For those who are wondering, this does work. In six days I lost 3 cm and I've been doing this for two weeks. I was doing her other one as well a bailey brown thigh workout. They really do work so keep it up. Consistency is key and trust me, the results are worth it
@@mikar3yNo, I didnt restrict anything if that what your asking. You'll get results as long as you dont eat taco bell everyday. But then again, my family does eat a generally balanced diet but I didnt go out of my way to be heathly or eat salads every meal. Hope u get your resluts soon!

i’ve been doing this workout everyday for abt 2-3 months it’s something i enjoy doing in the morning, I can tell my legs have gotten toner but just fyi for everyone else if you are looking for smaller thighs i would add walking to this workout that’s what really worked for me. even just a 20 mins walk if you can works well :)
Haha, I'm Chinese American, so I can speak Mandarin fluently and for whatever reason, I actually find the Mandarin version easier to understand for this. 😂

It works! From 58-55 in 2 weeks. My weight is normal but I have huge thighs so I paired this exercise with the other 7 days thigh routine and another youtuber bubbly butt challenge. I also used resistance band when I need more challenges. Will continue doing all 3 routines combine since it's pretty easy to do and yet the result is amazing👍
I stopped doing this not bc it didn't work, but bc I started to love my thick thighs :) I watch alot of anime and most of the girls have thick thighs and no thigh gap so that has helped boost my confidence alot. I know no one asked just wanted to share 🥺🥺👉👈
it's still important to exercise the inside of your thighs because that area along with the hamstrings is used less often compared to the front and side of the leg. If your muscles are disproportionate then you will have joint, muscle and back issues! just do it less frequently if you want to keep your current leg shape. and chances are, unless you're skinny fat, even if you do it frequently you won't see a noticeable visual difference.

I am doing this exercise approximately for 2 months. I am not self concious or obsessed about how I look, I only like to challenge myself on various things. This was my new challenge. I didn't take measure from beginning unfortunately. On April 16 my legs were 56cm. On April 21 my legs were 54.5 without losing weight. I lost my tape measure so I can't tell what is my current measurement but I can tell you I can't stop looking at my legs, they are so beautifully shaped, I could cry.

Remember also, the choices men make are statistically quite clear. Men will allmost allways choose a woman with convex, rounded legs over one with thin storky stilts.
Just a quick reminder for everyone doing this exercise, if it hurts after a day, do NOT stop. This means that your muscles are really working to lose fat!

-I drink 2-4L of water everyday. ( water helps me to eat less )
-I drink Green tea with lemon ( no sugar ) ( it helps to burn fat and eat less )
-I drink pure grapefruit juice every morning. (burns fat)

For those who are wondering, this does work. In six days I lost 3 cm and I've been doing this for two weeks. I was doing her other one as well a bailey brown thigh workout. They really do work so keep it up. Consistency is key and trust me, the results are worth it

it’s something i enjoy doing in the morning, I can tell my legs have gotten toner but just fyi for everyone else if you are looking for smaller thighs i would add walking to this workout that’s what really worked for me. even just a 20 mins walk if you can works well :)

It works! From 58-55 in 2 weeks. My weight is normal but I have huge thighs so I paired this exercise with the other 7 days thigh routine and another youtuber bubbly butt challenge. I also used resistance band when I need more challenges. Will continue doing all 3 routines combine since it's pretty easy to do and yet the result is amazing👍
I stopped doing this not bc it didn't work, but bc I started to love my thick thighs :) I watch alot of anime and most of the girls have thick thighs and no thigh gap so that has helped boost my confidence alot. I know no one asked just wanted to share 🥺🥺👉👈
it's still important to exercise the inside of your thighs because that area along with the hamstrings is used less often compared to the front and side of the leg. If your muscles are disproportionate then you will have joint, muscle and back issues! just do it less frequently if you want to keep your current leg shape. and chances are, unless you're skinny fat, even if you do it frequently you won't see a noticeable visual difference.

I am doing this exercise approximately for 2 months. I am not self concious or obsessed about how I look, I only like to challenge myself on various things. This was my new challenge. I didn't take measure from beginning unfortunately. On April 16 my legs were 56cm. On April 21 my legs were 54.5 without losing weight. I lost my tape measure so I can't tell what is my current measurement but I can tell you I can't stop looking at my legs, they are so beautifully shaped, I could cry.

Hi April, I love how you did both English and Chinese versions of this. As a "second generation" bilingual, I really want to keep up my chinese skills, but it's just a bit hard sometimes. Also as a cantonese speaker, mandarin isn't my strongest point (not a native Eng speaker either) I do want to follow it in Chinese as much as possible, but is it possible to add eng subtitles here too? That would be really helpful!

Everyday for years now I would get up and tell myself I will not eat anything today, and then get to lunch and eat a full on meal with a couple desserts after 😐 Then I would hate myself and repeat day after day.
