I used to do this last year but stopped (I saw results) now I'm back because this is the only workout that ever worked for me Day 1: ✅ felt a burn for a whole day Day 2: ✅ great burn!! still burnt out from yesterday. Day 3: missed Day 4: ✅ felt so much easier, I didn't weigh myself but I must've been around 50-51kgs when I started. Day 5: occupied Day 6:will do later today Day 7: Keep liking so I come back!!

@@anjanikanuri4169 its been working for me too, im not doing calorie deficit but I'm making sure if I am snacking throughout the day it is healthy like carrot sticks and what not, but ofcourse I am having like chips and stuff like that and it only makes me a little bloated! i recommend eating clean for better results, but allow yourself anything as long as u make sure its not too much

@Dilan Vardar I cut out sweets,and it helped me a lot. Just sugar,to be completely honest. (You can have cheat days! Just not everyday or in big quantities)Also crisps,and any stuff like that. Also drinking water with lemon helps!

i can't be the only who has zero motivation to work out during the but once everyone is asleep and it's dark asf outside, I get all this random energy and do like 3-4 random ab workouts with no problem and have fun doing them.
Day 1: ✅ - 2x (burned like crazy..) day 2: ✅ (burned too but it was easier this time) Day 3: ❌ I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t do it. Day 4: ✅ - 2x because I didn’t do it yesterday Like to remember me please :) Update: I forgot to update yall for a while, but I am still doing it and I am a big fan of this workout! I can definitely see and feel some changes. I lost belly fat and the workout got easier too! So I recommend it, don’t forget to take breaks too 💓

As a person who struggles with motivation, commitment and staying consistent im up to 4 days and im seeing slight changes i can somewhat feel my stomach becoming flatter, i feel really proud of myself even though 4 days seems like nothing its really hard but im sick of holding my stomach in all the time so i hope anyone else struggling really pushes through because the outcome will be amazing :)
If your neck is hurting then you might want to engage your core more, so all you have to do is lift your neck a little more and you can feel your core get tighter and that means your using it more then before.
Doing it everyday from June 11,2020 Day 1: Really exhausting to do. Muscles around stomach feels like tightening. Day 2: Still Exhausting. Lots of sweat . Not much difference . Still a bloating tummy . But also It takes a week to see the change so let's keep doing this. Day 3: I can actually do these exercises with ease. I feel like I have lost certain grams. Like I haven't weighed myself but my tummy feels a little slimmer. But still there's more to work on . I am hopeful. Day 4: Easy workout. Takes less time and the best part is my body feels much lighter than before. Day 5: Quick and easy. Not much difference seen. Definitely I have lost few grams from my waist side. Much to do for my bloating belly . Day 6: Trying to be consistent. And hoping for better results . However, I have got compliments from my family that I have lost some weight. I won't say a huge amount. But yes I have lost some . I look slimmer than before mainly the waist area. The belly area is a less bloated now. Day 7: Finally the last day of the challenge I took . And it really worked for me to an extent. No more overly bloating belly and waist fats. Easy 5 min workout. (Can I get a like to be reminded? ?) Edit : Thank you everyone for the support. ♥️ I never got so many likes before. Note : • I didn't go on a strict diet. I ate what I usually have but lesser . • I did workout every morning. And at evening I practiced Dance. (I recommend everyone to do this workout atleast twice a day; morning and evening, for better results.) • Remember; you become what you eat. Doing this but I’ll ACTUALLY update! Day 1: ✅ Hella frustrating; I only felt it during the workout and not after, but I do FEEL better. Day 2: ✅ Relatively easier, nearly as frustrating as the day before, but kind of feeling it afterwards this time. My neck hurts after, but overall, it went pretty well! Day 3: ✅ felt it everywhere except my stomach, worked on form before doing the full 30 seconds (didn’t seem to do much but idk), still really frustrating (wanted to stab myself), but I did it so I’m going to keep going! Also, keep this as your reminder to stretch after working out🫶 Day 4: ✅ Felt SO much easier and I did a couple of the workouts twice just for good measure and to feel the burn a bit more! Feels really great! Day 5: ✅ Not any noticeable changes yet, didn’t enjoy it at all today. I wasn’t really paying attention to the difficulty, but I do know that this is one of my least favourite belly-fat videos. Regardless of that, I want to see if it will give results so I will be continuing! Day 6: ✅ Feeling great, I definitely feel like my form has improved, which definitely does help. Going to keep it up, can’t wait to see the results! I’m convinced my neck will always hurt during this exercise😂 Day 7: ✅ Felt especially difficult today, which I assume is because I’m still sore from yesterday. I’m going to continue this exercise for another week and see if I get some results; once I feel like I can properly do it twice, I will. That hasn’t happened yet. hey girlies if you feel a bit unmotivated right now then i feel you, results typically don't show overnight but i guarantee you, this DOES work wonders! when i started a year ago i was overweight for my age and height (i'm 17 and 5'0) and this workout plus going on runs helped me lose and get to my target weight! i first started seeing results in the first week or two and this does help. it may be a bit hard at times to keep motivated but you can do it girlies i believe in you!
hey guys so i’m doing this and i thought i would let you know how it’s going. for reference i am 5,3 and 140. i’m doing this workout every morning before breakfast and every night before bed as well as a calorie deficit and walking for 30 minutes everyday. i’m trying to do this for at least two weeks but i’m aiming for four so that i really see results. i’ll try to keep y’all posted every day. day 1 ✅ just did it at night and it wasn’t terrible day 2 ✅ both morning and night and i walked on the treadmill at an incline of 10 and 3mph for 30 minutes. didn’t see much of a difference and it was a little harder. day 3 ✅ both morning and night, i saw a little bit of a difference

