how noticeable are the results on scale of 1-10? 10 being extremely visible, like family and friends asking about it 1 being no change at all, same as before
i just finished doing pilates and i went straight into the arm workout. this was my first time doing it and i honestly gotta say that my arms did hurt and i had to take a small break but i know as i keep on doing it. i’ll get better at it
@@neelab1467 a lil update: it really does work I can see my arms getting a bit smaller. I saw before and after pictures (that I took) and you can definitely tell the difference. now I will admit I haven’t done this work in a month?…. I think. I gotta get back on it. but as you keep on doing these arm workouts your arms will hurt less and the results will come fast (if you do it everyday ofc) but be patient the results will come

Okay, so the goal is slim arms for when classes start again in September. Ima be doing this twice a day for a month, and I'm gonna continue afterwards, too. Day 1, 2x- It honestly was not that bad, I definitely felt it inbetween my shoulders and neck, like it was pulling it down. Keep your head straight, it pulls it down better so your hunched back disappears. It was definitely on the arm circles that I felt it but this was a really easy workout and I am so excited to come back and do tomorrow. Day 2, 2x- Done day two and i can already feel my arms getting a tiny bit more stronger if you know what I mean. SUMMARY- Okay so for me personally, I think that this workout is good if you wanna start out or just wanna lightly tone your arms, it's not gonna give you the most significant results but I will continue doing it once a day, rather than twice, because I think it's a nice, calm workout i can use to stretch with. If you want bigger results, you should do this with another workout because this alone will not give you the results that you want. Just 4 minutes a day, once or twice, for about a month or two is what's gonna give you your desired results, so please do not give up and let's achieve all of our goals together! AND REMEMBER, you don't need no extreme diet or a diet at all, all you gotta do is tone your body so the muscles burn the calories for you alongside your workouts. The most you gotta do is just try not to have too much sugar, too much salt, blah blah blah, even if you do, water fixes it. Cut off anything carbonated like pepsi, fanta, sprite, all that, and just drink water, try have 2 or 3 litres a day and your bloating is gonna disappear, your skin will clear and you'll just feel energised. I've noticed that if I have any soda or stuff, it makes me feel heavy and puts me off working out, so I stick with water.

Ожидание - 23.🎀 d1 - ✅ раньше делала эту тренировку, но сейчас решила каждый день. было легко, не сложно, сделала все как надо. d2 - ✅ заболели мышцы утром… все равно сделала дважды. упражнения давались легче, чем вчера. d3 - ✅ утром служит как зарядка, поэтому полезно и нужно. d4 - ✅ может придумываю, но разница есть.. проверю только на 7 день. d5 - ✅ d6 - ✅ d7 - ☑️ мои руки стали 25см, но хочу сказать, что необходимо совмещать с другими тренировками. поэтому следующую неделю я буду делать два видео по 5-6 минут - вечер и утро.

SUMMARY- Okay so for me personally, I think that this workout is good if you wanna start out or just wanna lightly tone your arms, it's not gonna give you the most significant results but I will continue doing it once a day, rather than twice, because I think it's a nice, calm workout i can use to stretch with. If you want bigger results, you should do this with another workout because this alone will not give you the results that you want.

With the Momomi workouts, I noticed that after around 2 weeks i lost an inch and a bit from my shoulders and my shoulder was definitely clearer if you know what I mean. there's no miracle workout that's gonna give you your dream arms in a week or two. Just 4 minutes a day, once or twice, for about a month or two is what's gonna give you your desired results, so please do not give up and let's achieve all of our goals together!
AND REMEMBER, you don't need no extreme diet or a diet at all, all you gotta do is tone your body so the muscles burn the calories for you alongside your workouts. The most you gotta do is just try not to have too much sugar, too much salt, blah blah blah, even if you do, water fixes it. Cut off anything carbonated like pepsi, fanta, sprite, all that, and just drink water, try have 2 or 3 litres a day and your bloating is gonna disappear, your skin will clear and you'll just feel energised. I've noticed that if I have any soda or stuff, it makes me feel heavy and puts me off working out, so I stick with water.

d1 - ✅ раньше делала эту тренировку, но сейчас решила каждый день. было легко, не сложно, сделала все как надо.
d2 - ✅ заболели мышцы утром… все равно сделала дважды. упражнения давались легче, чем вчера.
d3 - ✅ утром служит как зарядка, поэтому полезно и нужно.
d4 - ✅ может придумываю, но разница есть.. проверю только на 7 день.
