They are a part of a routine that we call “surya namaskaram” which roughly translates to “the prayer to sun”.( Everyone including the elderly (who can do it) do this. My 81 year old cancer survivor grandma does yoga too.)There is a specific order in which you do these. I’d really appreciate it if you research and add the actual names of the poses along with the English name for the poses. Thank you.

you guys this actually works! i did this for 2 weeks and here were my measurements before and after 22/07/2021: chest:31inches waist:25inches hips:32inches upper thighs: 19.7inches 1/08/2021 chest:31inches waist:24.5 hips:32 upper thighs:19.5 i didnt diet but i did dance everyday and sometimes i skipped this and just danced to like black mamba next level alchol free etc (right now im learning dun dun dance) i’m going to update update: i’m restarting to do this bcs i was experimenting with other workouts but this really did the job for what i know: now i’m going on a diet and dancing too cause i want to lose 2 kg wish me luck!
