taking care of my body is so important to me. i never used to exercise or practice mindfulness or ate food that actually made me feel good. and now it’s like a whole new perspective. i’m more grateful for everything and generally more at peace with myself. it’s easier to manage tasks. i’m sleeping better. it’s amazing.
When I read “Take Care of Your Body, It's Your Home,” I felt mixed emotions. I don't know if it's sadness, a desire to cry, or a feeling of pity for what I do to myself every day. I got my periods today and this was literally all i needed! I was not in the mood to do any high intensity ones and you posted this right on time >< thank you soo muchh anna 💖
After suffering from an incomplete paralyzation with 17, I was in hospital for half a year, learning to walk again. Now it's been 3 ¾ years and right after getting out of hospital my physio started to use various Yoga stretches and exercises in our weekly appointments. Then I visited a yoga class in my gym once and been doing it since then. I was very flexible before the accident and I gained it all back, despite the metal and titan pieces holding my back and my feets together. So, I have to say thank you. Been watching your channel for a while and it helped me very much on my ongoing journey. It makes me proud to be able to follow along with most positions correctly when I once couldn't even move my legs. So please keep up the good work, it is worth it! 😁

stretching exercises are really great for the body. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
@@RaniaMasrol-uh7vx you can only "grow" if your posture is really really bad. You will not grow in actual size through stretching, your bones dont get bigger

I really love your videos! Thank you very much for these uploaded videos! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. Thank you for this! I alway force myself to workout and it is difficult for me to listen to myself. Last week I was ill so this week I still felt lethargic and weak. I feel so guilty for not working out. Work has been pretty tough too so I was extremely stiff and inflexible. This workout just helped me to feel more loose and free. Apparently that was what my body wanted!
I feel so much better after this I used to not do workouts and I was “chubby” and people made fun of me but know I can walk around proud and they can’t say anything lol 😂

It's very sad that nowadays kids feel insecure about their bodies, but you're twelve and you have more growing to do ofc your not gonna look like a grown woman at that age.
I was around your age when I started to feel insecure and it has never left. But the best advice I can give is to treat your body as your home. Don’t restrict give your body the nutrients it needs. I struggle with this and I hope you won’t. It may be hard now but be positive because if you have goals it can’t happen overnight it takes time. ❤️❤️
I felt the same way when I was your age and now I’m 18. Trust you have much more growing to do and keep up with your goals and set new challenges for yourself. Don’t give up
