01:14 Exercise starts A beginner friendly saddlebag and outer thigh workout, which is very effective and you can do lying down. Also, this workout will improve hip dips. Saddlebag is caused from the accumulation of fats AND inward rotation of the hip joints (hip anteversion). Thus, only doing fat burn exercises is not enough to slim the outer thigh, hip anteversion must also be corrected. Today's workout will hence be focusing on these two areas to help us completely change the struggle of having bulky outer thighs. I’ve been following April’s thigh exercises for over a year now and have seen amazing results. My thighs reduced from 58 to 50 cm and hip went from 98 to 88 cm. the key is persistence so let’s stick at it!

Hello! So I've been doing this for about a week and half. I have definitely noticed that I could fit into pants that previously I felt very tight around me yall 😭 And because of that, it motivated me to push through and continue for about a month. I think I'll come back here by then and tell yall how I feel and how I look visually. I promised to do an update after a month so here I am :) Visually, I see a difference. Keep in mind that I didn't go on a strict diet or anything, I just eat less is all. My saddlebags are still there but it's not really visible anymore 😭 Like if I wear jeans, it's not horribly protruding and that's the thing.. I CAN COMFORTABLY WEAR JEANS NOW!!! I refuse to do any measurements as I was afraid of seeing the numbers not dropping and get unmotivated from it, so I just kept observing how I look and feel these past few weeks and needless to say, I feel way more fit and my hip dips are gone. I struggled with love handles too which made dresses look ugly on me but I kid you not when I say my love handles disappeared doing this workout. My final verdict: keep doing this workout! Every single day! it takes a looot of preserverance but it's worth it in the end, I promise you. And don't sit crossed leg anymore too!! I used to sit like this a lot and that was definitely one if the contributing factors to my saddlebags. Now I don't sit like that anymore, and I think it helped with the overall loss of fat around my thigh. Take care guys ♥️

I've struggled so much with consistency working out, so I started this as a beginner. I've never known the real reason fats accumulate in the saddlebag area, but this video made it so easy to understand. I've been doing this exercise for about 2 months (taking a few days off here and there including a week of vacation). My hips have gotten so much stronger and the exercises have set me up to actively work on my posture throughout the day to correct the hip anteversion. I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel, and I actually like the way I look now. I don't know how much circumference I've lost, but I can actually fit into shorts that previously I felt to embarrassed to wear because of how tight/uncomfortable they were. To anyone who isn't sure about this workout, just go for it! It's a few minutes a day in the comfort of your own home. It's so worth it, you just gotta stay consistent. You got this!!!

I added this workout to my workout schedule for two months and have followed it for two months so far. I've seen rather obvious improvement on my saddlebags and the width of my thighs also reduce a lot! But of course, I combine this workout with the other exercises and have been on a diet.
I started it today WEEK 1 D1: I did the whole workout without any unnecessary breaks as I'm a kid of chloe ting , emi Wong , momomi and April Han 💓😼 D2: I wasn't able to do this today as it's Raksha bandhan , but I did one slim thigh workout of April and abs and thigh workout of Momomi. hey farah actually for me i eat only salad for dinner in luch i eat normal i just reduced the quantity stopped eating sugar instead i eat dates 7 on a day eating 3 times a day breakfast milk with 7 dates lunch with a piece of bread and my thighs was 61 now 58 only in 2 weeks i do mizi workout in night and april in morning have break on sunday i can eat somth sweet good luck @@farahdiani7723

I swear by and recommend April's exercises to everyone! My thighs and saddlebags start to reduce within a day or two whenever I start her thigh exercises. Same goes for her upper body exercises. I start seeing visible differences within days. 😭
My results after 10 days of this exercise is -3cm in one thigh. So happy and will continue doing it every day. In last 3 days i start with inner thighs workaout too and I see results too. Thank you April so much ❤

Hello, I am going to start this workout probably from tomorow and will keep you updated on my results. I have been doing this excercise for 3 months, 4-5 times a week and here's my experience. (I am a pear shape and also 52kg/168cm - 114pounds/5'6, damn the genetics for jiggly legs!): I didn't experience a life-altering look in 3 months as others claim but what I did notice was my curve indeed got smaller and my saddlebags got smoother and firmer, most possibly from strenghtening the muscles there. It is barely noticeable for anyone but me, but I am very happy with the results nonetheless. I think if you start with more fat tissues in the area, you will see more results but for me, it's still progress. So keep it up, it is worth it! :)
Hello I just started this workout today, I have a really bad inward rotation and knowing that is also a reason why I have saddlebags fat although I'm skinny. I find this video to look as the most helpful one. I'll try to do it 3 times a week for a year!

