- Here's a 10 Min IU Inspired Full Body Yoga Workout (No Equipment)! I saw IU doing yoga on separate occasions so I compiled some of the poses that she did so you guys can exercise like IU at home! Yoga has been a part of Indian culture since ages. Many people do it in their daily lives and have been doing it since they were kids. My grandma, an 81 year old cancer survivor can do yoga with ease.

I swear this made me lose one kg in one day but I ofc gained it back the next but I did it for a week without eating breakfast (cereal) and lost 3kgs am happy with it :D

you should eat breakfast but skip dinner as breakfast is very important and eating after 6/7pm is not ideal

@@safuvanad8471 in yoga you don't see the changes as fast as those hard core workout but it definitely works in making your body more slimer and leaner and more than that your posture improves and in workouts after you stop doing it your body gains double weight than before I've experienced it myself first i started doing abs workouts and i did lost some of my fat but As soon as I stopped doing it I gained double weight after that i did yoga and pilates and the result was insane it took 2 weeks to show results but it was amazing you should surely give it a try 😊😊

This helps a lot! I do this workout 2 times a day ( morning and evenings ). I eat a healthy breakfast ( oatmeal with fruits ) and for lunch it doesn't matter what I eat, but something strong. I usually skip dinner, since I'm always full after eating well balanced lunch. I swear I lost 10kg in 34 days. 🤧🥴
PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT I SKIP DINNER CAUSE I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT! You eating food doesn't have a role in your weight loss journey, in fact it's healthier, drink 2 liters of water per day. Sleep at least 8 hours. Make yourself a good sleeping schedule! And walk at least 18 minutes a day, it's good both mentally and physically!
Edit: I've been seeing lots of changes especially in my thigh area and upper arms. And I've been seeing misunderstandings that I lost weight cause of skipping dinner, for God's sake please understand that I eat well balanced lunch and it's too much for me to also eat dinner! I don't skip dinner everyday for the vitamins sake I force myself yo eat oatmeal with fruits or yogurt. And another thing I'm not a super foodie person, I drink more than I eat, I don't get hungry easily! Please understand that. Not all of us have the same craving.

@@pallavireddy3164 Not really, I wasn't really thinking about weight-loss, since my body was actually normal for my age, but because of my health conditions I have to do any exercises for atleast 15 minutes daily. I decided to do yoga and this video was the first video that got recommended. I find this video very helpful for weight-loss and your health, since my weight-loss wasn't planned I was really shocked to see the results.

My weight now: 45,2kg
My height then: 1,63
My height now: 1,68

@@official_iCast Overnight is actually the most helpful one, since you can also gain weight during your sleep. But if you do these exercises before bed ( to release your body and feel lighter ), it's a really good choice. :) Good luck on your weight-loss journey. 💞

So I tried this yoga workout and jennie's inspired stretching for 6 days and My waist before is 28 and after 6 days when I measure it again it was 24 I do this day and night but I also miss 2 nights of workout-stretching and I eat less rice(I'm filipina so I need to eat rice 😆)you guys need to reallllyy try this out,it reallly workss thank you miss choiiii❤️

Thank you so much for this Mish Choi. I feel relaxed and my muscles too. I just want to share my experience in your yoga session. It's feels so amazing that I realized I'm still flexible after weeks of not having some stretch, and also, it's so funny somehow that some of the poses made me laugh because I look so awkward yet, you look so awesome. Nevertheless, I'm still thankful because this is one of the reasons that I call this day a day.
I didn't expect this yoga to be so easy. This is my number 1 favorite yoga. I'll update you guys after 2 weeks and tell you if I lost some weight.

I really like these yoga exercises, it makes me feel very refreshed when I'm done and I've done all of them.
I havent done yoga since i was a little kid, and i have to tell this was SOOO relaxing, even though maybe some excersices were kinda difficult to me i really enjoyed it!
It's really a relaxing workout you can do this every morning or after workout for relaxation of your muscles also if you do this daily with a proper diet you'll see the changes in your body
Omg this is really intense for someone like me but i think the more i do it, the more flexible I'll get and rn is thursday, feb 16 2023, I'll update you guys after 2weeks of doing this. As for now, i struggled alot with Plough pose, jack knife, wheel pose, and camel pose.
I skipped doing this on saturday and Sunday since it's my rest day. but this monday,I actually did some of the plough pose and jack knife but just a few seconds hehe It really hurts sooo bad
I never did yoga before and this is so hard, this video made me cry and falling on the floor more then Chloe Ting's or Emi Wong's workouts...

Doing this routine with your video Blacpink inspired Pilates every afternoon and workouts every morning... sometimes Only Yoga and Pilates for a day is also very satisfying and effective.
What i love about IU inspired Yoga and BP Inspired Pilates is you are not even doing a intense cardio but the sweats are intense!! so it is an another sign for me that this can also help me to burn fat. This two routine have what I am looking for as well it is to Enhance your Flexibility, Balance and Strength.
I do highly recommend this.

Gonna keep progress of this workout:
Day 1: was a lil too tough as I’m not that flexible…but felt really good after doing the yoga
Day 2: was able to do this without pain, also I really worked hard for the camel pose so I am do that easily now :)
Day 3: yep, as doing this it has been a lil easy for me now
Day 4: ok… I can already see results, I have became a lil taller and for the fact my thighs has got into a shape
Day 5: nothing special but still happy with the results
Day6: also noting special but still gonna do this for 2 more weeks and tell u all
(Also I have been doing this yoga with other 2 workouts as well :))

Wow this is really good when the corona started I gained weight. First I was doing yoga only I was very flexible that time and now only I did by seeing this video. I feel completely stress relief and relax. So from now I will do this everyday. ❤️

Well.. I'm actually I'm on my period so I'm finding some workout which won't hurt instead of the workout which hurts my whole body cuz I don't want to face more pain than the cramps and I think I found it. While I'm on my period I'll do this and I'll do the hard workouts while I'm not on my period, with this one. Thankyou ☺️❤️
