    Not much of a difference guys! But when I wore my jeans I swear I already felt them be more loose than usual. My aunt said I look slimmer too. I didn't change my diet but I'm planning on going on a calorie deficit. I'll still continue doing this :)

      Here's a tip, stop thinking and just start . Yes, it sound simple but it's kinda hard not to think. But once you don't think , your brain won't think of what you could do instead or think of how painful it will be. This works for me on everything study , workout , waking up , homework .everything. So don't think , and just start .

      My school is in 2 weeks, my biggest insecurity has been my big thighs for a long time. Almost everyone at my school is skinny. Hopefully this will work.

      Diets aren't real lol, they are only a temporary change. Just try being mindful of what you eat, thats what ive been doing and I feel much better mentally and physically. Resist temptation!!!!!

      I don't follow a specific diet I just limit my Junk food and Sugar intake and detox everyday. I eat the same. It has quite an effect on my upper body!

    Day 1:✅ no difference
    Day 2: ✅ ok still no difference
    Day3: ✅ started cramping, still nothing 😞
    Day 4: ✅ see no difference, hurt a lot
    Day 5: ✅ same with day 4
    Day 6: ✅ I see a slight difference but not much
    Day 7: ✅ I don’t see any change
    Results: L - 54cm. R - 55cm
    I’ve been doing this workout only once a day, since I’ve seen no improvement in a week I’ll be changing it to twice a day.
    Day 8: ✅ Hurts a lot more
    Day 9: ✅ I see a slight difference, hopefully my eyes are not deceiving me 😞
    Day 10: ✅ I can definitely see a difference but oh em gee, this time my legs HURT 😮😖

But I’m not patient. 😤 I only did half of this workout because I’ve been feeling sick lately (and the combination of stressed, exhausted, and a lot of anxiety) I also did volleyball today so that might help with my legs, idk but I know it hurt my arms 😭

    Day 5: ✅ I only did the workout once (btw, still feeling like crap. Don’t know if I should swear on here or not 😅 I’m just going to keep it PG. my energy levels are low and i still go on a walk and doing this workout once. NOW IM EXHAUSTED.) But my legs are looking great 😊👍
    Another thing I’ve noticed is that this time last year I weighed 56.9kg and now I weigh 50.8kg. I’ve never felt so happy in myself in a very long time ☺️

    My goal this month will be drinking roughly 2 litres everyday, maintaining a healthy diet (a few cheat days if wanted), loads of walking and doing this workout twice EVERYDAY. Month 3! LETS GOOO!!

    Goal: As much as I can!
    Day 1:✅ I did it once and I felt my thighs burn. I don’t see any changes for now
    Day 2:✅ I did it once again and my legs burned even more than yesterday. I still don’t see any changes
    Day 3:✅ Did it once and it was easier than yesterday. I’m not sure but my legs seem a little bit slimmer
    Day 4:✅ Did it and it was a lot easier. I don’t see any changes compared to yesterday
    Day 5:✅ Did it and it started coming very easy to me. I am planning to do this twice a day if I have enough time. I can see small changes in my leg
    Day 6:✅ Did it once and I felt really good while I was doing. It was fun and I was very energetic too. My legs look the same compared to yesterday

    While doing this exercise for one month, I sometimes wanted to give up but I never did because I kept remembering if there’s no pain, you won’t gain anything. I didn’t do any diets but having a diet while doing this exercise will surely increase your results. Plus, I didn’t do any diets but I’m a dancer so I dance for like 1 hours every day. So, I think that this helped me to slim my legs a little faster. During 1 month, I realized that this exercise not only slim legs but help you to stretch more, slim your stomach a little, and keep your body strong. I think that this exercise is perfect and good for starters. So, I recommend this exercise. I will no longer be doing this exercise. I will do this channel’s calve slimming exercise.       MorningGloryy I know you’re trying to defend this workout after all because this is just a workout video, but it almost sounds like you are body degrading women who are naturally “thicc”. You didn’t even have to include how some people in the west have a naturally bigger physique to make your argument stronger. It’s understandable that’s it’s an Asian beauty standard, but sometimes people try to achieve the slim ‘acceptably body standard’ in an unhealthy way. Slimming your thighs doesn’t just mean getting them to her thigh size in this video. Slim thighs mean something different for everyone. You don’t have to degrade others’ body types to appreciate someone else’s, which is the message that seems to be put off by your comment. I’m not sure if you meant it in that way, but if this is your body standard then it’s just as beautiful as someone in the West who is “thicc”. By the way, most women in the West care to be fit and toned not just “thicc”.

      I needed this thank you. Also the first time I tried it I felt my inner thighs vibrating and shaking so It does works. After 2 weeks I noticed a gap between my thighs that didn't exist before but I stopped the workout for awhile and I gained weight eating junk foods everyday. And now I'm doing it again.