The way she brings up goals just sets sooooo much more energy and motivation! Aight imma do those daily workout journals so that I keep myself and others motivated! Measurements (taking widest area for both) Thigh : 58 cm Hips : 100 cm Day 1 : as I'm on a major glow-up grind, I came directly after doing the full body April han workout. I'm currently DRENCHED in sweat but it was worth it. The sore in my muscles is a proof of it lol Day 2 : it was def less tiring than yesterday but I do abs workout before this one (frequently switching from one ab workout to another to see better differences) so it gets more tiring for me. I'll add on my measurements of hips and thighs to see if there's only a visual effect or more. Hope you guys are having a great time working out! Day 3 : okay so I missed yesterday doing somifit's hipbone correction (highly recommended!) and now I do these two workouts together! The workout is def less tiring and sweaty and I hope to see some changes soon Day 4 (been kinda irregular) : I'm def seeing some differences, very minor tho. Nothing major in my hips yet. I've been doing this workout constantly 6-7x a week for 6 weeks. I've seen a lot of comments saying they see the results, but most of them did this workout together with other workouts, sometimes even with a diet. So I wanted to see if something changes if I change nothing in my life but only do this one workout 6-7x a week. So I literally didn't do anything else. And the result is, no, nothing changed. I felt like many others wondered about this, so I wanted to share my experience! I will keep doing this for a few more weeks and give an update if still nothing changed, maybe 6 weeks is just too few. 😉

Here's some progress. Weight 156 LBS and over 70 kg. Height - 5'7" Age is 14. Thighs - over 25". ( not remember the exact inches😭 ) Butt - 43 " Week 1😃 Day 1- The last two beat me. Day 2 - ✅Done for today. Do this work out after waking up⏰. Day 3 - ✅ I have done finally for today. I feel a little guilty for the last two one. I just can't. 😭 Day 4 - ✅ Done. Do this workout before lunch. Day 5 - ✅Same as yesterday. Finally Day 5 is done. Day 6 - ✅Done too. Did this before 🍝🥗🍱lunch. Day 7 - ✅The last day of week is done now. Week 1 is done. I am very fat, and have a lot of pain in my hips. This set of exercises won't make me perfect, but they do prevent injury to me and stop my hips hurting. I do them about 6/7 times a week.
Anyone else feeling their hips and spine gentle swapping and crackling? I intend to do this every day after my morning yoga - whether I’m losing fat on the thighs or just building muscle, I’m happy to keep my body moving. 😊

Hey l started this exercise on 15/12/2021. My target is to get slim legs by new year.. Thigs : 58 cms Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅. No difference in measurements but can feel a change in shape. Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ I did it for 9 days, could definitely feel difference in the shape, but after this l lost motivation as l was not losing fat, my calf started looking fat again. So this time l will try this workout after losing my leg fat first, coz l think it will work more that time. Definitely my jeans doesn't look that awkward now, but I am not skinny also. So l will try the leg slimming excercise first and then come back to this or maybe parallely l can do this after l do that. (Just one thing more to add, I didn't follow strict diet, maybe that might be the reason). Yeah but l have faith on these workouts, it works but you have to follow diet as well. But will come back to this after slimming for sure. This is my honest review hope this help others. But don't just judge looking at this, it differs person to person to what extent this will work depending on your life style, that's what l feel

