    i just started today 03.07.2023
    my weight is 54 kg
    day 1: movements was not perfect but im learning🫡
    i didn't do it the rest of them because of my health issues and sorry for my bad english :)

    ( I’m talking about the IU yoga video )Hi. I don’t know if you know but yoga has been a part of ancient Indian history. The poses you were doing were not just any poses. They are a part of a routine that we call “surya namaskaram” which roughly translates to “the prayer to sun”.( Everyone including the elderly (who can do it) do this. My 81 year old cancer survivor grandma does yoga too.)There is a specific order in which you do these. I’d really appreciate it if you research and add the actual names of the poses along with the English name for the poses. Thank you.

    you guys this actually works! i did this for 2 weeks and here were my measurements before and after
    22/07/2021:
    chest:31inches
    waist:25inches
    hips:32inches
    upper thighs: 19.7inches
    1/08/2021
    chest:31inches
    waist:24.5
    hips:32
    upper thighs:19.5
    i didnt diet but i did dance everyday and sometimes i skipped this and just danced to like black mamba next level alchol free etc (right now im learning dun dun dance) i’m going to update
    update:
    i’m restarting to do this bcs i was experimenting with other workouts but this really did the job for what i know: now i’m going on a diet and dancing too cause i want to lose 2 kg wish me luck!

    Hi. I've recently started your kpop idol 2 weeks challenge. I'm a busy person so I'm unable to complete a full set of workout ( like the yoga poses and 3 workouts) in one go. Will this workout be effective if i do half the workout in the morning and the remaining half in the evening?
