so, I decided to keep track of the days that I did this and how I felt doing it :)) also, I haven't worked out in *MONTHS* but before that I used to be quite athletic (jussayin) DAY 1: I decided to run on the tredmil bfo I started but that was SUCH a bad idea! (for now) I legit had a black out, and my heart started beating so fast I almost passed out. I didnt see anything (obviously, bc I had a black out, either wayyy...) I spot the 'off' button somehow and got off the tredmil. I fell but luckily I fell on the couch. I tried shouting out so my mom could come and help because I couldn't breathe, but for some reason I couldnt hear myself which scared me, I thought I was gonna die ahaha! So I screamed really loudly, then my mother came out, (also, I still couldn't see anything) and she asked me what happened and stuff, after a while I started hearing and seeing (the black outs happen often to me, my dad says its bc of dehydration or sth) and so yea. then I drank water and started doing the work out. keep in mind that I still couldn't breathe well at that time. but surprisingly doing this workout has helped me breathe well today, I feel really fresh now! (though I'm sweating buckets lmaooo and my wrists hurt a little. ACTUALLY no they hurt kinda more than a little hahah) THANK👏🏻YOU👏🏻FOR👏🏻MAKING👏🏻THIS👏🏻VIDEO!! it saved my life ahahahahahaa cant WAIT for day 2 babyyyy! DAY 2: gave another try on the tredmil, but this time I had a water bottle with me (cause yk the DeHyDraTiOn shit ahahaha) and thankfully nothing rly happened exept for the fact that I kinda got SUUUPER tired and my heart kinda started beating really really *reallyyyy* fast like before, BUT i got off the tredmil (as I've ran on it for almost an hour) and drank some water. then I started the workoooouuuuttt!!!!!! ooh, so, today I streched a lot before starting so it was a MUCH better experience! and sOoOo, I did the workout which made me breathe better, (i think i have breathing problem. FUN -_- ) anyway, I think my hips hurt a bit during the workout (im struggling with the poses) but after the workout it was no biggie. DAY 3: so today I was kinda under the weather because of some stuff going on in school, also, I feel numb, prolly bc of yesterday's workout, but I pushed thru and did the workouuut! before I started doing the workout I was 45kg, and now I'm 44kg! I also cleaned out my diet and started eating more veggies and fruits as well! also, my legs slimmed down and I noticed that my stomach started getting a bit toned! *favourite and most effective workout I've tried so far!* DAY 4: skipped today because of exams :( DAY 5: I'm so happy oml! its so cool that my stomache is THIS toned! I wish I could add pictures here! this totally upped my confidence! But today I also feel some sort of pain on my elbow, which is sad, and I'm struggling unlike the other days (with the side kick kneeling), but other than that omg!! best. day. ever! DAY 6: skipped bc im not feeling it rn DAY 7: i'm overly happy with the results omgggg!!! my waist is kinda thin I would say ( **does debby ryan thing** ) and I've grown taller! (not so sure if thats bc of the wokout but yayy!) also, my sister says my posture has improved bc apparently I looked like a duck bfo -_- I feel inner peace and can breathe much better now a dayssss!!!! 100000/10 recommended! this is DEFINITELY going on in my workout playlist and I'm DEFINITELY subscribing! I cant wait to try more of your workouts! I'm sooooooooooooooooo doing this one again!

I have been doing this workout since 2022!! When i first discovered it, and for once i actually see results! @@shravyagannavarpu83 hey,, The only warm u I do is basic streching, and some splits and handstands,for like 5 minutes and then I do it once a day 6 days a week. I got a tiny ab line I didn't lose any weight but my body looked SO MUCH nicer,, thank you