I'm gonna try this workout for 6 weeks and document the difference here everydayfor the 1st week and once a week for the rest. I'll do it 6 days a week and take 1 rest day. I think I'll also start doing it twice everyday from the second week, we'll see. I will take measurements on days 1 and 4 of everywhere and update those. Because of my genetics I gain weight around my thighs so I really hope this workout will work. Day 1: I did it and it was both difficult and easy at the same time. Like I felt horrible doing it but afterwards I felt like I could easily do more. I measure at (L) 59cm and (R) 58cm. It doesn't look that bad because I am really tall though and my measurements are not 100% accurate because either couldn't find my tape and I dont have a lot of inner thigh fat, it's all on the outside. Also, I ate like a pig today so it might be a bit more than usual. Day 2 : I didn't feel very much stiffness or anything from yesterday, just a bit of pain in the thighs when I went down to do something but it was barely noticeable. I did the workout again and I felt really energized after wards even though my legs hurt a bit but like yesterday it hurt mostly while I was doing it, after it was alright. Day 4: It was a bit less painful than yesterday. I do still feel a bit stiff but I really feel that I I immensely improving. Day 5 & 6: I fell ill so I will start the countdown again from the next day 1 and record from there

Whaaaat?! Right after this exercise (the first time ever doing it) my hips feel SO LOOSE. Like, just like April showed in the graphics, it feels like my whole posture shifted to a more outward/open than inward/tight. Even now it's the next morning, and I immediately feel it as I walk. Everything is so much looser and it's crazy!!! I also LOVE how you explain why these things happen and why the exercises are helpful. I love your exercises so much, fan for life!!

Hello! I'm going to update my progress publicly here so that I feel more accountable to workout. So I've already done this workout once before and another saddlebags workout twice in the past couple weeks. I've been jogging a mile 4-5 days a week for the past two weeks and also I've been walking almost a mile to cool down after that. I have very prominent saddlebags so I hope these workouts will help me feel more comfortable in my clothes. I'll count today as day 1 though: Day 1: I did the workout... It was not fun but I felt good afterwards Day 2: I was busy, so I went through this workout more quickly than usual Day 3: I instead jumped on a friend's trampoline rather than the saddlebags workout. I feel better generally now that I've been working out, although it is a lot of work ofc. Day 4: I did the workout as well as a hand workout to get quicker fingers for my piano. I still can't do one of the moves correctly but I'm trying. I haven't really seen results yet which is expected because it's only day 4. Day 5: I was on vacation, did not exercise Day 6: still on vacation Day 7: vacation, but I ran 4 miles Day 8: back into the workout! It was tough! It’s been 4 days since I started this workout routine (I’m doing this along side April’s inner thigh workout) and I can already see results!! 🥳 My thighs reduced around 1/2 - 1 inch already (1.5 - 2cms) I’ll update after I’m done with two weeks Comment or like to remind me or I’ll forget🥲 Update: one week resulted in 1 and a 1/2 inch loss, 25 inches to 23 1/2 inches (63 to 60 cms) Ahhh I’m sooo happy 🎊

Hi,!! so i have doing this workouts till i reached a month and it gives amazing results.. i did it with drinking alots of water a day and full body stretch twice a week!! But guys some gets results in 2/3 weeks and some gets results late because it depends on how much fat is stored on your outer thighs, so listening others you may think they get fast results so it will not work on me. No, guys it is working in your body its working slow because your fat must me too much so dont give up.....just go with your time❤the success is waiting for you there..!!!! Here s my journey: I’m going to do this along another one for arms of Chloe, at least 30 minutes of walking (10k+ steps), and 10 of stretching everyday for the next two week. Plus silent cardio if I ate too much First day Thighs Measurement : 56cm each I did the work out, it was hard in comparison to April’s others one I tried! Second I won a golden medal today at my region s championship! I did the usual along silent cardio, because why not? Third, fourth and fifth I couldn’t make it :( I did other workout and walked tons though! I had a bad back pain today btw Sixth I cycled for 35 minutes, did this and the arm one! It felt easier than the last time! :P

Yes...I've been working out consistently from squats to outer thigh workouts for a year. If anything, although not completely diminished, I have reduced the "saddlebag" look and improved the shape of my hips and they look more heart shaped curvy.
That's very interesting to learn about why the body stores fat at the outer thigh. I've thought that it had something to do with what you mentioned, just from observation. I noticed every other woman with the same saddle bag issue as me also walked with toes pointing outward and having a knock-knee thing going on. So this just confirmed it for me, thank you. I hope to correct this and eliminate this trouble area.