Hi! Im gonna do this challenge for 7 days and mark my progress to reference im around 160ish pounds. Day 1:✅ it wasn't too hard but i was definitely feeling the burn I had to skip the last one though Day 2:✅ Dang this one did burn but I managed to do the last one I'm not noticing any progress as far as weight loss but that's to be expected for day 2 Day 3:❌ i got caught up in other things and my body needed a break Day 4: ✅ it got considerably more easier the burn isn't all that bad anymore and I'm using my core better instead of my neck Day 5: ✅ WOW IM SORE my stomach was so sore from this workout I haven't noticed much progress as far as weight loss which is slightly concerning me Day 6:✅ I was and still am on my period so most of the soreness was from that today im good and the workout was actually really nice

The workout where u have to sit up and clap is murderous. Day 2: Was lowkey scared cus i felt a little bit sore. I did it, but still had breaks. I realy dont like the clap one tho. Started to feel that tummy heart. 2021: day one: i did harder modifications of the modifications and took breaks but still got tired. I got reults not huge ones but i looked and felt less bloated. Day 2: i did them and tried my best to do what she did and still took breaks. My tummy looked a bit flatter and i still felt less bloated. Day 3: my mom told me to do the 2x im rlly tired and the workouts got easier. with breaks but a lot less shorter. My little sister even said "woah, ur gonna get really skinny" i did not see results but I could see if I did not suck in my stomach it looks flatter Day 4:im tired I can feel my heart pounding.I didn't do modifications but took 1 second breaks I did it 2x . i not many results yet my tummy is flatter not visibly tho and my core feels tighter. Day 5: My Stomach has a heart?! im tired argh *takes in a deap breath* yep same as yesterday but i did one no mods 1 sec breaks and my tummy is sore . i wanted to skip but i did not. @@Madkruee i did it before, really noticed a diff and got visible abs even tho i have fat on my stomach(they werent too visible but you knew they were abs), i did that when i was 163cm and 80kg, didnt lose weight but got some obliques for sure, her workout is the only one that worked for me so i highly recommend!!

