The training is hard and sometimes a challenge, I'm totally worth it, I did this challenge for 14 days during Corona and now I'm doing it again, I've just finished day 12 and I'm already seeing a crazy change, I just want to tell you that it's so worth the effort and all of you here are champions even those who try Do just one exercise you are champions and it will be worth it in levels.
I'm on day 8 (about to complete it) and I have seen SO much progress so far. I was slim then I gained a lot of belly fat bcz I ate a lot in a period of time. Okay, so I've been doing this challenge for 3 days today. I'll keep on updating. Day 1 ✅ Too difficult but did it Day 2 ✅ Sore muscles around my stomach Day 3 ✅ Definitely became easier than day 1. Anyone else trying to do this in their room without anyone noticing because you are shy, and allways scared someone is going to come in and see you half naked? No? Just me?
i think the best thing that worked for me is I told my family I wanted to do it and change myself for the better. I asked them to let me be for at least 15 minutes. I have social anxiety even when I'm with my own family but the best option is to ask them to leave you just for a little. Put on some music, and pick a time that you'd do it everyday and inform them.
Exactly me! Except my grandmother decided it would be a great idea to say hi to me through the window while I was exercising and half naked. I'm still traumatized
With this quarantine going on, my parents work till late since they work from home, so I pretty much workout whenever they're at their desks. Also works out because my own mom hates being interrupted during exercise and dad will usually watch tv for hours as wwll 😂👌 it's a win-win for me tbh

Anyone else trying to do this in their room without anyone noticing because you are shy, and allways scared someone is going to come in and see you half naked? No? Just me?
i think the best thing that worked for me is I told my family I wanted to do it and change myself for the better. I asked them to let me be for at least 15 minutes.
I have social anxiety even when I'm with my own family but the best option is to ask them to leave you just for a little. Put on some music, and pick a time that you'd do it everyday and inform them.

With this quarantine going on, my parents work till late since they work from home, so I pretty much workout whenever they're at their desks.
Also works out because my own mom hates being interrupted during exercise and dad will usually watch tv for hours as wwll 😂👌 it's a win-win for me tbh

Day 1✅ - it was hard and I couldn’t do all the exercises/ I had more pauses but I feel really good and I can definitely feel that my abs are burning🔥
Day 2✅ - same hard as day 1 but I feel great after! Abs are burning🔥 only thing is that my back hurts when doing some of these exercises but I’m working on making my back stronger 💪🏼
