This is insane! I did this workout for two weeks and it really worked!! I finally have a toned jawline and my face is also less puffy! So if you have doubts for this workout, don‘t, just be consistent for a week. You can already see differences after one week! This is amazing!!
This probably is great, but I can tell you from someone whom has done facial exercises you CAN NEVER STOP, if you do the fat comes back and twice as bad. I wish these people would put that in there wonderful description. Just saying.

Day four-WOW! I really see a difference in my chin! Day five- went on a diet and definitely helped lose the weight on my face quickly! Definitely recommend a keto diet Kinda forgot for a bit… 🤭 Day 6 ig..?- MY JAW HURTSSS but I slowly feel my face getting slimmer!! Day 7- my face had lifted!! (Like to remind me) 7 months later- imma be honest, this did absolutely nothing. I did this for a bit when I had a lot of face fat and nothing happened. My face is a lot slimmer now ( I don’t do these exercises anymore ) like all u need to do is eat healthy and exercise.
1 thing I learned from this video is that many people have commitment issues 😂 I scroll through the comments, and no one provided a proper update, even though so many said they'll do this for X amount of days.

For people who are looking for a video for slimmer face I tried this for a week without any exercise and it really helped so I think this video is the one . TRY TO DO IT TWICE A DAY . Even if no one likes your face I love it I love your body and I love everything about you if I met you I would say you are beautiful and you just don't know it . Something I notice is that you will not get results if you do it wrong (just like a workout). Ive noticed some small differences/changes that I made to be more accurate with this workout. This may include: making sure your using the right part of your hands and fingers, knowing where she is moving her hands/fingers, and lastly the movement of her hands/fingers. Im pretty confidient that I did this little face workout right because I literally feel it in my face every time. Im on a normal diet nothing special. so my important note is: *IF YOU DONT DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS* (like my comment so people can see this important information).
ive been doing this for a month now, and there has definitely been a huge difference. i started with a round face, with really fatty type cheeks that id look like a dumpling (im not joking sigh) anyways. now that its been a month, my face isnt as round and my fatty cheeks are gone now, i have the slim face i wanted! consistency is the key, you'll achieve your goals guys!

Remember guys there's many factors to double chin. These exercise specifically focus on your jaw muscles and tighten the skin (that's the way to go if you have loose skin from poor posture and aging) but if fat is the reason, you have to exercise daily and eat a healthy diet. Be consistent with your routine and be realistic! 4-6 months and y'all will be looking sexy. And LOVE YOURSELF! We will never be committed if we don't love ourselves enough!
I just did the whole exercise and It really feels different from first time doing it ur face will be more tightly back + chin is a little bit showing 🤩
I did this for 1 month and yes I saw great results. All it needs is little consistency. Apply any serum or essential oil on your face before the exercise. It really relaxes the muscles. Really, i was struggling with double chin and face fat for years. But her exercises did wonders to my face. Definitely recommend. 👍🏻

Не можу сказати, що підборіддя цілком пропало, але воно таки зменшилося. Губи стали більші, вони прямо появилися в мене. Так що робіть, воно не багато по часу, але як приємна рутина для свого любого обличчя ☺️☺️

I started this exercise today, going to keep it up for at least 2 weeks to see the results. Day 1: Did it once. I have no visible jawline and my face is a bit chubby (will update tomorrow) Day 2: Did it twice today. I felt pain in my neck while exercising, extending up to the jaw area. Day 3: I did the exercise once. My jaw and neck hurt more. Day 4: Okay, so I forgot to update yesterday. I did the exercise once. A friend commented that my face looks slimmer, so I guess the exercise is working. The jaw hurts the same. I'm going to start today's exercise. Day 5: I did the exercise once, and my jaw didn't hurt as much today. My face looks slimmer (including the chin), but I also want to mention that I've been focusing on my diet along with exercise-cutting down on sugar, eating less junk, and drinking a lot of water. Day 6: I did it once today. I might sound like I'm exaggerating, but trust me, my face fat has reduced significantly. My chin has also improved. I love the exercise and plan to increase the quantity.

Edited. Been doing this daily for 2 months without fail. My report. First two weeks: At first nothing happened, my face muscles just hurt a bit. A week in I noticed my cheeks were smaller so kept at it. At the second week the exercise that was giving me trouble (thumbs under the chin and message upwards) was going smooth as butter. My Face is a bit slimmer now but more importantly more define. I'll Keep at it. EDIT 13th of Jan Today I've been doing these daily for a month. I think it's really noticeable now. My face is slimmer with more definition around the jawline. Double chin is still a work in progress but I think it's slowly working. EDIT 13th of Fen Last update. My cheeks slimmed down and I get the impression my whole face lifted up a bit. Jawline is notable now which is impressive considering I have a round face. My second chin is still there sadly. Reduced and more tight if that makes any sense but still refusing to leave. These are now part of my daily routine so will keep at it but this is my last update. Results:- Slimmer cheeks, sharper jawline and lifted face. Reduced double chin but not by much.
@@corinne8560 I think the biggest change for me was the cheeks and the jawline. I have a round face so it's all cheeks, they really slimmed down since I started in December. I was hopping my second chin would be fixed but I guess 10 minutes won't fix what 20 years of slacking have done. Still doing those daily and I do think they work just slowly not like the miraculous changes the comments are making them seem to be.