I can say that the training really works! during the week, my weight on my hips significantly decreased, while I refused sweet and flour (but... Sometimes I could still afford sweets (⌒‐⌒)) I did this workout 1 time a day, and on some days I did home Pilates (for the most part it was stretching my legs). you will succeed~! This workout is easy, so don't give up! ❤❤

Hello all so i am doing saddlebag workout and it's 7 or 8th day and my saddle bags aren't there like it feels so good to see my thight slimmer there is some fat left and I'll work on that and believe me I did only 4 or 5 days out of 8 days and whenever i used to sit doing nothing i used to do the leg lift exercise and I did them only mostly so just wanted to remind you all just do it and stick to it and when you will complete your goal it would feel so nice thank you btw i am 14 years old Love from India ❤️

I'll be doing this exercise alongside another one for burning the outter thigh fat Day1: overall wasn't as bad as i had expected, the stretches to correct posture are kind of resting. The before last exercise was pretty challenging and i think i did it wrong but as i build up that muscle it should get better. No pain but my legs were rather wobbly afterwards Day 2: muscles were sore from yesterday (not sure which workout caused it though) so it was less pleasant... But i did it! Day3: can confirm the burn is from the exercises in this video, which is reassuring! Day4: Done! I missed day 5 TwT Day6: did it twice to catch up Day7: done! And the exercises are much easier to do now Day8: done! Day9:done! Day10:done! I think I can see a change? I'll measure myself on day 14 Day11: done! Day12: done! Day 13: done! Day 14: done! A beginner friendly saddlebag and outer thigh workout, which is very effective and you can do lying down. Also, this workout will improve hip dips. Saddlebag is caused from the accumulation of fats AND inward rotation of the hip joints (hip anteversion). Thus, only doing fat burn exercises is not enough to slim the outer thigh, hip anteversion must also be corrected. I’ve been following April’s thigh exercises for over a year now and have seen amazing results. My thighs reduced from 58 to 50 cm and hip went from 98 to 88 cm. the key is persistence so let’s stick at it!

@@Swa_T701 yes, I started with inner thigh / outer thigh and in last 6 months, saddlebags workout. I set aside 30-45 mins to do HIIT workouts too as I need to lose overall weight.

Hello! So I've been doing this for about a week and half. I have definitely noticed that I could fit into pants that previously I felt very tight around me yall 😭 And because of that, it motivated me to push through and continue for about a month. I think I'll come back here by then and tell yall how I feel and how I look visually. 1 month update: Hello! I promised to do an update after a month so here I am :) Visually, I see a difference. Keep in mind that I didn't go on a strict diet or anything, I just eat less is all. My saddlebags are still there but it's not really visible anymore 😭 Like if I wear jeans, it's not horribly protruding and that's the thing.. I CAN COMFORTABLY WEAR JEANS NOW!!! I refuse to do any measurements as I was afraid of seeing the numbers not dropping and get unmotivated from it, so I just kept observing how I look and feel these past few weeks and needless to say, I feel way more fit and my hip dips are gone. I struggled with love handles too which made dresses look ugly on me but I kid you not when I say my love handles disappeared doing this workout.
My final verdict: keep doing this workout! Every single day! it takes a looot of preserverance but it's worth it in the end, I promise you. And don't sit crossed leg anymore too!! I used to sit like this a lot and that was definitely one if the contributing factors to my saddlebags. Now I don't sit like that anymore, and I think it helped with the overall loss of fat around my thigh. Take care guys ♥️

I've struggled so much with consistency working out, so I started this as a beginner. I've never known the real reason fats accumulate in the saddlebag area, but this video made it so easy to understand.
I've been doing this exercise for about 2 months (taking a few days off here and there including a week of vacation). My hips have gotten so much stronger and the exercises have set me up to actively work on my posture throughout the day to correct the hip anteversion. I've noticed a huge difference in how I feel, and I actually like the way I look now. I don't know how much circumference I've lost, but I can actually fit into shorts that previously I felt to embarrassed to wear because of how tight/uncomfortable they were.
To anyone who isn't sure about this workout, just go for it! It's a few minutes a day in the comfort of your own home. It's so worth it, you just gotta stay consistent. You got this!!!