I did a simple Pilates workout for my abs and it worked better than anything. In a few days I saw my tummy get a little smaller. I’m very thick so I was surprised when I saw results.
I have been doing this from two weeks and let me tell you i didn't lost weight but my Stomach has gotten so flat! And about my weight well i have heavy bones that's why. I recommend to everyone to do this whether you are losing weights or abs. It does wonders to your body. And lastly i wanna say i tried alot of workouts but this one was the the one that did wonders to my body.
I've been doing this pilates for 2 weeks now along with my own workout (2 sets) and I'm telling you that this is really effective! Start off with 32 inches waist line and now I have 29 inches waist line,,, thank you sooo much for this! I will keep doing this until i reach my goal💞

I will be doing updates so I can remain motivated to do these every day :) Day 1: I had to take a few breaks while doing this, and I definitely need to work on flexibility/balance more, but it was a good workout and it didn’t make me as tired as the ones I’ve tried before^^ Day 2: I woke up this morning very sore. It wasn’t unbearable but it still hurt to move. I noticed that some parts were easier to do than yesterday! Day 3: Definitely sore when I woke up, but I felt better during and after the exercise. I can do the exercises with much more ease, but it can still be hard sometimes. On the bright side, I did notice my body changing a bit(slimmer waist/stomach). I also did not need to take more breaks like before. Day 4: I know I’ve said this before, but THE EXERCISES ARE SO EASY NOW DJSJKSK. Also I notice that my hip dips have sort of filled in a bit. I’m also not sore anymore. Day 5: It’s pretty much the same as the other day, the exercises are much easier and I have little to no trouble completing them. After I do this for a week, I think I’ll try to experiment and use a different workout just to see what is best for me ^^ Day 6: Forgot to write it here, but it’s pretty much the same as day 5 Day: 7: same as day 6 & 5. I will be regulating my diet more and focusing on other workouts, so I won’t be continuing this :) I may come back to it in the future though ^^

Hi there! I have been doing this workout with some Lisa stretches form the same channel and it worked for me! I lost 1kg i was 44kg and now I am 43kg and it also shrinked my waist from 24 inch to 22 inch and now my body feels so toned and beautiful 😍 . ok so I decided to do this after reading some comments, I’ve been wanting to do a challenge like this because I wasn’t really happy with my body but every time I tried doing like 2 week workout challenges I gave up after the 3rd day… I’m going to to this for 7 days and I think it’s the perfect time for me to do it because it’s summer vacation. ( I am not athletic at all ) Day 1: Complete except I’m doing some stretches in a couple minutes! I did a 6 minute warmup before this, listened to some music and it went faster then I expected, it was really fun just I realized I have no balance LOL it’s okay I’ll get better! Day 2 I forgot to mention that on day one my right arm hurts so bad it was really sore, but after I did some stretches it’s fine now. I just did a warm-up, and now I’m about to do this. OK so I did it, I did way better than I did yesterday but I still really bad balance and I’m not very flexible lol it’s OK now I’m just going to do some stretches and go on with my day! Day 3 (I forgot to say that I have been drinking a glass of water a day) so it is day three and I am just about to go do the work out but first of course I have to do warm-ups. OK I’m back when I was doing this work out I could do a bunch of the things that I couldn’t do the other two days they became a lot easier only after three days which is crazy, I mean I’m still not perfect at it and I have horrible balance still but at least I can sort of do it so that’s good. Day 4 Done!!! I didn’t do a warm-up before because I really didn’t feel like doing it today but I just forced myself and I’m glad I did it and I can actually see some improvements on my body and I’m definitely getting a better balance lol anyways I’m about to do some stretches and yeah! Okay so I can’t do it anymore because my timing is crap and I forgot I’m visiting family for the weekend. I’m restarting on Monday.

Well i started this 4 months ago when she uploaded the video. And GAHDAYUM ever since i started the workout/pilates i lost ✨weight✨ like seriously i was 65kg after a two months i was 50kg. And i did this again for a month and now i’m 44kg I did this with other workouts(abs, legs). WELL THANK YOU HUNI. I will recommend you to do this!!