i didn't keep track of each day but I definitely see the improvement of my face and especially my jaw. additionally, what I observe in myself is this also helps me emotionally and mentally in seeing my face in a beautiful light. it is really not bad or ugly. it's fine, it is pretty enough either doing this workout or not.

Over the past few years i have been so insecure with my big face and puffy cheeks. This video was a lifesaver! I have been doing this on a daily basis for a week now and i can already see so many results! My face is less puffy, less big and less round. My jawline is sharper! Okay here is an update!!!. Today is my 30th day of this exercise. I had a round face with double chin. Now i can see my double chin almost faded and the shape of my face has changed and jawline sharpened. 😍😍🥰
Ok I‘m gonna try this, hope I will stick with it! Day 1: ok I was not prepared that it’s actually a bit exhausting, really hope it helps because the shape of my face is probably my biggest insecurity at the moment, will update you if it helps Day 2 (morning): I wanna try to do this twice a day now because I read in the description that you get faster results if you‘re doing it once in the morning and once in the evening. And I now did this after my skin care routine so that my skin is still moisturized which feels better for all the exercise where you have to go over your face. Plus I now did it in front of a mirror to make sure I‘m doing the exercises right. So far I don’t see any changes. But it’s only the second day. Day 2 (evening): of course still no results but I‘m still hopeful. I’ll be posting my results here!: Day 1 ✅- No visible changes, although my face feels more relaxed and a bit lifted. I also did a body workout, so yeah.
I don't usually leave public comments, but this really did helped me a lot, give it a try! More so than building muscle/burning fat it helps manipulate your lymph & other fluids to help you be less bloated and retain less toxins & fluids in your face (at least that's how I understood it). I've done this 2 months now, every night before sleep. I take a selfie every month to see the difference. I'm also doing this with diet & exercise (losing 1 pound/week) so can't say which one had a bigger impact, BUT I know my body best and I've never been able to make my face slimmer, like the last place I lose weight so I really do think this helped me. My takeways from the last 2 months: - After 30 days: 140->135 lbs, double chin was still visible but reduced 30-40%, cheeks still a bit puffy, jaw round; overall face looks 20% smaller/thinner - After 60 days: 135->130 lbs, double chin only 30% visible! like only if I'm bending my head down you really see it, cheeks way flatter, less puffy/bloated looking, jaw still round but starting to form sharp angles; it was at this stage that peoplw began to comment that I looked different - I think maybe 60 more days to really achieve the look that I want :) Oh and I do it after my skincare routine, having lotion on really helps

As mentioned in the description box we should do it twice in a day : Morning and Night for getting fast results. Also use moisturizer or oil and then do this exercise for relaxing facial muscles.
I've been doing this for the last 2 days, and I have to say (without being delusional) that I can already see my skin has tightened a bit. Not necessarily in my face, but more in my neck and under my chin. But you have to remember to do each movement correctly; quality over quantity. I'll update as I go along. It's day 3 and I am very serious about seeing changes, my jaw is more defined already. This is definitely effective and has good results pretty quickly when you use the right technique. Day 4: Still seeing defining in my facial features Day 5: Done. Still feeling good about the results so far. Day 6: Done Day 7: Done. My face looks quite different. Cheekbones, jawline, chin, even my neck. It's all more defined. Day 8: Done, feeling pretty today. Day 9: Done Day 10: Done Day 11: Done Day 12: Done I'll keep going and just update everyone couple days.

heres a real review with this video in 2024 i have done many workouts over the past week this included and i can absolutely tell you it works just almost a week passing by my double chin has shrunk immensely but my face fat is still around but theres a slight change, now i do calorie deficit and other workouts as a said but i think without this workout too i wouldnt be able to see changes in my face within a week (even some of the people i know seen progress of my face as my double chin was shrunk) so dont give up to the ones who are doing this workout and thank you mizi, just so you know i do this twice a day morning and night and always be patient cause im so serious saying that this works

This is insane! I did this workout for two weeks and it really worked!! I finally have a toned jawline and my face is also less puffy! So if you have doubts for this workout, don‘t, just be consistent for a week. You can already see differences after one week! This is amazing!!