What workouts did you pair this with?
I added this workout to my workout schedule for two months and have followed it for two months so far.
I've seen rather obvious improvement on my saddlebags and the width of my thighs also reduce a lot!
But of course, I combine this workout with the other exercises and have been on a diet.
I started it today
WEEK 1
D1: I did the whole workout without any unnecessary breaks as I'm a kid of chloe ting , emi Wong , momomi and April Han 💓😼
D2: I wasn't able to do this today as it's Raksha bandhan , but I did one slim thigh workout of April and abs and thigh workout of Momomi. Sorry guys 😢
D3: I woke up at 5 yeaaahhh
So I did this workout ,it was easy 😼. Guys it's really effective cause i feel the extreme burn in my thighs and hips. Let's hope for best 💞
PS: I do thigh workout of April , abs and thigh workout of Momomi with along this workout daily, So the I'll get the results soon?. And yeahh I do the two week shred of Chloe if I eat too much lol (umm thrice in a week). I did today cause I ate too much Yesterday as it was rakhi , I ate so many chocolates 🤧🤧.
D4: I woke up at 5:40 am 😭, but don't worry I did this workout 😌, actually I wanted to follow the slim lower body schedule made by dear april.
So for today I did this workout and slim thigh workout of Momomi. Nevermind , something is better than nothing right? 😎.
D5: I woke up early so I did 3 workouts along with this one 😉.
And , I see that my lower body posture is getting better 💕💗.
I'll continue to do this exercise for about 21 days or more , depends on the results 🤠.
D6: I'm tired af cause I did 5 other workouts along with this one. Feeling tired and great. I'm hoping for results soon. Let's do this buddies.!! 💗💕
D7: Aigooo my legs are sore from yesterday's exercise hehe. Don't worry , I somehow managed to do this workout.
Believe me guys my posture is getting better 💕. It's been only 7 days so the results aren't that visible but I got this..

Aigo , my tried my jeans yesterday night , I fit in the jeans but it stick to my thighs and I look ugly 😭😭. I'm so desperate to loose my thigh fat. Can anyone tell me with other methods which I can follow along with workout and that will help me to loose my thigh fat faster? 😭💗

hey farah actually for me i eat only salad for dinner in luch i eat normal i just reduced the quantity stopped eating sugar instead i eat dates 7 on a day eating 3 times a day breakfast milk with 7 dates lunch with a piece of bread and my thighs was 61 now 58 only in 2 weeks i do mizi workout in night and april in morning have break on sunday i can eat somth sweet good luck

I swear by and recommend April's exercises to everyone! My thighs and saddlebags start to reduce within a day or two whenever I start her thigh exercises. Same goes for her upper body exercises. I start seeing visible differences within days. 😭
My results after 10 days of this exercise is -3cm in one thigh. So happy and will continue doing it every day. In last 3 days i start with inner thighs workaout too and I see results too. Thank you April so much ❤

I hate the way my outer thighs look in jeans so lets see if this helps. Throughout the 2 weeks I may do other April Han thigh workouts just for fun. I always start workout videos but never finish them for some reason so lets hope that I can be consistent. I have been doing this excercise for 3 months, 4-5 times a week and here's my experience. (I am a pear shape and also 52kg/168cm - 114pounds/5'6, damn the genetics for jiggly legs!): I didn't experience a life-altering look in 3 months as others claim but what I did notice was my curve indeed got smaller and my saddlebags got smoother and firmer, most possibly from strenghtening the muscles there. It is barely noticeable for anyone but me, but I am very happy with the results nonetheless. I think if you start with more fat tissues in the area, you will see more results but for me, it's still progress. So keep it up, it is worth it! :)
Hello I just started this workout today, I have a really bad inward rotation and knowing that is also a reason why I have saddlebags fat although I'm skinny. I find this video to look as the most helpful one. I'll try to do it 3 times a week for a year!

Day 1 : as I'm on a major glow-up grind, I came directly after doing the full body April han workout. I'm currently DRENCHED in sweat but it was worth it. The sore in my muscles is a proof of it lol
Day 2 : it was def less tiring than yesterday but I do abs workout before this one (frequently switching from one ab workout to another to see better differences) so it gets more tiring for me. I'll add on my measurements of hips and thighs to see if there's only a visual effect or more. Hope you guys are having a great time working out!
Day 3 : okay so I missed yesterday doing somifit's hipbone correction (highly recommended!) and now I do these two workouts together! The workout is def less tiring and sweaty and I hope to see some changes soon
Day 4 (been kinda irregular) : I'm def seeing some differences, very minor tho. Nothing major in my hips yet.

