this workout has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my neck pains. i used to have pains on my neck so terrible i couldn’t even sleep, ever since i’ve been doing this workout 1-2 times a day i don’t even feel pain on my neck area, plus my collarbones are popping! definitely recommend to anyone as a stretch workout ❤

COMPLETELY FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT IM BACK! Ok so results are that my collarbone is very much more visible and when i look in the mirror, i can see the bones and collarbone on my neck and chest. It worked guys and imma continue to do this daily when im bored.

To anyone who wants to lose weight as well:

Adding a few more in -
- When having meals have smaller portions (when you feel about 70 percent full) . You appetite will go lower with time as you lose weight so control yourself for the initial few weeks.
-Drink some detoxifying drinks like green tea. Papaya juice is also an excellent detoxifying drink.
-Try to avoid fruits/vegetables that can make you gain weight (for example, banana) . Have cucumbers, apples, indian gooseberry and lemons. They are packed with nutrients and great for skin too.
And most importantly enjoy the journey you will see results in no time. ❤

If you guys wondering if this workout works or not so let me tell you THIS WORKS 💯 for sure!! I've been doing this for like 2 or more years on irregular basis and this works like charm! Now i am going to add this on in my regular workout again!! Just be consistent and you're good to go!!!!❤

I'm 15 yrs old and I'm 64 kg weight , 153cm height and actually this work, my cousin sister is skinny, she look tall but I'm taller than her, and yesterday we took a pic together yesterday and we noticed that my collarbone is so visible but not her + if you're a nerd like me studying all day hurting your neck by sitting all day, this actually helps a lot for my neck pain too :)

You are definitely right, back during my elementary and middle school years I was definitely not strong or even healthy enough. Then now I started to exercise during my Sophomore year and now I'm a Junior I've seen lots of improvement. It went small day by day but trust me it gets a whole lot better

I've been doing this for about a month maybe ? Not everyday but atleast a few days every week and honestly this has worked for me. I would recommend either doing this exercise every 3 days in a week or everyday atleast twice and you'll see results

I started today with this exercise and my back feels great and I feel so refreshed. I recommend doing this right after you wake up.
Day 1: back feels great and so stretched. Shouldar blades (back part) feels like they were worked out but doesnt hurt. I cant wait to keep going.

can I just say that this doesn't only just make your collarbone more visible, but it's also refreshing, fixes your posture, and helps you lose weight (most likely on your arms). at least that's what it did to me, ofc the affects changes from one another but it does what it says so trust it and do it for at least a week everyday

I‘ve been insecure about the fact that my shoulders didn‘t feel feminine enough for years, and I‘ve only been doing this workout once every day for a week and the results are incredible! I feel so much more confident already, thank you so much! This workout is also so much fun, it doesn‘t feel like other workouts that make you feel miserable while gaining slow results

Lyssa Draws i have a pretty strong bone structure so I wouldnt say my shoulders got any narrower! This workout helps much more with the neck and collarbone area, my shoulders are still wide and soft looking :)

This will probably gonna be buried in the comment section but I'm gonna say it anyway. Back in 6th grade in our science class, our topic was all abt bones and then we start talking abt collar bone. And then my teacher said to me that it will be probably hard to feel/find mine as a joke (well because I am chubby at that time, im still chubby btw huhu). I just laugh along lol but it actually hurt me a bit. When I said a bit it meant A LOT haha. (I STILL FREAKING REMEMBER IT AFTER 5 YEARS, YES IT HURT HURT LOL). Well maybe because I am starting to go into puberty at that time and it made me feel really insecure abt my weight and how I look.
Now five years later I'm doing this hehe, it's been a month and ITS WORKING GUYS I RECOMMEND IT. A tip I can say is be consistent and be patient, IT WILL TAKE TIME UNTIL YOU CAN SEE THE RESULTS YOU WANT SO HANG IN THERE. I guess all I wanted to say is don't ever let other people's words get to you because from my experience it made my self-esteem so low and made me really really insecure abt everything. I've never felt so confident in my body after I start working out a month ago. So if you wanna look and feel better, you have to work hard. Coz no you won't find a genie on a bottle and wish you'll lose weight or just wake up one day and then have a brand new body. It will take time, everything does so work hard and be patient.

edit: ps. Also, I don't have any remorse or anger to that teacher who said that to me now (but back then i kinda hated her for saying that in front of the whole class, grrrrr). Yes, at first it hurts but now I don't really care, somehow it just becomes a driving force for me to keep on working out. So guys, turn those negative words from others into something positive coz it is really helpful! personally, i didn't see the quick results everyone else in this comment section seems to be getting, but this stretch routine still works! been adding it to my regular workout for about 4 weeks now and can definitely see the changes at this point. my neck and collarbone area is much more defined and i'm really happy with the results so far. thank you emi!

@Yuu i've had my mom check my posture during the exercises to make sure i was doing them right and it turned out that i wasn't at first. it really helped to have someone correct my movements and doing the excersises felt different as well once i got the posture right. before, i wasn't really feeling the burn where i was supposed to feel it, but then i did. perhaps that could help you, too? wishing you the best of luck on your fitness journey. 🧡

Remember honey, slow progress is better than no progress at all 😉 aren't you tired of giving up? Just give your self a thought "what if i don't give up?" what would happen ? 😊 we all struggle to get what we want ,its not that easy like your just cooking instant noodles , and never compare your chapter 2 to someone's chapter 20. You can do it believe in your self and give your self a reward by complementing your self that you did a great job and once a week eat something that makes you happy 😊 consistency is always a good weapon ❤

For those wondering, this workout really works! I did it for a week (and I’m continuing to do it to maintain results) and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. I’m not a person who really measures results, but I can the bones on both sides and I have a nice underline. My neck also looks more thin and the bones are more visible.
Does it slim down your double chin? Just asking for me.
