for those wondering if it works, yes it does! ive been doing mizis face workouts for a year now and have noticed a huge difference (sharper jawline, and slimmed face) 2 months in. the trick is just to be consistent with it! yes it takes discipline but in the end it is very worth it. doing these excersises helped my jawline become more defined than it has ever been and i hope those reading this will see their own progress too! ^-^

Day 1: My jaw hurts but i notice a slight difference
Day 2: My jaw hurts again but I'm starting to notice a difference
Day 3: My jawline is starting to get sharp, and I notice a slight difference in my double chin too
Day 4: Only within 4 days, my double chin is starting to disappear and my jawline is getting a lot sharper
Day 5: My jawline is a lot sharper but my double chin isn't completely gone
Day 6: Same as Day 5
Day 7: I can see a lot of differences when compared to Day 1
Day 8: The progress is getting better but my double chin still isn't completely gone.
Day 9: Same as Day 8
Note: I've been doing the other 2 face workout videos that she has posted, the 9 minute and 7 minute one, I've been doing them along with this one, the 8 minute. Also, don't forget to wash your hands before doing these exercises.
I have done it for more than 2 weeks and it really works just do this exercise daily and eat healthy you will see the result for sure best of luck 🧿♥️

For reference, I'm a UK size 14 with a visible double chin and face fat on my cheeks.
I have done 3 days so far and not really seen any difference yet, but I am determined to continue this and see results. I'm curious as to how long it will be before I start to see or feel any differences!

@@pranitha27 I’ve been doing this workout for three weeks now, and I picked up another workout that can be done from bed, and the progress I’ve seen so far is that my face is less puffy, but not yet defined as such. The double chin is still there but my cheeks are not as fat, my cheekbones are a little more visible again

Please note :
I am overweight so carry excess fat in lower cheeks too due to weight and due to ageing & sagging -no wrinkles but downward sagging. So let's see if this works for me, if it does for me it will definitely for younger non-overweight people!

7-✅ I saw a tiny difference. My left side is not showing too much like my right idk if I am doing it wrong or 🤷🏽♀️ but today I saw small difference.

Okay so i did this for one week. And can i see the results.? Yes but very mild. Like the puffiness is decreasing but it takes time. One week is nothing i think. I should continue doing this to get better results.

These are good exercises. I've been doing them for about a week consistently (morning and night) but I do have _one_ concern. Is it normal to experience lip numbness/tingling while doing these? I think the "kissing the sky" one causes it for me. It feels funny for a few minutes after and then I don't notice it. I want to keep doing these, but I just need to make sure that's normal and not harmful!