I have a lot of stubborn fat around my hips and lower belly, because I take a certain medication my body holds onto weight even more despite having an improved diet. Today’s day 1 and I made it through the whole thing, can’t wait to see my legs and glutes get stronger 💪🏽

I've been doing this workout constantly 6-7x a week for 6 weeks. I've seen a lot of comments saying they see the results, but most of them did this workout together with other workouts, sometimes even with a diet. So I wanted to see if something changes if I change nothing in my life but only do this one workout 6-7x a week. So I literally didn't do anything else.
And the result is, no, nothing changed.
I felt like many others wondered about this, so I wanted to share my experience!
I will keep doing this for a few more weeks and give an update if still nothing changed, maybe 6 weeks is just too few. 😉

I am very fat, and have a lot of pain in my hips. This set of exercises won't make me perfect, but they do prevent injury to me and stop my hips hurting. I do them about 6/7 times a week.

I did it for 9 days, could definitely feel difference in the shape, but after this l lost motivation as l was not losing fat, my calf started looking fat again. So this time l will try this workout after losing my leg fat first, coz l think it will work more that time. Definitely my jeans doesn't look that awkward now, but I am not skinny also. So l will try the leg slimming excercise first and then come back to this or maybe parallely l can do this after l do that. (Just one thing more to add, I didn't follow strict diet, maybe that might be the reason). Yeah but l have faith on these workouts, it works but you have to follow diet as well. But will come back to this after slimming for sure. This is my honest review hope this help others. But don't just judge looking at this, it differs person to person to what extent this will work depending on your life style, that's what l feel

I'm gonna try this workout for 6 weeks and document the difference here everydayfor the 1st week and once a week for the rest. I'll do it 6 days a week and take 1 rest day. I think I'll also start doing it twice everyday from the second week, we'll see. I will take measurements on days 1 and 4 of everywhere and update those. Because of my genetics I gain weight around my thighs so I really hope this workout will work.
Day 1: I did it and it was both difficult and easy at the same time. Like I felt horrible doing it but afterwards I felt like I could easily do more. I measure at (L) 59cm and (R) 58cm. It doesn't look that bad because I am really tall though and my measurements are not 100% accurate because either couldn't find my tape and I dont have a lot of inner thigh fat, it's all on the outside. Also, I ate like a pig today so it might be a bit more than usual.
Day 2 : I didn't feel very much stiffness or anything from yesterday, just a bit of pain in the thighs when I went down to do something but it was barely noticeable. I did the workout again and I felt really energized after wards even though my legs hurt a bit but like yesterday it hurt mostly while I was doing it, after it was alright.
Day 4: It was a bit less painful than yesterday. I do still feel a bit stiff but I really feel that I I immensely improving.
Day 5 & 6: I fell ill so I will start the countdown again from the next day 1 and record from there

Whaaaat?! Right after this exercise (the first time ever doing it) my hips feel SO LOOSE. Like, just like April showed in the graphics, it feels like my whole posture shifted to a more outward/open than inward/tight. Even now it's the next morning, and I immediately feel it as I walk. Everything is so much looser and it's crazy!!! I also LOVE how you explain why these things happen and why the exercises are helpful. I love your exercises so much, fan for life!!

Hello! I'm going to update my progress publicly here so that I feel more accountable to workout.
So I've already done this workout once before and another saddlebags workout twice in the past couple weeks. I've been jogging a mile 4-5 days a week for the past two weeks and also I've been walking almost a mile to cool down after that. I have very prominent saddlebags so I hope these workouts will help me feel more comfortable in my clothes.
I'll count today as day 1 though:
Day 1: I did the workout... It was not fun but I felt good afterwards
Day 2: I was busy, so I went through this workout more quickly than usual
Day 3: I instead jumped on a friend's trampoline rather than the saddlebags workout. I feel better generally now that I've been working out, although it is a lot of work ofc.
Day 4: I did the workout as well as a hand workout to get quicker fingers for my piano. I still can't do one of the moves correctly but I'm trying. I haven't really seen results yet which is expected because it's only day 4.
Day 5: I was on vacation, did not exercise
Day 6: still on vacation
Day 7: vacation, but I ran 4 miles
Day 8: back into the workout! It was tough!
Day 9: Instead I did a quick burn saddlebags workout from another fitness RUclipsr
Day 10: I have seen some results, I feel more comfortable in my jeans!
Day 11: not much to say here