I decided to do this and see how it goes I'm 150cm tall and my weight is of 49kg. I'm mostly doing this to work out on the muscles of my limbs, 'cause I feel like they're not that toned Day 1: ✅ - It was pretty hard and I couldn't do one of the poses, but I hope I'll get better Day 2: ✅ - It was still pretty hard, but I managed to repeat half of the video after its end (I hope I can do these exercises three times in a row, as time passes by, but for now, I'm just tired and sweaty after 1,5 videos, so I'm fine for now) Day 3: ✅ - Oof, I was so tired, today, even before beginning the excersises, and I had to study all the morning, but I managed to keep up with the routine anyway. I'm definitely starting to notice some pain around my legs, arms and shoulders/upper back, which I think is a good sign of my muscles finally working out? I'll try not to give up! Day 4: ✖️ - it's not really that I gave up, I'm just preparing an exam and I had to study a little bit too much Day 5: ✅ - oof, I could feel how I skipped a day. It was... not that difficult, but I could just- feel it a little bit harder than it should have been for it being the fifth day. On a positive note, I found the last two exercises soo easier than when I started and I think that means my balance did get better. (to continue...)

I've tried to do this pilates before and I saw major results in four days, unfortunately I stopped doing it because of, you know, depression, but now I'm coming back and started doing it today and, honestly, it was not that hard, even though I cant do every single pose, I'm doing my best :( I'm gonna write my results down here and compare it day 1: 88cm

Day 4: rest day lol Day 5: oops rest day again Day 6: yay complete!! so much easier now Day 7: complete!! and I became more flexible ;) Day 8: rest Day 9: complete!! - I’ll not be updating here anymore :// decided to try other workouts because i didn’t see visible changes apart from increased flexibility and strength (it’s a good thing too)

U can do it, start slowly and let ur body be comfortable first with as much as u can do and than u will start shaping the right position, take it easy u got this :)
I am glad I know the one legged wheel... it took me few weeks to get the pose directly by just standing and bending your body backwards to touch the ground so that i don't have to lie down on the ground to do it.... glad I learned it before this workout... thanks so much for this, I will definitely try it ❤
I think I lost my comment so I'm just going to post my progress here. I'm doing this with a leg workout and/or your Blackpink stretch routine for one week. Day 1 - Made it, but I could NOT do that one-legged wheel. Day 2 - Same as the day before. Day 3 - Same as the past few days. I've been trying to lift my leg but it only works for 0.5 seconds. Maybe by the end of the week.... Day 4 - Same as the past three days. Day 5 - Still going the same. Day 6 - I FINALLY DID IT!!! I only could lift my leg for 5-10 seconds at a time, but I DID IT!!! Day 7 - Last day. I could lift up my right leg for maybe 10 seconds, but I barely was able to lift the left leg before collapsing. Still, I can definitely see an improvement this week!

I used to do this for months during the pandemic and although I stopped doing it now I can tell you this rlly worked to help tone my body a teeny bit. I think if someone did this workout consistently and ate right they'd get great results.

Day 2: ✅ Done, My body does feels lighter, but loads of soreness in the entire body💀 Day 3: Rest🎉 Day 4:✅ 🥹It was surprisingly hard to do it today, i was fighting for my life🥹🥹. Visibly my Waist has become slimmer and also i feel like i have deffo lost some fat from my back and upper back, Super Happyyy🥹 Day 5:✅ Done, definitely feeling it in the entire body🥹. Waist keeps slimming🌝Today i definitely noticed some difference in my thighs nd calves, they looked slimmer?!? Day 6: Rest day 🎉 Day 7: ✅done. Goddamn even before starting the routine, i checked my waist, dude it looks snatched, tf how?!?!?! The routine itself keeps getting easier to do the more i do it ❤ Day 8: ✅ done, so i had wierd pain in my wrist and left shoulder since yesterday but i preserved through the workout🎉🎉. Things to note, I'm 5'2 and my beginning measurements are b-99cm w-92cm h-109cm, so I've got some work to do. *I'm doing measurements because I don't have a scale.* I'll update the measurements every 3 days :) Also, I do 20-30 minute HIIT cardio workouts every Monday and Wednesday. you got this! I would recommend putting a pillow below your back/neck and learn how to push off the ground slowly! And then work towards the one-legged wheel (:

