      You could look up beginner courses on piano, and/or you could look up the best piano books for beginners.
      I recommend starting with "A Dozen a Day" (warm & scales book), Any reccomended theory book, & a repetoire/pieces book, all in the level gr.1
      tho you could start with any set of gr.1 books you wish, but I reccomended at least 1 scale/warm up book, a theory book, and a pieces/repetoire book.
      Start with the theory book to learn what each key is on the piano, what a time signature & key signature is, etc.
      then go on to scales, keys, etc. till you get the hang of them.
      then move on to warm ups & pieces
      Usual practice sessions start with a warm up (could be any simple or complex bit of music, usually short but some pianists use a bit of another piece to warm up), then go on to playing a piece over & over again until you iron out the problems. Repeat the next day.
      Warming up is not necessarily required but it can help, ESPECIALLY if you are just starting out I reccomend not skipping warm ups.
      Remember to practice scales, etc. & a few theory sheets often. Doesn't have to be every day, but try to make it regular.
      Tip: When playing -
      • Sit up right (you can change your posture once you've gotten more comfortable with piano)
      • play with the pads and tips of your fingers (I was always told as a kid to think of it like spider hands, don't have your full finger on the keys)
      • REMEMBER THE METRONOME! (If you want to improve well-being, you'll have to use a metronome. It helps SO much with rhythm & tempo)
      •Always go at your own pace (when you first start something it will take time to get it up to speed, start as slow as you need and work up in small increases)

    I know this is an old video, but thank you! I've already felt improvement after 2 days of doing this routine. My job requires lots of typing/clicking and I do a lot of crocheting to relax. These movements have loosened my fingers and wrists in ways I never thought were possible.

    as someone who studies with paper often and who spends a bunch of time drawing and using my fingers, these exercises are great to release built up tension and loosen my wrist! def recommend for less stiff hands as well as the elongating exercise

      @@olilondonslotion about a week or so ever since then my fingers stayed nice I am very satisfied with the results sometimes if they bloat due to heat or Smth I do the exercise but rarely

      @@olilondonslotion oh idk tbh I have small fingers so I saw the result immediately it doesn't take much time try it out for some days maybe a week or two it's even relaxing I did it after my workouts or before going to bed like a stretch routine hope it helps u

    Day 1:im excited, little sore
    Day 2:relaxed
    Day 3:same as the previous day
    Day 4:my fingers look slim
    Day 5:i think my hands are a bit slim and some bones are slightly visible
    Day 6:seems slimmer and a mm longer
    Day 7:good results, recommended
    Everyone has different body types and weight soo don't think you will get results in 1 week it can take minimum 3 weeks soo fighting 😂😅

    i'm going to do this for 2 weeks or more, followed with other hand exercises.
    day 1: ✅ i did it yesterday, didn't felt anything or any difference
    day 2: ✅ i just done it now, it has a burning sensation, but it proves that im making progress
    day 3:✅ doesn't burn anymore, i could see a bit of progress!!
    day 4: ✅ slight progress
    day 5: ✅ sorry for not updating, there are no changes yet

    Всем привет буду делать 15 дней
    1:✅один раз вечером
    2:✅два раза стали немного тоньше и на мой взгляд длиннее 😅
    3:✅два раза как и в прошлой раз
    4:✅один раз
    5:✅три раза они стали длиннее
    6:❌
    7:❌
    8:✅ делала 3 раза
    9:✅2 раза
    10:✅2 раза они побаливают но визуально длиннее
    11:✅ 2 раза
    12:✅два раза боль ушла
    13:✅ три раза
    14:✅ два раза
    15:✅ 2 раза
    Результат:
    Было:17 см(до самого большого пальца)
    Стало:19 с половиной + они стали тоньше

    Day 2 : Done!!!

    Day 7 : i was busy for this past 2 days so i skipped T.T but i did it today for 3 times and my hands are SORE!! But i love ittt heheh

    Day 14 : DONE my hands did change!! This was a really good exercice i totally recommend it❤!!!

    ちょうど手がとても浮腫んでいて指輪の跡がくっきりできていたのですが、このエクササイズを1回しただけで消えました!😂✨ あと、いつも手が冷たく、爪の色も紫っぽいのですが、手が温まって爪もピンクになりました🙄ありがとうございます!続けたいと思います!