    Thighs- 54cm
    Day 1 : ✅
    Day 2 : ✅ I feel the burn 🔥
    Day 3 : ✅ I woke up and my left thigh hurt a lot , but I still did it.
    Day 4 : ✅ it was alright, I also did a 3 hour gymnastics practice today, I’m not seeing results yet though.
    Day 5 : ✅ I did it, I’m eating healthy and limited sugar. Also I’m trying to take as much steps as I can day!
    Day 6 : ✅ I did it fine + a mad fit dance workout + 2hour gymnastics practice.
    I have been eating in a calorie deflict, so hopefully soon I see some results soon!
    Day 7: ✅ it’s been a week and I think I’m seeing a tiny difference , I’m going to measure after I’m done!
    Thighs : 54cm (they are the same but that’s okay I’m not going to give up until I get the results I want! (45cm)
    Day 8 : ❌ I was very tired so I didn’t do it
    Day 9 : ✅ I did it!
    Day 10: ✅ it was fine , I’ve been eating not very good recently so I’m trying to be better .
    Day 11 : ✅I havnt been eating “bad” but I think I need to eat a little less. And I did gymnastics comp today which was good cardio!
    Day 12: ✅ done! I tried eating better today.
    Day 13 : ✅ I did it plus a long madfit workout!
    Day 14 : ✅ week 2! Done, I am going to measure after I’m done! I haven’t lost any yet, but I’m not giving up!
    Day 15 : ❌ I just couldn’t be bothered today.
    Day 16: ✅ I had another bad eating day sadly but I’m really working on it!
    Day 17: ✅ I ate a lot better today , and did a few different workouts , im also drinking 2-3 litres of water a day!!!
    Day 18: ✅ okay this sounds bad but, I saw some photos of me at the recent competition and I’m really unhappy with my body so I will be cutting out sugar , fried food and only eating whole healthy food! Also 2-3 workouts a day
    Day 19: ✅ done!

    Day 21: ✅ + I started the Rosie graham pilate challenge!

    Day 23: ✅ I ate very badly today and feel very guilty + I did a dance workout
    Day 24: ✅ I know I say this a lot but I’m actually so sad with my big legs and I’m going to make them small!
    Day 25: ✅ im going to measure after and I really hope for results !! Thighs now : 53cm! I have only lost 1cm but I’m very happy!!
    I also did Dancing which burns a lot of cals and is fun exercise!!

    Day 27: ✅ I also did gymnastics today!
    Day 28 : ✅ + I did a 10 minute run/jog/walk today and it’s was actually very fun and I’m going to do them more often! I recommend just starting really slow and go faster as you go!

    Day 30 : ✅ I havnt seen much results with this workout so I’m going to be doing another month starting tommorow, and I will do 2 of her thigh workouts so hopefully I see some results?

      @@veronicajata3121 make sure you're doing cardio, like hiit workouts or running. if you want to slim down, you have to loose the fat. these workouts only work on their own if you don't have a lot of fat already. you can still do these workouts (I have the exact same problem as you and I do them)but you won't get fast results. do some research about this and find what works for you!

      Mine are about 20 inches. I started this challenge and in 4 days I lost 2 cm. I went from 53 cm to 51 cm. my goal is to get to 45 cm. I was almost there when I did the chloe ting leg workout, it for me to 48 but then I gained 5 cm in muscle.

    i did it! It's literally 11pm but i didn't have time in the day but i still had the will to do it because missed yesterday and didn't wanted to miss another day :)

    Results: right upper thigh: 52 cm
    Right lower thigh: 41 cm
    Left upper thigh: 51 cm
    Left lower thigh:39,5 cm
    It really didn't do much :\ but still i lost a cm! I think i will continue doing this but try to do it twice and not so late maybe because i went to sleep almost right after affected my results oops 💀 i should pay more attention to what i eat too because i eat a lot of candy and not much other food.

    I have started this workout 3 months ago ( April) and my legs was 67 cm and now there are at 52 cm. I can see a big difference and I lose 15 kilos!!!! ( I’m in diet). My goal is 47 cm, I normally do 47 cm in end August because I lose 1 cm of my legs all week. I have now a 1h30 workout routine all day and a day rest . I hope for you to reach your goal and don’t give up because you can do it 😊

    I swear doing workouts at night when everyone is asleep is just so much better + for this one you can even stay in bed it’s amazing ( I recommend not to tho cause you can sweat lol ) but anyway 1:25 am is such a great hour to workout

    To everyone who’s wanting to see results...
    I did this 5-6x a week, once everyday, along with a diet limit of 1400kcal (within my height limits)
    My initial thigh measurements: 58cm
    After 2 months: 47cm
    I’ve also lost about 5-6kg, and I don’t eat clean, just kept within the 1400kcal
    I’ve stopped doing it so excessively and have progressed to just 1/2x a week. Also have increased my kcal to 1600. Still 47cm after a few months with no rebound.
    Try it! Dont give up, it works!! 👍🏼
    Saw a few comments that mentioned being embarrassed when parents walk in on you. My mom did too and now she’s joining me for every single workout! We laugh at each other instead now 😏🤣
    Edit: Would also like to add that I had not done remotely anything close to exercising (unless shopping is counted 😂) in 4 years before starting this. I think that was a major factor to this fast loss.
