Omg i am so excited to try this out. Madeleine's workout and stretches always make me feel comfortable and it works on my body. Madeleine's channel is the only one i stayed consistant too. I finished the one month pilates plan and was looking for a stretch i guess this one is perfect. Lots of love Madeleine.

At first i did this consistently for a week and a half , then i got busy and try to do it atleast 2-3x a week! I can say that it definitely has helped me with mobility and flexibility , and my splits are way closer than a month ago!! ^^ consistency is key!
Ive literally done this exact session x3 in one day. Already feeling more mobile and finding release. Its amazing I cant wait to try this daily.

I just want to say thank you . I came across your Chanel . I’ve been trying to get into more Pilates . I’ve been doing yoga . As a plus size girly . Obviously i modify some of the moves that fit to my level of comfort . And so far i have enjoyed . Especially these stretches . ❤ thank you thank you . I will be trying out the day challenges
I really like this and think I will definitely do this before my shifts. Is it okay to request if we could get a few more of these that maybe target certains areas more like back and shoulders. I know for me that would be so helpful. Once again loving the videos and appreciate it all
I’ve been doing this routine before I do your pilates workouts and it’s so amazing! I’ve only been doing it for a couple weeks, accompanied with my normal hamstring stretches, and I’ve seen such an improvement with my flexibility already!!

Day 9= ✅ i can say, that i am more flexible than before but still gotta do it more
Day 10= didn't do it bcz my country is in the chaos
Day 11= ✅
Day 12-13= didn't do it i got fever
Day 14= I'm back ✅
Day 15= didn't do it bcz collage schedule is full
Day 16= im sick
Day 17= ✅
Day 18=✅
Day 19= ✅
Day 20=✅ but only half the strecth bzc im on my period
Day 21= ✅ full of the strecth
Day 22=✅ forgot to add
Day 23= didn't do it, im doing my homework
Day 24= ✅ I must say I becomes more flexible than I was before

i tried this today and can i just say how stiff my body is 😭 my legs won’t stay the same like how you did, but it’s okay. i know that if i show up everyday, my legs would not be as stiff anymore. 😂 this is fun! i’m laughing at my figure but yeah one step at a time ❤

These look pretty doable,except one thing. I get extreme pain withy knees in the floor. Suggestions? Could I use a foam pad,which still hurts but not as severely

You could use yoga blocks or a stack of books to meet your elbows higher up. Never force your body into something though, its best to loosen up gradually

Hi!! I have a question if I want to work on two parts of my body ( waist and bootylicious) can i do it alternately? for exampls day 1: waist day 2: booty day 3: stretching day 4: waist day 5:booty etc etc
