taking care of my body is so important to me. i never used to exercise or practice mindfulness or ate food that actually made me feel good. and now it’s like a whole new perspective. i’m more grateful for everything and generally more at peace with myself. it’s easier to manage tasks. i’m sleeping better. it’s amazing.
When I read “Take Care of Your Body, It's Your Home,” I felt mixed emotions. I don't know if it's sadness, a desire to cry, or a feeling of pity for what I do to myself every day. For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. I feel so guilty for not working out. Work has been pretty tough too so I was extremely stiff and inflexible. This workout just helped me to feel more loose and free. Apparently that was what my body wanted!

It's very sad that nowadays kids feel insecure about their bodies, but you're twelve and you have more growing to do ofc your not gonna look like a grown woman at that age.
I was around your age when I started to feel insecure and it has never left. But the best advice I can give is to treat your body as your home. Don’t restrict give your body the nutrients it needs. I struggle with this and I hope you won’t. It may be hard now but be positive because if you have goals it can’t happen overnight it takes time. ❤️❤️
I felt the same way when I was your age and now I’m 18. Trust you have much more growing to do and keep up with your goals and set new challenges for yourself. Don’t give up