Day 12 finished :) it's almost been 2 weeks already! I can't explain this in a normal way but oddly enough i'm seeing a difference in the way my feet and ankles look? They look smaller and sort of pointed forward, do with that information what you want ♡ i'll measure tomorrow, see ya then ♧
Day 13 done :) today is the penultimate day until the end of week 2. I could continue this workout past week 2 aswell if anyone wants to know what the further results look like♧ i'm bloated becuase i ate so much delicious food today but i measured and it was 51cm ish but my measuring method is still not accurate. It’s been 4 days since I started this workout routine (I’m doing this along side April’s inner thigh workout) and I can already see results!! 🥳
My thighs reduced around 1/2 - 1 inch already (1.5 - 2cms)

Hi,!! so i have doing this workouts till i reached a month and it gives amazing results.. i did it with drinking alots of water a day and full body stretch twice a week!! But guys some gets results in 2/3 weeks and some gets results late because it depends on how much fat is stored on your outer thighs, so listening others you may think they get fast results so it will not work on me. No, guys it is working in your body its working slow because your fat must me too much so dont give up.....just go with your time❤the success is waiting for you there..!!!!

I did the work out, it was hard in comparison to April’s others one I tried!

I won a golden medal today at my region s championship!
I did the usual along silent cardio, because why not?

Día 2: Siento que ya lo estoy haciendo mejor jeje, me encanta porque sí siento el dolor al hacer el ejercicio en el área que trata el video. No como en otros videos de otras personas que me dolía de todo, pero ese lugar no. Estoy feli
Día 3: Van tres días y aún no puedo hacer bien el último ejercicio. Los demás se me complican poco a poco menos. Hoy sudé más que otros días.
Día 4: Siento que me sale mejor el ultimo, pero aún me cuesta. Hoy creo que hice algunos ejercicios mejor porque realmente me dolió mucho más (solo con algunos ejercicios y momentáneamente).
Estos últimos días han sido difíciles por lo que empezaré de nuevo hoy.

Yes...I've been working out consistently from squats to outer thigh workouts for a year. If anything, although not completely diminished, I have reduced the "saddlebag" look and improved the shape of my hips and they look more heart shaped curvy.

That's very interesting to learn about why the body stores fat at the outer thigh. I've thought that it had something to do with what you mentioned, just from observation. I noticed every other woman with the same saddle bag issue as me also walked with toes pointing outward and having a knock-knee thing going on. So this just confirmed it for me, thank you. I hope to correct this and eliminate this trouble area.

Been a year now.. Did you keep exercising? If yes, did you get a good result?
I can say that the training really works! during the week, my weight on my hips significantly decreased, while I refused sweet and flour (but... Sometimes I could still afford sweets (⌒‐⌒)) I did this workout 1 time a day, and on some days I did home Pilates (for the most part it was stretching my legs).

Hello all so i am doing saddlebag workout and it's 7 or 8th day and my saddle bags aren't there like it feels so good to see my thight slimmer there is some fat left and I'll work on that and believe me I did only 4 or 5 days out of 8 days and whenever i used to sit doing nothing i used to do the leg lift exercise and I did them only mostly so just wanted to remind you all just do it and stick to it and when you will complete your goal it would feel so nice thank you btw i am 14 years old

I'll be doing this exercise alongside another one for burning the outter thigh fat
Day1: overall wasn't as bad as i had expected, the stretches to correct posture are kind of resting. The before last exercise was pretty challenging and i think i did it wrong but as i build up that muscle it should get better. No pain but my legs were rather wobbly afterwards
Day 2: muscles were sore from yesterday (not sure which workout caused it though) so it was less pleasant... But i did it!
Day3: can confirm the burn is from the exercises in this video, which is reassuring!
