I’ve been having some pelvic/ back issues and from what my PT says i have tight muscles. This video helped me stretch my legs and muscles i don’t use often
Really appreciating the voice overs walking you through the work out, I feel like looking at the screen takes me out of the moment so this is so helpful 💌 Also, this session was a burner and I can't wait to add it to my regular rotation 💘

Heyy just wondering what other people do for their workout routines? I usually just do 1 madeleine's pilates videos (like from the 1 month plan) per day with 1 or 2 rest days per week. I don't walk too much bc I go to a very big school with 3 floors so I'm pretty tired by the time I get home. But I'm wondering should I be doing more than just this? xoxo
