Hello Mady, I've been doing this 15 minute stretch every morning & evening for almost 5 weeks (& also, taking rest days when I feel like it). This ritual has changed my life! I am calmer, stronger, and more connected to my body & mind. I don't break a sweat, yet my entire body is so much leaner and stronger! Fat has melted away, and muscle keeps building. I love the music, the beeps, the stretches, and the entire video! I feel like I might do these stretches for the rest of my life! Thank you for this content!
May i ask you if you also can do the split now? Couse i like this routine really much but also want to learn the split. How does it look like after 5 weeks?
@@isabellarubel5420 I'm glad you asked! The split is the hardest stretch for me, but I am definitely a lot more flexible now! I think the stretches work for everyone in different ways. But, for me, I think I'll fully do the split in a few weeks! At first, I couldn't fully touch my toes for the one legged forward bend" stretches, but now, I can easily touch the bottoms on my feet! Every time I do these stretches (& have rest days), I grow in my strength and flexibility!
@@isabellarubel5420 Yes! I am so glad that I could share my experience with you! Thank you again for asking! Thank you for supporting me! I love stretching
The beeping count-in and out is super useful so I can relax into the stretch without having to look at the video for change times! The pre-shots of the pose are also very helpful - both of these make the quiet videos even more relaxing and stress free!
I watch this video every single day for 2 months now and it made my life so much better! Silence always made me uncomfortable because my thoughts never stop, but those 15 minutes are capable of clearing my whole mind and allow my body to conect my inner peace, and I always finish it with the feeling of gratitude about my life and my health. Thank you so much!
@@Ann_a- It's great to stretch before working out but be careful to not stretch too deep before a workout it's greatly increases the risk of injury, a quick dynamic stretch is best! Stay stretchy my friend!
@@ioanna5734 Yes but I do this mainly to clear my head, almost like a meditation. If you want to learn the splits or something there are better ways of stretching
1. No unnecessary introduction, straight to the video, love it. 2. No talking, just showing, love it 3. Ur face says it all, so calm, n satisfying with ur strech, love it.
I memorized this routine about 4 years ago before joining the US Army and going to basic training and it was so helpful to use and to share when I and others were feeling sore and tight and wouldn't know otherwise how to stretch it out. Now I've found your channel again about four years later and am following your videos to get more mobility. Thought you might like to know what an impact your videos can make!
Just what I needed today. Haven’t stretched or worked out in 6 months, been chronically sore and stiff. Finally got the motivation to stretch for 15 mins. Just the music and no voice was soothing and not overstimulating thank you. 🥰
@@aylibabyy8742 100% it will help you get in and out of a squat or lunge position, much easier to catch a ball for example. Just make sure you perform the stretches correctly and after you have warmed up.
One of the most irritating things to do is to keep looking up at the video to see if they've moved or changed. Your video with the timer is AMAZING! I just relaxed through my whole stretch. Best video I've found and I'll be doing more of it. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

By this routine i noticed that rather than a hype music and the person on screen encouraging you like "You can do this!!"; a calm, slower, chill one like this makes me push my limits more I absolutely loved it and i feel so relaxed now 🥺 Thank you so much for the content 💖
I'm a week into doing this video every morning, this coming week im going to do morning and evening. The beeps are so amazing, helping me concentrate on my stretch and not needing to look at the screen. Music is perfect, I can't wait to be more flexible soon my body feels so great already! Thank you Mady
Helpful tip- now that you've been doing them for awhile see if you can incorporate full deep inhalation/exhalations, releasing tension as you breath out. Sometimes as we go into a stretch we'll tense up, focus on letting it fully relax into the stretch.
Day 365. So much more flexible! So much less upset each day. I started this video in November 2021. I average 5 stretch sessions each week. I can do all of these nearly as well as you now. Thanks for the simple videos!
I did her stretching for regularly over 1 month and I increased an inch height after 18! I let my body be as it is and didn't do any workout just including more and will be consistent from new year 2022! And partially lost extra fats that I adopted during quarantine! Hope you guys will feel good about this message!