Okay this is absolutely one of my favorite workouts. I know this is short but sometimes I have those days when I'm too tired to do anything else. I do this workout almost everyday and I love the feeling after this because everytime those exercises start to feel easier to do. Thank you and keep going!
K pop has been a real life changer for me. It makes me happy when in a fun mood, energizes me when I should get my blood flowing, makes me feel GOOD about dancing and ive started to after literally 15 Years!!! Not only has my life improved, but I actually love instead of hate myself. As a life long Brittney fan and what's gone on with her, I struggled to enjoy her music and such bc I felt bad or something else.
So, I'm going to do this for 2 weeks starting today. I'll let you know everyday how it went! Day 1- Not much change but that's normal after one day. Day 2- I feel like I'm getting more flexible, and more fit. Day- 3 I feel like I'm slimming down more in my hips.

Day 1 - couldn't do a lot of them properly but finished it Day 2 - my whole body is sore but today the exercises were way easier compared to yesterday Day3 - done not too bad but sore arms ,exhausted Day 4 - except the one legged wheel everything seems comparatively easier.not a major difference in the way I look but I definitely feel more flexible. Day 5- could finish the workout properly(tip take deep slow breaths while doing the workout)
I'm doing Pilates for the first time and following this video cuz it seems easier than other videos and it's blackpink. Day 1: I almost had an blackout. But it was a good feeling, sweating buckets in my mat. Day 2: It was a teensy weensy bit easier but I still can't do the wheel thingy and I forgot Jack knife. Day 3: I need REST. My sides, arms, thighs ache with every movement I make. Day 4: Easier than day one. Still can't do the wheel thing and the Jack knife is hard. But it was kinda fun today. Still not perfect Day 5: The wheel and Jack knife are the only things I can't do. I feel stronger, it's easier to do the other moves. Day 6: I'm getting close to the wheel and I think I can do the Jack knife too! IDK when I'll get the wheel right, cuz then I'll have to lift one leg up. Day One: I decided to practice the dance to forever young before. Day Two: I have an orthodontist appointment today :( I did it right before I got in the shower. Day Three: I didn't get to do it today. I was running so many errands. But I did get a new phone so that's cool! Day Four: done :) Day Five: I didn't do it today Day Six: because I didn't do it yesterday I did the jungkook workout, the ice cream/ how you like that workout and the pretty savage/ bet you wanna work out. I finished off with the I.U stretch routine Day Seven: complete! I really enjoyed doing this work out (mostly) every day and even doing some others. I usually don't like working out but this channel makes it very fun.
Same, but I won’t push my body to form positions I KNOW it won’t be able to do without me hurting myself so I’m starting with the table top position (without 1 leg off the ground) and eventually I will slowly start lifting one leg off the ground. I recommend you do the same because you can seriously get hurt if you push your body.

