💚 1 день: сделала один раз, чувствую расслабление 💚 2 день: сделала утром и вечером, после работы прям ништяковые ощущения 💚 3 день: сделала утром, отеки проходят быстрее 💚 4 день: было немного тяжело делать, но я начала замечать изменения в зоне трапециевидных мышц 💚 5 день: легко сделала 💚 6 день: сделала. кстати!! вчера выпила баночку пива и два коктейля, на утро почти не было отёков, хотя раньше просыпалась как рыба-капля 💚 7 день: сделала плечи стали более мягче, но мне кажется, что этот комплекс больше на утро, когда хочешь сделать хоть что-нибудь, но особо нет времени, вечером лучше добавить что-то более долгое

2年くらい首肩背中の凝りで悩んでいましたが、このトレーニングをした直後に鎖骨から肩にかけて真っ直ぐになっていてびっくりしましたし、翌朝は僧帽筋の盛り上がりも減っていて、肩が直角に近づいていて更に驚きました!健康のために続けて行きます!