    Trying this!
    Day 1:👍 it felt good it hurt
    Day 2: 👍Felt good it didn't hurt as much but it changed just a little
    Day 3:👍did it at 12am due to boredom feel a slight change doing it currently now at 2pm

    7日目と最終日: 昨日は申し訳ありませんが、今日は昨日と今日の2回行いました。確かに、このエクササイズは素晴らしく、非常に効果的です。ぜひ実行することをお勧めします。関節が白くなり、指が長くて細くなります。

    day one: my fingers are aready leaner and thinner! but only a few minutes after the exercise
    day two: not a lot of change, but feeling better!
    day three: lmao I did this like ten times today, but I can defo see the difference!!! better knucklebones and thinner fingers!
    day four: my fingers hurt so much today, so I just played piano for longer :D
    day five: I can see the literal HUGE DIFFERENCE, I don't need to stretch my fingers out to palm a basketball that much anymore!

    i'm going to try this sooo
    day 1: ✅ it was really good, nothing painful and relaxing :)
    day 2: ✅ again it was good! and i felt a little pain in my fingers but it was relaxing at the same time
    day 3: ✅ I didn't feel any pain today, and I'm noticing few differences :D
    day 4: ✅ I felt some pain in my palms but not in my fingers
    Day 5: ✅ I forgot to write but no pain and I already notice that my fingers are growing a little longer!

    Начинаю параллельно эти упражнения
    31.08. 23- первый день: очень классные упражнения, чуть сложные но это ничего. Надеюсь буду продолжать не отрывая, ещё хорошо будет если нанести крем на руки так легче.

    Doing this for 10 days!❤(its finished!!!💖)
    Day 1-My fingers are very skinny but not bony so i will start this excersise!its a bit hurtful but in relaxing later,i am excited for the results!
    Day 2- Surprisingly my knuckles are a tiny bit more visible in a short Time!
    Day 3-I am super schocked on how well this worked😮!!!today i didnt go to school so i had alot of free time,i did this like 8 times💀(yes i seem crazy)but my fingers are very longer than day 2!
    Day 4-I was getting an AC in my room at morning so I only did this 2 times after the ac was plugged in I do see a slight difference than day 3 tho
    Day 5-My cat died today I was very sad today😔I only did this 2 times,but knuckles can be seen a tiny bit more
    Day 6-Did it 3 times today,same as day 5
    Day 7-(I forgot to do day 7)💀
    Day 8-I am gonna do an extra day since I forgot to do day seven but whatsoever I do see slight improvements
    Day 9-My fingers look longer than before so as slimmer,I'm seeing good improvement!❤
    Day 10-I only did this 1 time today because I was sooo sleepy the whole day but whatsoever same as day 9 I will keep it up at day 11
    Day 11-Amazing results!i am inlove with my hands!i recommend this excersise alot❤❤❤❤❤❤ thank you ❤

    Bueno, está es la primera vez que vengo al canal después de muchos intentos con otros videos (casi tres meses y ni tengo resultados)...
    Día 1: Sentí las manos dormidas pero comenzaba a sentir como si algo se hubiese movido, ni sé cómo describirlo.
    Día 2: siento las manos más relajadas pero no hay un cambio evidente o dolor.

    Día 15: mis manos tienen más flexibilidad y mis dedos son más largos, realmente funciona 💪

    First Day - I feel exhausted yet its so relaxing.
    Second Day - I do not see any changes but I can feel that my fingers are lil bit exhausted. My index finger on the right hurt a bit after doing this exercise (maybe I overdo it? idk.)
    Third Day - edit this one tomorrow to see some improvements)

    I'll be doing this and updating daily! I'm motivated (I will try to not miss a day!) Remember to like to remind me!! ❤ Also i'll be taking a picture of my left hand everyday to see my progress.
    Day 1 : ✔felt nice on my hands after stretching, wasn't hard, not much of a difference
    Day 2 : ✔my hands are slightly burning and are kinda warm from the stretches, also you can kind of see that my fingers are a bit thinner than before
    Day 3 : ✔My hands felt warm and were burning today too, also you can see visible change in my hands (atleast for me) also doing this at 0:30in the morning like what am I doing with my life

    Я в шоке😮 Делаю первый день, пока на работе появляется минутка свободная, сразу начинаю делать. У меня в пальцах косточки сами по себе широкие, но в зоне тыльной стороны ладони уже видно вот эти длинные кости, которые от зоны запястья к пальцам идут (Простите, хз как называются). Сами пальцы длиннее и тоньше пока не стали, разумеется, но на тыльной стороне ладони уже видны изменения! Спасибо ❤
