This is day 3 of repeating these stretch workouts, I downloaded the video for offline view. I must say that after my hard core pilates exercises I'm in desperate need of the stretches, so I'm doing them along my other two pilates workouts for a week, and boy does my body feel so good. Usually I would wake up feeling sick after a workout but now adding these to my daily routine makes it better. They give me a reason to keep up my painful workouts as I look forward to doing them after. Thank you for the video.❤️

yessirrrrrr! loved doing this oml! yall, try this if you want your breathing to imrove, it honestly makes *such* a big imapct! and, other than just breathing improvement, i'm pretty sure there are many more benifits of doing this. 10/10 recommended! (I only tried this today, but still!! I know I'll definitely be doing this for a while in the future!)
A little more enthusiastic than the last simple neck stretches, but not too far beyond my capabilities. I think I'm going to have to get a mat now I have begun watching these recommendations. God bless

Estoy haciendo ejercicio y siempre trato de hacer estos estiramientos después para relajar los músculos , lo que más note es que puedo hacer otros ejercicios con más facilidad. Esta semana empeze a hacer los de black pink y ya puedo aguantar más mi peso. Cuando cumpla los tres meses volveré a decir como me fue 😅💖 también hacer actividad me ayudo un poco a calmar la ansiedad 🤔
@@j.07 pues por lo que tengo entendido estos son solo para el estiramiento, pero tiene otros que son de ejercicio (pilates) igual de black pink que si ayudan a bajar de peso y estirar. Aunque yo logre bajar 2 kilos hace como dos meses con ejercicios para bajar de peso, esos son casi todos de cardio. Llevo ya haciendo ejercicio 5 meses y de 59 kilos baje a 56. Sigo comiendo bien, solo trato de no comer de más o muchas patitas :v ♡. Si note que mi cara y algunas partes de mi cuerpo se ven más estilizadas pero no mucho, sigo teniendo mi misma complexión :3.

It’s funny how must exercise go from left to right leg but I end up doing the opposite cause I like doing from right to left. I was so happy to see an exercise that does from right to left but during the stretch I ended up doing from left to right leg 🤦🏾♀️
