I started this exercise my thighs measured 65cm and 66cm after two weeks of doing it every day without rest my thighs went to 63cm and 62cm, I understand it's little but it made me very happy I will continue doing it until I reach my goal, don't give up you it achieves! I reached my goal 60cm that's what my thighs measure 🎉 I did it for a week my new goal is to reach 50cm.

Day 3: ✅ Today my brother said that I am fat. I cried half the night 🙁 Day 4: ✅ I did it after hard training. So relaxing!! Day 5: ✅ It was easy, but the back kick made my legs burn Day 6: ✅ I am already seeing results!! I am very happy. Training was easy Day 7: ✅ done It was easy, but on the last exercise my hands were shaking and my legs hurt ‼️Results: I lost 1.2 kg of weight and about 2 cm from my legs. The gap between my legs has become bigger 😭❤️ BONUS!! I decided that I would do it for another week. L thigh: 48cm R thigh: 47cm Height: 158cm Weight: 42kg Day 8: ✅ Before that, I did han's leg workout. Day 9: ✅ It was tiring 😢 I want to add that I am starving (20-4). I try not to eat sweets, but I really like them, so sometimes I can afford them 😊 Day 10: ✅ It was easier than last time. I also ate a lot today, so I feel bad Day 11: ✅ I did it after 3 leg workouts. Then I plan to do 2 on the press Day 12: ✅ I did Kazuha's abs workout, Jisung's, Hikari's, and Hinafit's leg workouts. Day 13: ✅ It was harder than yesterday. After that, I'm going to do Kazuha's abs workout! Day 14: ✅ I did it. What can I say about this workout: it will work for everyone. It worked well for my legs and stretch marks. Also, my collarbones became more visible! For better results, I recommend doing it longer than a week. But I will do it for another month😊

I have noticed some slight changes, my legs are a little leaner than before , even reduced leg cramps compared to before . I am gonna keep doing this till i get the drastic changes i want. Btw i am also doing other leg workouts and full body hilt workouts too. I am also maintaining my calorie deficit to reduce my weight.

Hola vvs, lo he hecho ya por 3 dias seguidos junto a la rutina de abdominales de hanni, pilates de wonyoung y 2 veces a la semana unos ejercicios de 35 minutos para bajar 1kg 👍, de momento voy bien, no hay tan grande cambios pero noto la diferencia, igual seguire actualizando, no se preocupen 🗣️

Я тоже решила сделать тренировки) по возможности буду записывать сюда результаты дня вес: 56.2 начало:04.11.2023 день 1: при первых 3-4 упражнениях ноги сильно тянули, далее стало легче и я справилась! день 2: сделала вечером тк утром времени не было вообще, сделала легко и быстро, даже не заметила как прошли 10 минут.(хотя до тренировки кушала фастфуд..) утренний вес: 55,9 день 3: почему-то сложно было сделать сегодняшнюю тренировку, но и со сложностями я справилась! утренний вес: 56.0 день 4: сложно, я проспала 1,5 часа так что и не удивительно. утоенний вес: 56.2😢 день пятый, сделала тренировку. в общем, не понравилось результат на шестой лень: 56.5 неудовлетворяет так что возвращаюсь к предыдущей залайкайте чтоб не забыла)
Я советую делать это перед тем, как приступать к основным тренировкам. Это как некая растяжка! И кстати посоветую делать упражнения на укрепление мышц тазового дна! 😅Попробуйте комбинировать тренировки. Советую тренировку от этой же девушки (хард уровень. Она вроде новая)
буду делать две недели 1 раз в день, так же я сейчас делаю одну тренировку (4дня уже) два раза в день. поддержите лайком 😢ПЕРВЫЙ ДЕНЬ- нормально, так что я сделала без проблем!

Hola vvs, lo he hecho ya por 3 dias seguidos junto a la rutina de abdominales de hanni, pilates de wonyoung y 2 veces a la semana unos ejercicios de 35 minutos para bajar 1kg 👍, de momento voy bien, no hay tan grande cambios pero noto la diferencia, igual seguire actualizando, no se preocupen 🗣️
@LuciaArrua14 depende mucho de la persona, yo ya me acostumbré muy bien, y da resultados, obviamente no de un día a otro, pero si, es disciplina y paciencia

Día 1: Fue un poco díficil porque no tengo una buena flexibilidad, pero estan cheveres hasta ahora 😊😊🐞🐞
Día 2: Fue menos complicado pero quede con un poco de dolor en el abdomen
Día 3: Ya es menos el dolor pero ahí vamos 👌👌👌👌👌
Día 4: Me dueleee bastante las piernas 😂😂 (Peroooo si podemos siuuu)
Día 5: No soy exactamente la chica con las piernas mas delgadas del mundo, PERO hasta ahora me ayudadod bastante y si es verdad que ayuda a calmar el estrés ( lo seguire haciendo :D)
Día 6: Hoy sí fui más facil supongo que ya ahora los musculos se estan acostumbrando
Día 7: Wow si me ayudado mucho ha lidear con el dolor de cuepo que uno puede llegar a tener despues de una rutina buena de ejercicios
Día 8: No lo he podido actualizar con las fechas en las que estamos pero nueno, si lo logre hacer hoy ya ya cuesta menos elaborar los estiramientos, supongo es ya porque mi cuerpo se esta acostumbrando

начало:04.11.2023
день 1: при первых 3-4 упражнениях ноги сильно тянули, далее стало легче и я справилась!
день 2: сделала вечером тк утром времени не было вообще, сделала легко и быстро, даже не заметила как прошли 10 минут.(хотя до тренировки кушала фастфуд..)
утренний вес: 55,9
день 3: почему-то сложно было сделать сегодняшнюю тренировку, но и со сложностями я справилась!
утренний вес: 56.0
день 4: сложно, я проспала 1,5 часа так что и не удивительно.
утоенний вес: 56.2😢
день пятый, сделала тренировку.
в общем, не понравилось
результат на шестой лень: 56.5 неудовлетворяет так что возвращаюсь к предыдущей

Это тренировка для снижения веса? Мне кажется эта для гибкости
@@kind-u3f да, скорее всего, но я не думала, что вес поднимется, если бы еще держался было бы хорошо)
Я советую делать это перед тем, как приступать к основным тренировкам. Это как некая растяжка! И кстати посоветую делать упражнения на укрепление мышц тазового дна! 😅Попробуйте комбинировать тренировки. Советую тренировку от этой же девушки (хард уровень. Она вроде новая)
советую питатся правильно а то кнч вес будеть добавлятся.так и только 5 дней.
