read “Take Care of Your Body, It's Your Home,” I felt mixed emotions. I don't know if it's sadness, a desire to cry, or a feeling of pity for what I do to myself every day. In fact, eating disorders destroy a person's life and can even kill them. Thank you for your work and thank you for your effort ❤❤❤

    After suffering from an incomplete paralyzation with 17, I was in hospital for half a year, learning to walk again. Now it's been 3 ¾ years and right after getting out of hospital my physio started to use various Yoga stretches and exercises in our weekly appointments. Then I visited a yoga class in my gym once and been doing it since then. I was very flexible before the accident and I gained it all back, despite the metal and titan pieces holding my back and my feets together. So, I have to say thank you. Been watching your channel for a while and it helped me very much on my ongoing journey. It makes me proud to be able to follow along with most positions correctly when I once couldn't even move my legs. So please keep up the good work, it is worth it! 😁

    stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

      @@RaniaMasrol-uh7vx you can only "grow" if your posture is really really bad. You will not grow in actual size through stretching, your bones dont get bigger

      @@growingannanas hey!! I don't know if you can do this but.. Can you do a more advanced version?btw it feels so good in the morning !! your stiffness slowly goes away,you can move easily . I hope you continue stretching and flexibility/mobility work because you clearly have the potential to get ~super duper flexible~

    Just recently started to consistently do these yoga routines everyday and i feel absolutely fantastic after each session. There are days when i don't want to do it however i still show up and get it done and my life has changed dramatically. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, god bless you.     the last one is how I lay down to sleep when I'm feeling anxious hahahaha I was looking for a good stretching video because my knees are hurting today and I don't feel like doing other exercise. Yours showed up, and I had to do it because I came across your shorts a time ago and I really like your perspective on food and taking care of our bodies because it is our home. Just like I like my house organized, I want my body healthy and capable of doing multiple things. Thank you so much for your content, it's helping me a lot!

    I had a cold today, I needed to do a workout, and tommorow’s my bday so I would be eating lots, and wanted to get some exercise. This stretch was the perfect level for me today, my sinuses feel a bit better too. Thank you Anna!

    I really love your videos! Thank you very much for these uploaded videos!
    I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
    For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
    I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

    Thank you for this! I alway force myself to workout and it is difficult for me to listen to myself. Last week I was ill so this week I still felt lethargic and weak. I feel so guilty for not working out. Work has been pretty tough too so I was extremely stiff and inflexible. This workout just helped me to feel more loose and free. Apparently that was what my body wanted!

      It's very sad that nowadays kids feel insecure about their bodies, but you're twelve and you have more growing to do ofc your not gonna look like a grown woman at that age.

      I was around your age when I started to feel insecure and it has never left. But the best advice I can give is to treat your body as your home. Don’t restrict give your body the nutrients it needs. I struggle with this and I hope you won’t. It may be hard now but be positive because if you have goals it can’t happen overnight it takes time. ❤️❤️

    after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!!
    IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY. I achieved this result by both using shiydf and doing regular streching exercises and I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.! TRUST THE PROCESS 🧡

    I had a very bad period cramp every month and I am very tired to do anything because of pain , I cant even get up from my bed for a while