Lisa is fantastic. I go to yoga twice a week and some of these exercises are similar to yoga which is good for me since I am familiar with them so I am ahead of the game. I will save her video and do this video on the days I do not have yoga. I also do Chair exercises and refit. It is so good to see so many people getting healthy and exercising. It helps so much with stress and anxiety.
so, I decided to keep track of the days that I did this and how I felt doing it :)) also, I haven't worked out in *MONTHS* but before that I used to be quite athletic (jussayin)
DAY 1: I decided to run on the tredmil bfo I started but that was SUCH a bad idea! (for now) I legit had a black out, and my heart started beating so fast I almost passed out. I didnt see anything (obviously, bc I had a black out, either wayyy...) I spot the 'off' button somehow and got off the tredmil. I fell but luckily I fell on the couch. I tried shouting out so my mom could come and help because I couldn't breathe, but for some reason I couldnt hear myself which scared me, I thought I was gonna die ahaha! So I screamed really loudly, then my mother came out, (also, I still couldn't see anything) and she asked me what happened and stuff, after a while I started hearing and seeing (the black outs happen often to me, my dad says its bc of dehydration or sth) and so yea. then I drank water and started doing the work out. keep in mind that I still couldn't breathe well at that time. but surprisingly doing this workout has helped me breathe well today, I feel really fresh now! (though I'm sweating buckets lmaooo and my wrists hurt a little. ACTUALLY no they hurt kinda more than a little hahah) THANK👏🏻YOU👏🏻FOR👏🏻MAKING👏🏻THIS👏🏻VIDEO!! it saved my life ahahahahahaa cant WAIT for day 2 babyyyy!
DAY 2: gave another try on the tredmil, but this time I had a water bottle with me (cause yk the DeHyDraTiOn shit ahahaha) and thankfully nothing rly happened exept for the fact that I kinda got SUUUPER tired and my heart kinda started beating really really *reallyyyy* fast like before, BUT i got off the tredmil (as I've ran on it for almost an hour) and drank some water. then I started the workoooouuuuttt!!!!!! ooh, so, today I streched a lot before starting so it was a MUCH better experience! and sOoOo, I did the workout which made me breathe better, (i think i have breathing problem. FUN -_- ) anyway, I think my hips hurt a bit during the workout (im struggling with the poses) but after the workout it was no biggie.
DAY 3: so today I was kinda under the weather because of some stuff going on in school, also, I feel numb, prolly bc of yesterday's workout, but I pushed thru and did the workouuut! before I started doing the workout I was 45kg, and now I'm 44kg! I also cleaned out my diet and started eating more veggies and fruits as well! also, my legs slimmed down and I noticed that my stomach started getting a bit toned! *favourite and most effective workout I've tried so far!*
DAY 4: skipped today because of exams :(
DAY 5: I'm so happy oml! its so cool that my stomache is THIS toned! I wish I could add pictures here! this totally upped my confidence! But today I also feel some sort of pain on my elbow, which is sad, and I'm struggling unlike the other days (with the side kick kneeling), but other than that omg!! best. day. ever!
DAY 6: skipped bc im not feeling it rn
DAY 7: i'm overly happy with the results omgggg!!! my waist is kinda thin I would say ( **does debby ryan thing** ) and I've grown taller! (not so sure if thats bc of the wokout but yayy!) also, my sister says my posture has improved bc apparently I looked like a duck bfo -_- I feel inner peace and can breathe much better now a dayssss!!!! 100000/10 recommended! this is DEFINITELY going on in my workout playlist and I'm DEFINITELY subscribing! I did a simple Pilates workout for my abs and it worked better than anything. In a few days I saw my tummy get a little smaller. I’m very thick so I was surprised when I saw results.
I have been doing this from two weeks and let me tell you i didn't lost weight but my Stomach has gotten so flat! And about my weight well i have heavy bones that's why. I recommend to everyone to do this whether you are losing weights or abs. It does wonders to your body. And lastly i wanna say i tried alot of workouts but this one was the the one that did wonders to my body.

I will be doing updates so I can remain motivated to do these every day :)
Day 1: I had to take a few breaks while doing this, and I definitely need to work on flexibility/balance more, but it was a good workout and it didn’t make me as tired as the ones I’ve tried before^^
Day 2: I woke up this morning very sore. It wasn’t unbearable but it still hurt to move. I noticed that some parts were easier to do than yesterday!
Day 3: Definitely sore when I woke up, but I felt better during and after the exercise. I can do the exercises with much more ease, but it can still be hard sometimes. On the bright side, I did notice my body changing a bit(slimmer waist/stomach). I also did not need to take more breaks like before.
Day 4: I know I’ve said this before, but THE EXERCISES ARE SO EASY NOW DJSJKSK. Also I notice that my hip dips have sort of filled in a bit. I’m also not sore anymore.
Day 5: It’s pretty much the same as the other day, the exercises are much easier and I have little to no trouble completing them. After I do this for a week, I think I’ll try to experiment and use a different workout just to see what is best for me ^^
Day 6: Forgot to write it here, but it’s pretty much the same as day 5
Day: 7: same as day 6 & 5. I will be regulating my diet more and focusing on other workouts, so I won’t be continuing this :) I may come back to it in the future though ^^

