    I've been doing these exercices simultaneously with your 7mn face fat exercices for about 2 weeks now and I'm so so happy with the results.     for those wondering if it works, yes it does! ive been doing mizis face workouts for a year now and have noticed a huge difference (sharper jawline, and slimmed face) 2 months in. the trick is just to be consistent with it! yes it takes discipline but in the end it is very worth it. doing these excersises helped my jawline become more defined than it has ever been and i hope those reading this will see their own progress too! ^-^

    I'm starting this workout alongside the 7minute face fat work out.
    For reference, I'm a UK size 14 with a visible double chin and face fat on my cheeks.
    I have done 3 days so far and not really seen any difference yet, but I am determined to continue this and see results. I'm curious as to how long it will be before I start to see or feel any differences!

      @@pranitha27 I’ve been doing this workout for three weeks now, and I picked up another workout that can be done from bed, and the progress I’ve seen so far is that my face is less puffy, but not yet defined as such. The double chin is still there but my cheeks are not as fat, my cheekbones are a little more visible again

    Day 1: My jaw hurts but i notice a slight difference
    Day 2: My jaw hurts again but I'm starting to notice a difference
    Day 3: My jawline is starting to get sharp, and I notice a slight difference in my double chin too
    Day 4: Only within 4 days, my double chin is starting to disappear and my jawline is getting a lot sharper
    Day 5: My jawline is a lot sharper but my double chin isn't completely gone
    Day 6: Same as Day 5
    Day 7: I can see a lot of differences when compared to Day 1
    Day 8: The progress is getting better but my double chin still isn't completely gone.
    Day 9: Same as Day 8

    Doing this before the start of school!
    Starting: 3rd August 2024
    Day 1: ✅ - felt a difference
    Day 2: ✅ - felt & saw a difference
    Day 3: ✅ - felt & saw a big difference
    Day 4: ✅ - really happy with the results so far
    Day 5: ✅
    Day 6: ✅ - have noticed the skin is a lot tighter there, a giant difference to what it used to be and I’m really happy with how it’s looking
    Day 7: ✅ - double chin is almost gone (I did have quite a big one so it’s okay), so happy with how it’s looking and I’m finally liking my side profile :D
    I have also decided to go another week or more just for consistency :)

    (didn’t do it for 2 days because I literally was so mentally drained)

    These are good exercises. I've been doing them for about a week consistently (morning and night) but I do have _one_ concern. Is it normal to experience lip numbness/tingling while doing these? I think the "kissing the sky" one causes it for me. It feels funny for a few minutes after and then I don't notice it. I want to keep doing these, but I just need to make sure that's normal and not harmful!