@@Nolacccc no problem! I mostly did it once a day but every now and then I did it twice. I still ate all the foods I love, I just made sure to eat smaller portions and have desserts every other day. As for other workouts I just did a short walk in the morning. You don’t have to devote giant chunks of your life to this. Just small little things here and there. Good luck!
For the people who want to know if this workout works, i can proudly say YESSS!!! I started doing specifically this workout every day for a month. I didn't really follow a diet. I just ate really balanced (no calorie deficit), and i drank a lot, but a lot of water! After a month, I really saw a lot of changes. My belly fat was almost gone. I was so proud of my results that i continued doing ab workouts for a year. I only did workouts from Lilly because those are the most effective ones! And right now, I really have a toned stumach with some visible abs!!! So if I can do it, then you can do it!! I believe in everyone, and remember everyone you see with a super pretty body. They also started somewhere! The difficulty is Starting and not giving up! ❤❤

Speaking on behalf of girls who hate working out, this has been the only workout that works for me and I can keep up to it. It’s 5 min so there’s literally no excuse! Diet really does come into play though. I noticed that as soon as I had pizza or ate a lot more than normal I’ll lose any ab definition. So really try to make sure you’re eating healthier and just not AS much! I believe in you!

So I started this specific workout in 2021. I started seeing good results and then quit coz I wasn't able to give time to myself n then My bf wanted me to gain weight so was working for that n neglected my own wishes. After breakup I was devasted n neglected my health too much to the point where I lost 10 kgs whatsoever, almost everything I gained with so much workout was lost in the duration of 1 year. Currently it's 2024 and now I need to focus back on my health so I started with this workout that I've always loved in the beginning of my journey. I'll keep the results updated. Day-1: I was motivated but the exercise felt alien to my body so taking my time being comfortable in each one. Day-2: Abs are burning. Loving the burn and did the workout. Ngl it was harder today bcoz each of my muscles were screaming for me to stop so everything was slower and kept breathing. Slow and steady wins the race. Day-3: Abs are still sore. But exercise today felt comfortable as my body is now a lil bit used to the workout. Also added many other lily sabri abs workout for the following weeks. But for week-1 gonna stick to this only. Day-4: It is comparatively easier today. Felt relieved when done. Lacked motivation but did it anyway.

For anyone wondering I have been doing this workout for around 5 weeks and it definitely works!! I now have a flat stomach (and yes I did have a lot of fat on my stomach before) Thank you so much Lilly!
Weight now: 122.9kg Desired weight: 116kg I plan to do the workout: 10 days Day 1: ✅ During training, I felt tension in my hips and abs. In addition to this workout, I do a ten-minute workout with dumbbells for my arms and follow a diet. Day 2: ✅ Surprisingly, the training has become harder, during the day the muscles of the abdomen and arms hurt a lot. Day 3: ✅ The weight goes away very quickly, which is pleasing. The body still hurts, but looking at the scales, everything goes away at once 😅
I lost ten pounds doing this workout twice and another one every single day for two months, I never thought I would lose weight until I started seeing results. I feel so much more confident and comfortable, thank you.

@@anjanikanuri4169 its been working for me too, im not doing calorie deficit but I'm making sure if I am snacking throughout the day it is healthy like carrot sticks and what not, but ofcourse I am having like chips and stuff like that and it only makes me a little bloated! i recommend eating clean for better results, but allow yourself anything as long as u make sure its not too much

Day 1: Really exhausting to do. Muscles around stomach feels like tightening.
Day 2: Still Exhausting. Lots of sweat . Not much difference . Still a bloating tummy . But also It takes a week to see the change so let's keep doing this.
Day 3: I can actually do these exercises with ease. I feel like I have lost certain grams. Like I haven't weighed myself but my tummy feels a little slimmer. But still there's more to work on . I am hopeful.
Day 4: Easy workout. Takes less time and the best part is my body feels much lighter than before.
Day 5: Quick and easy. Not much difference seen. Definitely I have lost few grams from my waist side. Much to do for my bloating belly .
Day 6: Trying to be consistent. And hoping for better results . However, I have got compliments from my family that I have lost some weight. I won't say a huge amount. But yes I have lost some . I look slimmer than before mainly the waist area. The belly area is a less bloated now.
Day 7: Finally the last day of the challenge I took . And it really worked for me to an extent. No more overly bloating belly and waist fats. Easy 5 min workout.

