@@The.iconicVeronica_fisher I didn't actually notice when things first started changing. I have just been doing her pilates and i just NOW realize my body is more toned, i've got abs, better posture, thigh gap and other things... But er workouts are worth it and the results will not disappoint

Do I have to do the same excercise every day to see results or can I do one day abs next legs and for how long?
@@mariamostrova5691 it's best to target different body parts each day! that way your muscles have enough time to heal. So for example leg day- abs- arms- whole body- rest- repeat

Hahaha it’s bc some ppl take pause breaks some don’t! Those in between times just make more sense to say 10/15 mins :) it’s the general range of 10-15 mins
