I started working out since I was 12 and people would call me try hard and wouldn’t believe that I had cutout abs and a small waist and that would make me feel guilty but I didn’t stop and now everyone’s working out....like what and now all the people who brought me down would ask me for my routine..

If you’re reading this, trust me it works! I’ve been doing for about 5 days now and I look and feel great. I’m on a weigh loss journey and trying to make myself feel better about myself. To loose weight I eat 3 healthy meals a day but the first 2 are light and the last one is a more heavy dinner. I also cut out sugar and eating junk food! Trust me this will work!

@@Amberplayz101 for me in 5 days I definitely got more definition, but it all starts with your body. Everyone’s bodies are different, how their metabolism is etc. plus your starting weight. It may take time for others it may take a while. So I can’t really answer that question because I don’t know how your body works, but you can try it and see how it goes!

June 5, 2024... I'm gonna attempt to do this pray for me
Day 1: Found myself not fully finishing each set of workouts. I had to stop a couple of times to catch my breathe before jumping back in. I found myself rushing to keep up. But overall good workout can't wait for me to finish my first week!!! :)
Day 2: The BURN WAS REALLL. I was hesitant on doing this as I just finished an 8 hr shift. I'm so happy and satisfied I did this. I def did my own modifications for the plank with hip dips & up & down cause I thought I was gonna get a cramp. BUT just like yesterday had to stop once in a while to let myself breathe as my stomach was BURNING. LETS KEEP IT GOINGGGG

I've always started these workouts but never finished fully and I can't afford to pay for a gym membership right now. I never commented before, so I thought I would change that and keep record. My aim is to have a stronger core and to be able to get through everything. My stats: (161cm; 60kg)
Day 1 ✅️ (4th June)
Day 2 ✅️ (5/6) So sore but it was easier
Day 3 ✅️ (6/6) This day killed me lol but we did it!
Day 4✅️ (7/6) My arms r so weak but it felt so good! Got my first push up!
Believe in your self during workout you can think about the people who tuant u and get motivation❤

Day 1: ✅ exactly the workout i was looking for, my abs are BURNING, and i am sweating so hard!! Obviously no change yet
Day 2: ✅ Same as yesterday, starting to see change??
Day 3: ✅ STOPP STOP STOPP THE BLOATING IS GOING DOWN ITS LOOKING SO GOOD SO FAR
Day 4: ✅ Its only day 4, but is it just me or is the exercise getting easier?? Only a tiny bump of bloat remains, im so excited for the results!!

doing the 2019 2-week shred for my trip on the 13th! no diet, just going to watch portions & try to drink lots of water. I usually do this when i wake up btw. (I started this yesterday but im documenting starting today)
day 1 : ✅ I didn’t do the warm up or cooldown, just this one and the 2 week abs!
day 2: ✅ done! it was a bit easier today but the 11 line abs video almost took me out.
day 3: ✅ RAHHH I FINISHED!! I wanted to quit so bad but then I remembered when I woke up my waist/love handle area looked slightly slimmer! I tried not to take many breaks because I wanted to get it over with but don’t be afraid to take a longer break, chloe is used to doing these high intensity workouts so don’t be hard on yourself!
day 4: ✅ done! tbh i did NOT want to do it today but what motivated me is that tomorrow is a rest day ! I didn’t expect to see any results because i had like 3-4 cookies before i went to sleep last night & also its only day 4 but thats okay because I’m improving on the exercises and I feel stronger! also instead of the core & arms workout I did her 10 min back workout because i wanted to focus more on that area.
day 5: Rest day ! I ate like really bad but idc cause I was craving that nutella bread.
day 6: ✅ done! I might have to cut the end of the challenge short because I have an unexpected trip next week before my other trip that I was originally doing this for, but I’m gonna try my best to complete it!
day 7: ❌ umm I ended up staying over my friends house and not being able to do it so I’m behind one day 😓
day 8: ✅ done! I did the day 7 today
