I used to do this last year but stopped (I saw results) now I'm back because this is the only workout that ever worked for me Day 1: ✅ felt a burn for a whole day Day 2: ✅ great burn!! still burnt out from yesterday. Day 3: missed Day 4: ✅ felt so much easier, I didn't weigh myself but I must've been around 50-51kgs when I started. Day 5: occupied Day 6:will do later today Day 7: Keep liking so I come back!! Ah gosh, fell off and I did notice changes, my stomach was more toned but since then I haven't been eating healthy so I wasn't consistent enough and am back to how I was before. REMEMBER STAY CONSISTENT OR IT'LL RESET!!!

@@anjanikanuri4169 its been working for me too, im not doing calorie deficit but I'm making sure if I am snacking throughout the day it is healthy like carrot sticks and what not, but ofcourse I am having like chips and stuff like that and it only makes me a little bloated! i recommend eating clean for better results, but allow yourself anything as long as u make sure its not too much

heyyy! ik this feels hard-but it’s SO worth it! i’ll try to get you guys updated :) day 1- i did it! i felt a pretty bad burn tho. ❤ day 2- a little easier, but i did the routine 2 times for extra day 3- i ALREADY started to feel changes. my stomach was much harder, and i felt it kinda forming into abs? (not see yet, just feel them) day 4- felt great easier already! day 5- i was super sore today….i motivated and tried my best tho! :) day 6- seeing a little bit of results! ( i did 2 rounds) day 7- anyways- my tip is to just stay motivated. i get up at 6:15 at every morning before school, and do this workout. it only takes a small part of my morning. :) ILL TRY TO KEEP YALL UPDATED! ❤
i can't be the only who has zero motivation to work out during the but once everyone is asleep and it's dark asf outside, I get all this random energy and do like 3-4 random ab workouts with no problem and have fun doing them.
Doing this but I’ll ACTUALLY update! Day 1: ✅ Hella frustrating; I only felt it during the workout and not after, but I do FEEL better. Day 2: ✅ Relatively easier, nearly as frustrating as the day before, but kind of feeling it afterwards this time. My neck hurts after, but overall, it went pretty well! Day 3: ✅ felt it everywhere except my stomach, worked on form before doing the full 30 seconds (didn’t seem to do much but idk), still really frustrating (wanted to stab myself), but I did it so I’m going to keep going! Also, keep this as your reminder to stretch after working out🫶 Day 4: ✅ Felt SO much easier and I did a couple of the workouts twice just for good measure and to feel the burn a bit more! Feels really great! Day 5: ✅ Not any noticeable changes yet, didn’t enjoy it at all today. I wasn’t really paying attention to the difficulty, but I do know that this is one of my least favourite belly-fat videos. Regardless of that, I want to see if it will give results so I will be continuing! Day 6: ✅ Feeling great, I definitely feel like my form has improved, which definitely does help. Going to keep it up, can’t wait to see the results! I’m convinced my neck will always hurt during this exercise😂 Day 7: ✅ Felt especially difficult today, which I assume is because I’m still sore from yesterday. @Dilan Vardar I cut out sweets,and it helped me a lot. Just sugar,to be completely honest. (You can have cheat days! Just not everyday or in big quantities)Also crisps,and any stuff like that. Also drinking water with lemon helps!
So I did everything three times because the first time I wasn’t feeling much and I do wanna see results, so I’d say start by doing two different times and work ur way up
Doing it everyday from June 11,2020 Day 1: Really exhausting to do. Muscles around stomach feels like tightening. Day 2: Still Exhausting. Lots of sweat . Not much difference . Still a bloating tummy . But also It takes a week to see the change so let's keep doing this. Day 3: I can actually do these exercises with ease. I feel like I have lost certain grams. Like I haven't weighed myself but my tummy feels a little slimmer. But still there's more to work on . I am hopeful. Day 4: Easy workout. Takes less time and the best part is my body feels much lighter than before. Day 5: Quick and easy. Not much difference seen. Definitely I have lost few grams from my waist side. Much to do for my bloating belly . Day 6: Trying to be consistent. And hoping for better results . However, I have got compliments from my family that I have lost some weight. I won't say a huge amount. But yes I have lost some . I look slimmer than before mainly the waist area. The belly area is a less bloated now. Day 7: Finally the last day of the challenge I took . And it really worked for me to an extent. No more overly bloating belly and waist fats. Easy 5 min workout. (Can I get a like to be reminded? ?) Edit : Thank you everyone for the support. ♥️ I never got so many likes before. Note : • I didn't go on a strict diet. I ate what I usually have but lesser . • I did workout every morning. And at evening I practiced Dance. (I recommend everyone to do this workout atleast twice a day; morning and evening, for better results.) • Remember; you become what you eat. So eat healthy and stay fit. ♥️ • Do some workout everyday. Make your body active. Not for just 7 days but regularly