ok so I decided to do this after reading some comments, I’ve been wanting to do a challenge like this because I wasn’t really happy with my body but every time I tried doing like 2 week workout challenges I gave up after the 3rd day… I’m going to to this for 7 days and I think it’s the perfect time for me to do it because it’s summer vacation. ( I am not athletic at all )
Day 1: Complete except I’m doing some stretches in a couple minutes! I did a 6 minute warmup before this, listened to some music and it went faster then I expected, it was really fun just I realized I have no balance LOL it’s okay I’ll get better!
Day 2 I forgot to mention that on day one my right arm hurts so bad it was really sore, but after I did some stretches it’s fine now. I just did a warm-up, and now I’m about to do this. OK so I did it, I did way better than I did yesterday but I still really bad balance and I’m not very flexible lol it’s OK now I’m just going to do some stretches and go on with my day!
Day 3 (I forgot to say that I have been drinking a glass of water a day) so it is day three and I am just about to go do the work out but first of course I have to do warm-ups. OK I’m back when I was doing this work out I could do a bunch of the things that I couldn’t do the other two days they became a lot easier only after three days which is crazy, I mean I’m still not perfect at it and I have horrible balance still but at least I can sort of do it so that’s good.
Day 4 Done!!! I didn’t do a warm-up before because I really didn’t feel like doing it today but I just forced myself and I’m glad I did it and I can actually see some improvements on my body and I’m definitely getting a better balance lol anyways I’m about to do some stretches and yeah!

Well i started this 4 months ago when she uploaded the video. And GAHDAYUM ever since i started the workout/pilates i lost ✨weight✨ like seriously i was 65kg after a two months i was 50kg. And i did this again for a month and now i’m 44kg I did this with other workouts(abs, legs). WELL THANK YOU HUNI. I will recommend you to do this!!

I decided to do this and see how it goes
I'm 150cm tall and my weight is of 49kg. I'm mostly doing this to work out on the muscles of my limbs, 'cause I feel like they're not that toned
Day 1: ✅ - It was pretty hard and I couldn't do one of the poses, but I hope I'll get better
Day 2: ✅ - It was still pretty hard, but I managed to repeat half of the video after its end (I hope I can do these exercises three times in a row, as time passes by, but for now, I'm just tired and sweaty after 1,5 videos, so I'm fine for now)
Day 3: ✅ - Oof, I was so tired, today, even before beginning the excersises, and I had to study all the morning, but I managed to keep up with the routine anyway. I'm definitely starting to notice some pain around my legs, arms and shoulders/upper back, which I think is a good sign of my muscles finally working out? I'll try not to give up!
Day 4: ✖️ - it's not really that I gave up, I'm just preparing an exam and I had to study a little bit too much
Day 5: ✅ - oof, I could feel how I skipped a day. It was... not that difficult, but I could just- feel it a little bit harder than it should have been for it being the fifth day. On a positive note, I found the last two exercises soo easier than when I started and I think that means my balance did get better.

I've tried to do this pilates before and I saw major results in four days, unfortunately I stopped doing it because of, you know, depression, but now I'm coming back and started doing it today and, honestly, it was not that hard, even though I cant do every single pose, I'm doing my best :( I'm gonna write my results down here and compare it

I am glad I know the one legged wheel... it took me few weeks to get the pose directly by just standing and bending your body backwards to touch the ground so that i don't have to lie down on the ground to do it.... glad I learned it before this workout... thanks so much for this, I will definitely try it ❤
I think I lost my comment so I'm just going to post my progress here. I'm doing this with a leg workout and/or your Blackpink stretch routine for one week.
Day 1 - Made it, but I could NOT do that one-legged wheel.
Day 2 - Same as the day before.
Day 3 - Same as the past few days. I've been trying to lift my leg but it only works for 0.5 seconds. Maybe by the end of the week....
Day 4 - Same as the past three days.
Day 5 - Still going the same.
Day 6 - I FINALLY DID IT!!! I only could lift my leg for 5-10 seconds at a time, but I DID IT!!!
Day 7 - Last day. I could lift up my right leg for maybe 10 seconds, but I barely was able to lift the left leg before collapsing. Still, I can definitely see an improvement this week!

