Day 1 : I trained my legs for an hour and a half , so this is what I needed. after that , the pain in my legs went away a little , and I felt better. then I slept soundly
Day 2 : today I trained my legs for 2 hours. then I had swimming for an hour. I also want to add that every day I walk at least 6 thousand steps !! it must be strange but I already see small changes..
Day 3 : I trained my legs again for 2 hours. but they did not hurt me as much as in the past days. but that day I walked only 1400 steps because I sat at home all day. I ate almost nothing today 😢
Day 4 : I trained my legs for an hour and 40 minutes. after that I really wanted to sleep. I also walked 7 thousand steps and I have no strength at all
Day 5 : today I did not do training, but I went for 1 hour of swimming.
Day 6 : I trained my legs for an hour and 40 minutes. I also walked 6 thousand steps. lately I don't have the desire to do training, but I force myself
Day 7 : I trained for almost 3 hours and walked 4 thousand steps. tomorrow I need to go swimming, so I will write the results tomorrow.

Делала эти упражнения 12 дней(с прогулами, ибо я заболела.)
Результат: ноги подтянулись. Не сильно,но за 12 дней очень даже. Стало приятнее смотреть на себя и вообще это моя любимая тренировка на ноги!

This is an amazing workout and strech .. i have been doing this for months and it always helped to get my legs slimmer it's easy but it's effective. I do this at night and when i woke up i see a slight difference every time. @@ramudaamemura_that's great omg I've never been able to be on a calorie deficit cuz then I feel weak can u give me some tips?
@@akshitaprajapati2147 My tip is learning what foods can make you full without too many calories. For example, if you were to eat a lot of strawberries, it would probably fill you up but still be only 100 calories, while if you were to eat chips that were 100 calories, you'd only get a handful of chips and you wouldn't be full. My go-to snacks have been Greek yogurt, strawberries, salads without salad dressing, low-fat pudding and a bunch of fruits and vegetables in general. Also make sure you're getting protein too. I was surprised to learn that if you don't add too much oil and butter, eating chicken or beef or fish actually fills you up and isn't too many calories.
In the end, if you're having trouble, you can always search up low calorie meals for inspiration! Good luck!! 🍀

I know that I am not a very athletic and trained person, but a month ago I overstrained my leg with these exercises. It swelled up and started to creak, my tendon became inflamed. Now there is a hump on my leg, the tendon has not returned to its previous size. When I do my other workouts, and sometimes even if I just walk quickly, without straining my legs too much, this tendon starts to overstrain and hurt again. I don’t know what to do about it, just be careful.
Please go see a doctor. This could end badly. What if you damaged yourself in something important? Take care of your health and take care of yourself pleas😥
@@HalimeSultan-f5f ,Thank you for your concern, the doctors said it's okay, it can be fixed with surgery, but it's not necessary. But what happened to my leg increases the risk of a hernia in the future 🫠

前に脚の筋トレで足パカとかしてた事あるけど、全然細くならなくて逆に太くなったきがしてストレッチとマッサージだけしてたら一回りぐらい細くはなったけどそれから1年ぐらい続けてるのにそれ以上細くならなくて悩んでます😭
仕事が立ち仕事なので毎日パンパンに浮腫んで馬鹿みたいに太くなって夜流しての繰り返しです。
水分もこまめに取るようにしてるしメリロートも飲んで生漢煎(漢方)も飲んでます。毎日お風呂にも浸かります。体洗う時とお風呂に浸かってる時、あがってからボディクリームでもマッサージしてやっと浮腫み戻ったかな?て脚になります。その後に軽くストレッチしてから寝てます。朝か夜のどっちか基本果物とヨーグルトかプロテインと果物とかにしてるし、何がだめなのか分かりません。
ちなみに末端冷え性で骨格ウェーブです。夏でも手足冷たいです😢
ふくらはぎじゃなくて太ももが一生太いです。毎日浮腫んで隙間ほぼなくなります。もー辛い嫌ー!!!!!どーしたらいいですか?

@@Muiiwet уменьшение см и некая подтяжка. У меня по крайней мере обхват ляжки изменился с 64 до 59 за эти 12 дней (+ с этой тренировочкой старалась соблюдать норму калорий)