Here’s my progress: Day 1: It was really exhausting so I had to take a few extra breaks throughout the excersize. I did feel a burn and felt kinda tight. im doing this to get rid of the fat that i eat ( now im doing it cus i liked my results :) UPDATE: im gonna do this workout again daily ( its been 2 years ) 2023 Day 1: waist=28in I TOOK breaks. The workout where u have to sit up and clap is murderous. Day 2: Was lowkey scared cus i felt a little bit sore. I did it, but still had breaks. I realy dont like the clap one tho. Started to feel that tummy heart. 2021: day one: i did harder modifications of the modifications and took breaks but still got tired. I got reults not huge ones but i looked and felt less bloated. Day 2: i did them and tried my best to do what she did and still took breaks. My tummy looked a bit flatter and i still felt less bloated. Day 3: my mom told me to do the 2x im rlly tired and the workouts got easier. with breaks but a lot less shorter. My little sister even said "woah, ur gonna get really skinny" i did not see results but I could see if I did not suck in my stomach it looks flatter Day 4:im tired I can feel my heart pounding.I didn't do modifications but took 1 second breaks I did it 2x . i not many results yet my tummy is flatter not visibly tho and my core feels tighter. Day 5: My Stomach has a heart?! im tired argh *takes in a deap breath* yep same as yesterday but i did one no mods 1 sec breaks and my tummy is sore . i wanted to skip but i did not. Starting to do every day for a month! Day 1 - ❤ Felt a burn did it 2 Times ( like to Keep updating me ) Day 2- Seen slight Change but felt a burn although it was easier to do the workout Day 3- Step 2 got easier see some Improvement and I felt a burn! Day 4- Felt the burn and it was a bit harder see the same results as day 3! Day 5- Felt a burn and overall I found it easier!! So improvement 😍 Day 6- Same results as Day 3 but felt a burn ( Remember to like do it reminds me!! ❤) Day 7- Reached 1 Week March A little difference from when I started ( I’m doing it for a Whole month so hopefully I will see big improvement soon!!) Day 8 -Last bit felt easier I felt that it was hard at the start of my journey! Day 9- The First and Last bit definitely felt easier and I saw some improvement Day 10 - TEN DAY MARK WOO!! 🎉🎉 felt the same improvement as 9 Day (11) - Won’t count it as I missed this day and Was really tiered 😅 Day 11 - Did it and felt that As I missed one day the Middle bit was harder so I’m. Gonna try and not miss another one! Day 12 - Skipped 1 week as I was very lazy and now I regret that so starting again ( same Results for Day 1) I skipped a week 😅 Day 13- I felt a lot healthier like a lot and I felt better ❤ Day 14- Tiered but I had to do this not for others but for my self I felt a lot better and refreshed Day 15 - My legs Had a massive improvement and felt slimmer and the workout felt quicker than normal 😅

Day 1 Weight 138- - it felt really hard to do but I ended up doing it twice - day 2: small burn but I did it at a gym with a little bit of abs showing if I clench -day 3: did it in the morning and definitely changes! Day 4 actually felt great!! Day 5 no change just burn. Day 6 my abs hurt today in a weird spot but I did it and I do look finer. (I advise doing it before you eat breakfast as it can help to do it on an empty stomach)
Sorry to disappoint you but stomach is mostly about eating. Every fitness guy tells you that. If you won't manage diet 1600kcal max daily for 2 months your stomach never dissappear.@LiliLola-kv6gv
i did this for 4 days. on the 2nd day there wasn’t much progress. on the 3rd day i was seeing progress on my stomach. i was also not on a diet, i ate chips and anything i wanted just not to much of it. i’ll keep you guys updated! remind me please! i’m on the 7th day! i’ve seen a lot of changes on my stomach. my stomach is wayyy more flatter than before. this works!!!