I used to do this for months during the pandemic and although I stopped doing it now I can tell you this rlly worked to help tone my body a teeny bit. I think if someone did this workout consistently and ate right they'd get great results.

So I'm doing this workout and I'll update everyone in the comments. Things to note, I'm 5'2 and my beginning measurements are b-99cm w-92cm h-109cm, so I've got some work to do. *I'm doing measurements because I don't have a scale.* I'll update the measurements every 3 days :) Also, I do 20-30 minute HIIT cardio workouts every Monday and Wednesday. My diet is portion control/calorie deficit.

Day 2: ✔ Still pretty hard :( and my shoulder and wrist joints HURT.

Okay this is absolutely one of my favorite workouts. I know this is short but sometimes I have those days when I'm too tired to do anything else. I do this workout almost everyday and I love the feeling after this because everytime those exercises start to feel easier to do. Thank you and keep going!
K pop has been a real life changer for me. It makes me happy when in a fun mood, energizes me when I should get my blood flowing, makes me feel GOOD about dancing and ive started to after literally 15 Years!!! Not only has my life improved, but I actually love instead of hate myself. As a life long Brittney fan and what's gone on with her, I struggled to enjoy her music and such bc I felt bad or something else.
So, I'm going to do this for 2 weeks starting today. I'll let you know everyday how it went!
Day 1- Not much change but that's normal after one day.
Day 2- I feel like I'm getting more flexible, and more fit.

Day 1 - couldn't do a lot of them properly but finished it
Day 2 - my whole body is sore but today the exercises were way easier compared to yesterday
Day3 - done not too bad but sore arms ,exhausted
Day 4 - except the one legged wheel everything seems comparatively easier.not a major difference in the way I look but I definitely feel more flexible.
Day 5- could finish the workout properly(tip take deep slow breaths while doing the workout)
I'm doing Pilates for the first time and following this video cuz it seems easier than other videos and it's blackpink.
Day 1: I almost had an blackout. But it was a good feeling, sweating buckets in my mat.
Day 2: It was a teensy weensy bit easier but I still can't do the wheel thingy and I forgot Jack knife.
Day 3: I need REST. My sides, arms, thighs ache with every movement I make.
Day 4: Easier than day one. Still can't do the wheel thing and the Jack knife is hard. But it was kinda fun today. Still not perfect
Day 5: The wheel and Jack knife are the only things I can't do. I feel stronger, it's easier to do the other moves.
Day 6: I'm getting close to the wheel and I think I can do the Jack knife too! IDK when I'll get the wheel right, cuz then I'll have to lift one leg up.
Day 7: (forgot to update oops) I'm getting to the Jack knife, the wheel is still hard.
So I feel stronger, my mom says I look stronger, n I think I look taller too. My hip dips are less noticeable to me, very little, but I'm satisfied. I'll come back again when I get the wheel right, also if I get thinner 👀.

Same, but I won’t push my body to form positions I KNOW it won’t be able to do without me hurting myself so I’m starting with the table top position (without 1 leg off the ground) and eventually I will slowly start lifting one leg off the ground. I recommend you do the same because you can seriously get hurt if you push your body.

Lisa is fantastic. I go to yoga twice a week and some of these exercises are similar to yoga which is good for me since I am familiar with them so I am ahead of the game. I will save her video and do this video on the days I do not have yoga. I also do Chair exercises and refit. It is so good to see so many people getting healthy and exercising. It helps so much with stress and anxiety.