Day 1: ✅ Hella frustrating; I only felt it during the workout and not after, but I do FEEL better.
Day 2: ✅ Relatively easier, nearly as frustrating as the day before, but kind of feeling it afterwards this time. My neck hurts after, but overall, it went pretty well!
Day 3: ✅ felt it everywhere except my stomach, worked on form before doing the full 30 seconds (didn’t seem to do much but idk), still really frustrating (wanted to stab myself), but I did it so I’m going to keep going!
Also, keep this as your reminder to stretch after working out🫶
Day 4: ✅ Felt SO much easier and I did a couple of the workouts twice just for good measure and to feel the burn a bit more! Feels really great!
Day 5: ✅ Not any noticeable changes yet, didn’t enjoy it at all today. I wasn’t really paying attention to the difficulty, but I do know that this is one of my least favourite belly-fat videos. Regardless of that, I want to see if it will give results so I will be continuing!
Day 6: ✅ Feeling great, I definitely feel like my form has improved, which definitely does help. Going to keep it up, can’t wait to see the results! I’m convinced my neck will always hurt during this exercise😂
Day 7: ✅ Felt especially difficult today, which I assume is because I’m still sore from yesterday. I’m going to continue this exercise for another week and see if I get some results; once I feel like I can properly do it twice, I will. That hasn’t happened yet. hey girlies if you feel a bit unmotivated right now then i feel you, results typically don't show overnight but i guarantee you, this DOES work wonders! when i started a year ago i was overweight for my age and height (i'm 17 and 5'0) and this workout plus going on runs helped me lose and get to my target weight! i first started seeing results in the first week or two and this does help. it may be a bit hard at times to keep motivated but you can do it girlies i believe in you!

hey guys so i’m doing this and i thought i would let you know how it’s going. for reference i am 5,3 and 140. i’m doing this workout every morning before breakfast and every night before bed as well as a calorie deficit and walking for 30 minutes everyday. i’m trying to do this for at least two weeks but i’m aiming for four so that i really see results. i’ll try to keep y’all posted every day.

Hi! Im gonna do this challenge for 7 days and mark my progress to reference im around 160ish pounds.
Day 1:✅ it wasn't too hard but i was definitely feeling the burn I had to skip the last one though
Day 2:✅ Dang this one did burn but I managed to do the last one I'm not noticing any progress as far as weight loss but that's to be expected for day 2
Day 3:❌ i got caught up in other things and my body needed a break
Day 4: ✅ it got considerably more easier the burn isn't all that bad anymore and I'm using my core better instead of my neck

Day 2: Was lowkey scared cus i felt a little bit sore. I did it, but still had breaks. I realy dont like the clap one tho. Started to feel that tummy heart.
2021:
day one: i did harder modifications of the modifications and took breaks but still got tired. I got reults not huge ones but i looked and felt less bloated.
Day 2: i did them and tried my best to do what she did and still took breaks. My tummy looked a bit flatter and i still felt less bloated.
Day 3: my mom told me to do the 2x im rlly tired and the workouts got easier. with breaks but a lot less shorter. My little sister even said "woah, ur gonna get really skinny" i did not see results but I could see if I did not suck in my stomach it looks flatter
Day 4:im tired I can feel my heart pounding.I didn't do modifications but took 1 second breaks I did it 2x . i not many results yet my tummy is flatter not visibly tho and my core feels tighter.
Day 5: My Stomach has a heart?! im tired argh *takes in a deap breath* yep same as yesterday but i did one no mods 1 sec breaks and my tummy is sore . i wanted to skip but i did not.
Day 6: argh i almost forgot, I forgot to check my results. im pretty sure imma do this for more than a week tho. still took my breaks tho
Day 7: umm I did it took breaks and I been feeling good
Day 15: srry for not updating sooner but I have done this day by day and results are pretty good tummy is flatter but im pairing this with a 15 minute dance workout to 1D.
results I thought were pretty good bc I didn't do a diet but tbh I will keep doin' it

Here’s my progress:
Day 1: It was really exhausting so I had to take a few extra breaks throughout the excersize. I did feel a burn and felt kinda tight.
Day 2: it wasn’t as hard as the other ones just need to keep practicing so I can be better.
Day 3: so scince its the third day, i was pretty hyped up and full of energy. It was a little less exhausting than usual but i tried to not take unneceserry breaks!
Day 4: ok so I kept doing it and I saw just a little bit of results so I just kept going! It was easier than the other days but I did get exhausted science I did a workout before😂
Day 5: YAY!!! I still have 2 more days to go!!! Ok so iam starting to see results and im really happy:) thank u guys sm for all the support and motivation you’ve been giving me❤️anywayss:) today was a pretty easy round so i acted like it was nothing and got really hyped up bc i was almost done!