If your neck is hurting then you might want to engage your core more, so all you have to do is lift your neck a little more and you can feel your core get tighter and that means your using it more then before.
hey girlies if you feel a bit unmotivated right now then i feel you, results typically don't show overnight but i guarantee you, this DOES work wonders! when i started a year ago i was overweight for my age and height (i'm 17 and 5'0) and this workout plus going on runs helped me lose and get to my target weight! i first started seeing results in the first week or two and this does help. it may be a bit hard at times to keep motivated but you can do it girlies i believe in you!

Hi! Im gonna do this challenge for 7 days and mark my progress to reference im around 160ish pounds. Day 1:✅ it wasn't too hard but i was definitely feeling the burn I had to skip the last one though Day 2:✅ Dang this one did burn but I managed to do the last one I'm not noticing any progress as far as weight loss but that's to be expected for day 2 Day 3:❌ i got caught up in other things and my body needed a break Day 4: ✅ it got considerably more easier the burn isn't all that bad anymore and I'm using my core better instead of my neck Day 5: ✅ WOW IM SORE my stomach was so sore from this workout I haven't noticed much progress as far as weight loss which is slightly concerning me Day 6:✅ I was and still am on my period so most of the soreness was from that today im good and the workout was actually really nice

@@Madkruee i did it before, really noticed a diff and got visible abs even tho i have fat on my stomach(they werent too visible but you knew they were abs), i did that when i was 163cm and 80kg, didnt lose weight but got some obliques for sure, her workout is the only one that worked for me so i highly recommend!!
As a person who struggles with motivation, commitment and staying consistent im up to 4 days and im seeing slight changes i can somewhat feel my stomach becoming flatter, i feel really proud of myself even though 4 days seems like nothing its really hard but im sick of holding my stomach in all the time so i hope anyone else struggling really pushes through because the outcome will be amazing :)

day 1- i did it! i felt a pretty bad burn tho. ❤
day 2- a little easier, but i did the routine 2 times for extra
day 3- i ALREADY started to feel changes. my stomach was much harder, and i felt it kinda forming into abs? (not see yet, just feel them)

day 5- i was super sore today….i motivated and tried my best tho! :)

Day 1: ✅ Hella frustrating; I only felt it during the workout and not after, but I do FEEL better.
Day 2: ✅ Relatively easier, nearly as frustrating as the day before, but kind of feeling it afterwards this time. My neck hurts after, but overall, it went pretty well!
Day 3: ✅ felt it everywhere except my stomach, worked on form before doing the full 30 seconds (didn’t seem to do much but idk), still really frustrating (wanted to stab myself), but I did it so I’m going to keep going!
Also, keep this as your reminder to stretch after working out🫶
Day 4: ✅ Felt SO much easier and I did a couple of the workouts twice just for good measure and to feel the burn a bit more! Feels really great!
Day 5: ✅ Not any noticeable changes yet, didn’t enjoy it at all today. I wasn’t really paying attention to the difficulty, but I do know that this is one of my least favourite belly-fat videos. Regardless of that, I want to see if it will give results so I will be continuing!
Day 6: ✅ Feeling great, I definitely feel like my form has improved, which definitely does help. Going to keep it up, can’t wait to see the results! I’m convinced my neck will always hurt during this exercise😂
Day 7: ✅ Felt especially difficult today, which I assume is because I’m still sore from yesterday. I’m going to continue this exercise for another week and see if I get some results; once I feel like I can properly do it twice, I will. That hasn’t happened yet. I’m always very reluctant to do this workout; I’m not gonna do it twice lmao