This probably is great, but I can tell you from someone whom has done facial exercises you CAN NEVER STOP, if you do the fat comes back and twice as bad. I wish these people would put that in there wonderful description. Just saying.

Something I notice is that you will not get results if you do it wrong (just like a workout). Ive noticed some small differences/changes that I made to be more accurate with this workout. This may include: making sure your using the right part of your hands and fingers, knowing where she is moving her hands/fingers, and lastly the movement of her hands/fingers. Im pretty confidient that I did this little face workout right because I literally feel it in my face every time. Im on a normal diet nothing special. so my important note is: *IF YOU DONT DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS* (like my comment so people can see this important information).

ive been doing this for a month now, and there has definitely been a huge difference. i started with a round face, with really fatty type cheeks that id look like a dumpling (im not joking sigh) anyways. now that its been a month, my face isnt as round and my fatty cheeks are gone now, i have the slim face i wanted! consistency is the key, you'll achieve your goals guys!

Remember guys there's many factors to double chin. These exercise specifically focus on your jaw muscles and tighten the skin (that's the way to go if you have loose skin from poor posture and aging) but if fat is the reason, you have to exercise daily and eat a healthy diet. Be consistent with your routine and be realistic! 4-6 months and y'all will be looking sexy. And LOVE YOURSELF! We will never be committed if we don't love ourselves enough!
actually i'm very fit and still have an undefined jawline. a play tennis everyday and eat a healthy diet so that's not the case for everybody.
I just did the whole exercise and It really feels different from first time doing it ur face will be more tightly back + chin is a little bit showing 🤩
I did this for 1 month and yes I saw great results. All it needs is little consistency. Apply any serum or essential oil on your face before the exercise. It really relaxes the muscles.

@@krishiddles5490 привіт! Я роблю їх на постійній основі. Можу сказати, що лице помітно змінилося. Я повна, і все ще худну в цілому( скинула за рік 27кг) і лице таки дуже. Не можу сказати, що підборіддя цілком пропало, але воно таки зменшилося. Губи стали більші, вони прямо появилися в мене. Так що робіть, воно не багато по часу, але як приємна рутина для свого любого обличчя ☺️☺️

Day 1: Did it once. I have no visible jawline and my face is a bit chubby (will update tomorrow)
Day 2: Did it twice today. I felt pain in my neck while exercising, extending up to the jaw area.
Day 3: I did the exercise once. My jaw and neck hurt more.
Day 4: Okay, so I forgot to update yesterday. I did the exercise once. A friend commented that my face looks slimmer, so I guess the exercise is working. The jaw hurts the same.

Day 5: I did the exercise once, and my jaw didn't hurt as much today. My face looks slimmer (including the chin), but I also want to mention that I've been focusing on my diet along with exercise-cutting down on sugar, eating less junk, and drinking a lot of water.
Day 6: I did it once today. I might sound like I'm exaggerating, but trust me, my face fat has reduced significantly. My chin has also improved. I love the exercise and plan to increase the quantity.

First two weeks:
At first nothing happened, my face muscles just hurt a bit. A week in I noticed my cheeks were smaller so kept at it. At the second week the exercise that was giving me trouble (thumbs under the chin and message upwards) was going smooth as butter. My Face is a bit slimmer now but more importantly more define. I'll Keep at it.

Today I've been doing these daily for a month.
I think it's really noticeable now. My face is slimmer with more definition around the jawline. Double chin is still a work in progress but I think it's slowly working.

Last update. My cheeks slimmed down and I get the impression my whole face lifted up a bit. Jawline is notable now which is impressive considering I have a round face.
My second chin is still there sadly. Reduced and more tight if that makes any sense but still refusing to leave.
These are now part of my daily routine so will keep at it but this is my last update.
Results:- Slimmer cheeks, sharper jawline and lifted face. Reduced double chin but not by much.

@@corinne8560 I think the biggest change for me was the cheeks and the jawline. I have a round face so it's all cheeks, they really slimmed down since I started in December. I was hopping my second chin would be fixed but I guess 10 minutes won't fix what 20 years of slacking have done. Still doing those daily and I do think they work just slowly not like the miraculous changes the comments are making them seem to be.

i didn't keep track of each day but I definitely see the improvement of my face and especially my jaw. additionally, what I observe in myself is this also helps me emotionally and mentally in seeing my face in a beautiful light. it is really not bad or ugly. it's fine, it is pretty enough either doing this workout or not.