PS: to get Results faster, I started to get small portions and eat less than i used to. Start eating more natural foods like fruit or vegetables. I also started cardio workouts and normal workouts for my thighs and stomach. If your gonna do more than one workout in a day, I’d suggest u to take breaks at certain times so u can not feel tired or unmotivated.Alsooo drink PLENTY of water:) also if your thinking about doing the water fast DO NOT!!! it can lead you to being dizzy,uncouncious ect.. Just make sure to have a healthy diet thats all❤️

@@Madkruee i did it before, really noticed a diff and got visible abs even tho i have fat on my stomach(they werent too visible but you knew they were abs), i did that when i was 163cm and 80kg, didnt lose weight but got some obliques for sure, her workout is the only one that worked for me so i highly recommend!!

@@Nolacccc no problem! I mostly did it once a day but every now and then I did it twice. I still ate all the foods I love, I just made sure to eat smaller portions and have desserts every other day. As for other workouts I just did a short walk in the morning. You don’t have to devote giant chunks of your life to this. Just small little things here and there. Good luck!

For the people who want to know if this workout works, i can proudly say YESSS!!!
I started doing specifically this workout every day for a month. I didn't really follow a diet. I just ate really balanced (no calorie deficit), and i drank a lot, but a lot of water!
After a month, I really saw a lot of changes. My belly fat was almost gone. I was so proud of my results that i continued doing ab workouts for a year.
I only did workouts from Lilly because those are the most effective ones! And right now, I really have a toned stumach with some visible abs!!!
So if I can do it, then you can do it!!
I believe in everyone, and remember everyone you see with a super pretty body. They also started somewhere! The difficulty is Starting and not giving up! ❤❤

UPDATE: Been doing this once everyday for a month and I have seen a steady difference. Speaking on behalf of girls who hate working out, this has been the only workout that works for me and I can keep up to it. It’s 5 min so there’s literally no excuse! Diet really does come into play though. I noticed that as soon as I had pizza or ate a lot more than normal I’ll lose any ab definition. So really try to make sure you’re eating healthier and just not AS much! I believe in you!

So I started this specific workout in 2021. I started seeing good results and then quit coz I wasn't able to give time to myself n then My bf wanted me to gain weight so was working for that n neglected my own wishes. After breakup I was devasted n neglected my health too much to the point where I lost 10 kgs whatsoever, almost everything I gained with so much workout was lost in the duration of 1 year. Currently it's 2024 and now I need to focus back on my health so I started with this workout that I've always loved in the beginning of my journey. I'll keep the results updated.
Day-1: I was motivated but the exercise felt alien to my body so taking my time being comfortable in each one.
Day-2: Abs are burning. Loving the burn and did the workout. Ngl it was harder today bcoz each of my muscles were screaming for me to stop so everything was slower and kept breathing. Slow and steady wins the race.
Day-3: Abs are still sore. But exercise today felt comfortable as my body is now a lil bit used to the workout. Also added many other lily sabri abs workout for the following weeks. But for week-1 gonna stick to this only.
Day-4: It is comparatively easier today. Felt relieved when done. Lacked motivation but did it anyway.

Day 1: ✅
During training, I felt tension in my hips and abs. In addition to this workout, I do a ten-minute workout with dumbbells for my arms and follow a diet.
Day 2: ✅
Surprisingly, the training has become harder, during the day the muscles of the abdomen and arms hurt a lot.
Day 3: ✅
The weight goes away very quickly, which is pleasing. The body still hurts, but looking at the scales, everything goes away at once 😅
I lost ten pounds doing this workout twice and another one every single day for two months, I never thought I would lose weight until I started seeing results. I feel so much more confident and comfortable, thank you.