Day 1: Really exhausting to do. Muscles around stomach feels like tightening.
Day 2: Still Exhausting. Lots of sweat . Not much difference . Still a bloating tummy . But also It takes a week to see the change so let's keep doing this.
Day 3: I can actually do these exercises with ease. I feel like I have lost certain grams. Like I haven't weighed myself but my tummy feels a little slimmer. But still there's more to work on . I am hopeful.
Day 4: Easy workout. Takes less time and the best part is my body feels much lighter than before.
Day 5: Quick and easy. Not much difference seen. Definitely I have lost few grams from my waist side. Much to do for my bloating belly .
Day 6: Trying to be consistent. And hoping for better results . However, I have got compliments from my family that I have lost some weight. I won't say a huge amount. But yes I have lost some . I look slimmer than before mainly the waist area. The belly area is a less bloated now.
Day 7: Finally the last day of the challenge I took . And it really worked for me to an extent. No more overly bloating belly and waist fats. Easy 5 min workout.

Here’s my progress:
Day 1: It was really exhausting so I had to take a few extra breaks throughout the excersize. I did feel a burn and felt kinda tight.
Day 2: it wasn’t as hard as the other ones just need to keep practicing so I can be better.
Day 3: so scince its the third day, i was pretty hyped up and full of energy. It was a little less exhausting than usual but i tried to not take unneceserry breaks!
Day 4: ok so I kept doing it and I saw just a little bit of results so I just kept going! It was easier than the other days but I did get exhausted science I did a workout before😂
Day 5: YAY!!! I still have 2 more days to go!!! Ok so iam starting to see results and im really happy:) thank u guys sm for all the support and motivation you’ve been giving me❤️anywayss:) today was a pretty easy round so i acted like it was nothing and got really hyped up bc i was almost done!

PS: to get Results faster, I started to get small portions and eat less than i used to. Start eating more natural foods like fruit or vegetables. I also started cardio workouts and normal workouts for my thighs and stomach. If your gonna do more than one workout in a day, I’d suggest u to take breaks at certain times so u can not feel tired or unmotivated.Alsooo drink PLENTY of water:) also if your thinking about doing the water fast DO NOT!!! it can lead you to being dizzy,uncouncious ect.. Just make sure to have a healthy diet thats all❤️

Day 1: waist=28in I TOOK breaks. The workout where u have to sit up and clap is murderous.
Day 2: Was lowkey scared cus i felt a little bit sore. I did it, but still had breaks. I realy dont like the clap one tho. Started to feel that tummy heart.
2021:
day one: i did harder modifications of the modifications and took breaks but still got tired. I got reults not huge ones but i looked and felt less bloated.
Day 2: i did them and tried my best to do what she did and still took breaks. My tummy looked a bit flatter and i still felt less bloated.
Day 3: my mom told me to do the 2x im rlly tired and the workouts got easier. with breaks but a lot less shorter. My little sister even said "woah, ur gonna get really skinny" i did not see results but I could see if I did not suck in my stomach it looks flatter
Day 4:im tired I can feel my heart pounding.I didn't do modifications but took 1 second breaks I did it 2x . i not many results yet my tummy is flatter not visibly tho and my core feels tighter.
Day 5: My Stomach has a heart?! im tired argh *takes in a deap breath* yep same as yesterday but i did one no mods 1 sec breaks and my tummy is sore . i wanted to skip but i did not.

