i forgot about this comment holy crap face-blue-smiling but i WILL say i measured myself today (after 3 weeks or more) and my height was 154! without completely arching my back to look taller either!!! it was just natural and my mom said that my posture has been getting sm better, plus in 3 weeks i managed to lose about 4ish KG using other workouts from hinafit and other creators, so i felt like my back was lighter and it was easier for me to naturally have my posture be better! to have longer legs? i reccomend leg stretches other than this, this mainly focuses on ur posture and not legs to *appear* taller :) thank you for readinggg

@@Army_OceanOt7 hi, I can't give results yet because I haven't fully completed my goal but as long as I do this exercise regularly I feel thinner than before, my weight also dropped about 2kg (I also didn't only do this exercise but I have a playlist that I do routinely every day)