Over the past few years i have been so insecure with my big face and puffy cheeks. This video was a lifesaver! I have been doing this on a daily basis for a week now and i can already see so many results! My face is less puffy, less big and less round. My jawline is sharper! Highly recommend you guys do this workout! It only took me two days to see the results 😅. It wont take long for you either! Get started and you wont regret doing this workout!!!❤❤❤

Day 1: My jaw hurts but I notice a slight difference
Day 2: My jaw hurts again but I'm starting to notice a difference
Day 3: My jawline is starting to get sharp, and I notice a slight difference in my double chin too
Day 4: Only within 4 days, my double chin is starting to disappear and my jawline is getting a lot sharper
Day 5: My jawline is a lot sharper but my double chin isn't completely gone
Day 6: Same as Day 5
Day 7: I can see a lot of differences when compared to Day 1
Day 8: The progress is getting better but my double chin still isn't completely gone.

Note: I've been doing the other 2 face workout videos that she has posted, the 8 minute and 7 minute one, I've been doing them along with this one, the 9 minute. Also, don't forget to wash your hands before doing these exercises.

Okay here is an update!!!. Today is my 30th day of this exercise. I had a round face with double chin. Now i can see my double chin almost faded and the shape of my face has changed and jawline sharpened. 😍😍🥰

Day 1: ok I was not prepared that it’s actually a bit exhausting, really hope it helps because the shape of my face is probably my biggest insecurity at the moment, will update you if it helps
Day 2 (morning): I wanna try to do this twice a day now because I read in the description that you get faster results if you‘re doing it once in the morning and once in the evening. And I now did this after my skin care routine so that my skin is still moisturized which feels better for all the exercise where you have to go over your face. Plus I now did it in front of a mirror to make sure I‘m doing the exercises right. So far I don’t see any changes. But it’s only the second day.
Day 2 (evening): of course still no results but I‘m still hopeful. Also doing a Gua sha routine on top of it (this was also so far not successful)
Day 3 (morning): done :) might see slight changes but could also totally making it up

🌸Day 1 : (firstly I have a routine where I cut off all junk food in my diet and eat my first meal at 12pm and my last meal at 6pm. In between I drink lots of water and if I do get hungry small healthy snacks are acceptable). secondly my jaw hurts just a tad bit and my face looks less puffy🌸
🩵Day2: to keep it short and simple I’ve noticed this exercise helps with the bloating in my face 🩵

For anyone who plans on doing these types of videos, what helped me is keeping track on a calendar. Instead of keeping it on your phone, tracking it on a calendar helps you to remember and see your commitment towards it. You all are beautiful and you got this!❤

Thanks Mizi for all your workouts. I've been doing these now since one month , and results are amazing. Along with this I'm doing other full body workouts too and eating only healthy food, changes are noticeable in one month only.

I’VE BEEN DOING IT FOR LESS THAN 5 DAYS AND I ALREADY CAN SEE THE EFFECTS!!❤
I don't usually leave public comments, but this really did helped me a lot, give it a try! More so than building muscle/burning fat it helps manipulate your lymph & other fluids to help you be less bloated and retain less toxins & fluids in your face (at least that's how I understood it).
I've done this 2 months now, every night before sleep. I take a selfie every month to see the difference. I'm also doing this with diet & exercise (losing 1 pound/week) so can't say which one had a bigger impact, BUT I know my body best and I've never been able to make my face slimmer, like the last place I lose weight so I really do think this helped me.
My takeways from the last 2 months:
- After 30 days: 140->135 lbs, double chin was still visible but reduced 30-40%, cheeks still a bit puffy, jaw round; overall face looks 20% smaller/thinner
- After 60 days: 135->130 lbs, double chin only 30% visible! like only if I'm bending my head down you really see it, cheeks way flatter, less puffy/bloated looking, jaw still round but starting to form sharp angles; it was at this stage that peoplw began to comment that I looked different
- I think maybe 60 more days to really achieve the look that I want :) Oh and I do it after my skincare routine, having lotion on really helps
I have been doing this for a week now and i have seen some changes now my face have gotten slimmer not so much but there is a little different and I'm happy with it❤️✨
How many times a day we should do. Facial workout??
As mentioned in the description box we should do it twice in a day : Morning and Night for getting fast results.
Also use moisturizer or oil and then do this exercise for relaxing facial muscles.
I've been doing this for the last 2 days, and I have to say (without being delusional) that I can already see my skin has tightened a bit. Not necessarily in my face, but more in my neck and under my chin. But you have to remember to do each movement correctly; quality over quantity. I'll update as I go along.
It's day 3 and I am very serious about seeing changes, my jaw is more defined already. This is definitely effective and has good results pretty quickly when you use the right technique.

i have done many workouts over the past week this included and i can absolutely tell you it works just almost a week passing by my double chin has shrunk immensely but my face fat is still around but theres a slight change, now i do calorie deficit and other workouts as a said but i think without this workout too i wouldnt be able to see changes in my face within a week (even some of the people i know seen progress of my face as my double chin was shrunk) so dont give up to the ones who are doing this workout and thank you mizi, just so you know i do this twice a day morning and night and always be patient cause im so serious saying that this works