Starting to do every day for a month! Day 1 - ❤ Felt a burn did it 2 Times ( like to Keep updating me )
Day 2- Seen slight Change but felt a burn although it was easier to do the workout
Day 3- Step 2 got easier see some Improvement and I felt a burn!
Day 4- Felt the burn and it was a bit harder see the same results as day 3!
Day 5- Felt a burn and overall I found it easier!! So improvement 😍
Day 6- Same results as Day 3 but felt a burn ( Remember to like do it reminds me!! ❤)
Day 7- Reached 1 Week March A little difference from when I started ( I’m doing it for a Whole month so hopefully I will see big improvement soon!!)
Day 8 -Last bit felt easier I felt that it was hard at the start of my journey!
Day 9- The First and Last bit definitely felt easier and I saw some improvement
Day 10 - TEN DAY MARK WOO!! 🎉🎉 felt the same improvement as 9
Day (11) - Won’t count it as I missed this day and Was really tiered 😅
Day 11 - Did it and felt that As I missed one day the Middle bit was harder so I’m. Gonna try and not miss another one!
Day 12 - Skipped 1 week as I was very lazy and now I regret that so starting again ( same Results for Day 1) I skipped a week 😅
Day 13- I felt a lot healthier like a lot and I felt better ❤
Day 14- Tiered but I had to do this not for others but for my self I felt a lot better and refreshed
Day 15 - My legs Had a massive improvement and felt slimmer and the workout felt quicker than normal 😅

Weight 138-
- it felt really hard to do but I ended up doing it twice
- day 2: small burn but I did it at a gym with a little bit of abs showing if I clench
-day 3: did it in the morning and definitely changes!
Day 4 actually felt great!!
Day 5 no change just burn.
Day 6 my abs hurt today in a weird spot but I did it and I do look finer.
(I advise doing it before you eat breakfast as it can help to do it on an empty stomach)

i did this for 4 days. on the 2nd day there wasn’t much progress. on the 3rd day i was seeing progress on my stomach. i was also not on a diet, i ate chips and anything i wanted just not to much of it. i’ll keep you guys updated! remind me please! i’m on the 7th day! i’ve seen a lot of changes on my stomach. my stomach is wayyy more flatter than before. this works!!!

I am a 11 year old girl (almost 12) and I have always been insecure about my weight I am 5'2 and I weigh 116 pounds. I have always had a curvy body because of my moms genes and I have always been insecure about how my body looks like. I have worked out in the past and always ended up giving up so I am expecially proud of myself for completing this workout. Another thing I really struggle with is I always eat too much or I eat way too fast. So I will continue to get to my goal. To anyone who is ready this, you are beautiful in every way! Don't workout for someone do it for your mental health and to feel better!

If your neck is hurting then you might want to engage your core more, so all you have to do is lift your neck a little more and you can feel your core get tighter and that means your using it more then before.

hey girlies if you feel a bit unmotivated right now then i feel you, results typically don't show overnight but i guarantee you, this DOES work wonders! when i started a year ago i was overweight for my age and height (i'm 17 and 5'0) and this workout plus going on runs helped me lose and get to my target weight! i first started seeing results in the first week or two and this does help. it may be a bit hard at times to keep motivated but you can do it girlies i believe in you!

Hi! Im gonna do this challenge for 7 days and mark my progress to reference im around 160ish pounds.
Day 1:✅ it wasn't too hard but i was definitely feeling the burn I had to skip the last one though
Day 2:✅ Dang this one did burn but I managed to do the last one I'm not noticing any progress as far as weight loss but that's to be expected for day 2
Day 3:❌ i got caught up in other things and my body needed a break
Day 4: ✅ it got considerably more easier the burn isn't all that bad anymore and I'm using my core better instead of my neck
Day 5: ✅ WOW IM SORE my stomach was so sore from this workout I haven't noticed much progress as far as weight loss which is slightly concerning me
Day 6:✅ I was and still am on my period so most of the soreness was from that today im good and the workout was actually really nice
Doing this for 14 days
Day 1: ✅ very easy, no changes
Day 2: ✅ again easy nothing have changed
Day 3: ✅ i felt a burn and i see some changes
Day 4: didn't follow the workout but still did a plank
Day 5: did it and i feel great

@@Madkruee i did it before, really noticed a diff and got visible abs even tho i have fat on my stomach(they werent too visible but you knew they were abs), i did that when i was 163cm and 80kg, didnt lose weight but got some obliques for sure, her workout is the only one that worked for me so i highly recommend!!

Guys I did it and you can do it too! So the results I saw are my stomach definitely looks more muscular. My abs are more defined but it did not create or define my waist which I was a tad disappointed in but I wasn’t expecting much so I would definitely recommend if you want a more muscular stomach!