I am now 75. I have been doing yoga stretching since I was 65. Pre covid once or twice a week class. The pandemic closed my classes, and I have been doing the 15-minute body stretch daily ever since. Great way to start the morning. Does Mady have a chair yoga session. This would be good when traveling. Great job!
Day 7, my muscles feel just a little more relaxed. Pain is slightly less. I didn’t realise how inflexible I was. I’m so glad I found this. It’s now become part of my daily workout routine 👌🏾
10/31/23 I’m on year two with these stretches and I usually tire of things quickly! I love the music and am so grateful for Mady. I’m stronger now and more flexible too. THANK YOU MADY!!!
This is my favorite yoga video. I come back to this whenever I need a good stretch. The lack of talking, the music, and the helpful beeps are all perfect (and the stretches themselves)! Thank you!
Just want to let people know that if you're doing this routine for the first time without any prior experience in exercise your whole life then it's highly likely that you might not be able to perform some stretches almost exactly - like one legged forward fold or straddle forward fold. It'll take a while for your body to be able to stretch out like that so don't push yourself too hard. You will get there eventually and not everything is achieved in first try. You aren't doing it wrong just because you aren't able to do it. :)
how do i improve my flexibility? by just doing it often? some of the stretches i could do pretty much the same but soe, like the straddle i couldnt hardly move forward at all...
Totally. I had to do the "light" version of a couple of them, but I didn't judge myself for not being able to expand to the full position in a couple cases. Thank you for saying this.
This is the most amazing no-nonsense, non-beginner level, no-talking stretch ever. Thank you!! Have been waiting forever to find something simple and effective like this. Thanks once again!
Hi Mady, I am a third grade teacher (9 year old kids) from California. I use your videos in my classroom daily to start our day. My students love the easy to follow routines and the soothing music. Thank you so much!
I’ve has issues with my joints and pain all my life. I’m 17 and it hurts to even walk. Moving has always made it worse, so I never bothered exercising. Until my doctor recommended yoga. Unlike anything else, yoga hurt in a good way. For the first time in 17 years, I’ve started to move my body. It feels great. Thank you for your videos. ❤️
@@x_redcherry5298 you can modify your stretches a bit. you can bend your outstretched leg a little, you can not lean forward as much. the person in the video is very experienced so of course she’d be better than you. keep it up and you’ll get it farther than she did it. don’t feel like you have to be as good as the person
I absolutely love this stretching routine!!! I do it almost every day now. Can you please create more routines like this with just music? I’d love a 30 or 45 minute video. Thanks and keep up your great work.
My back cracked and I was like holy shit, and then by back felt better. (I have scoliosis and it causes me to have back pains but my back feels amazing right now)

It will help many people as it is very goal-oriented and specific. Plz like so she can see it! Edit: Holy!!! After six months, Mady finally hearted it!!! I look forward to it ^^
So good that you made this short „opening“ before every figure, showing the next exercise before starting. That makes it so easy to follow the stretches. No need to look at the screen for the whole time you are proceeding. I love it and would appreciate it in every video. Did you do more of them this stile? Could not find another one. Thank you and keep on. I really love your short clips. It helps to start with exercises.
yes!!! it helped me so much to mentally prepare for each exercise and understanding what i need to do so i'm not rushing to get into position when the timer starts
As a person that gets tired of the same thing very quickly, this never gets old for me. I love everything about it. One of the very few that I have saved to my workout videos. Thank you!
This is my favorite full body stretch video. From the poses she chose, to the music, to the little beeps she put in to let me know it’s time to switch. The poses are so relaxing that I always close my eyes and relax and enjoy the pose. But it is still effective that I feel the difference. Only in 15 minutes.! I can do it on my busy days.❤️
I have not enough words to express my gratitude to you and your classes. It's like what doctor recommended right now. I am emotionally and physically out of shape now, and you are helping me to get back, piece by piece. Thank you.
I've been coming back to this video almost daily and it has done so much for my physical and mental health. I don't think I've ever thanked you, so here goes - thank you.
This is a great exercise to increase your flexibility, but remember, don’t push yourself too hard! Of course stretching must hurt a little bit for it to work but not enough for you to get hurt. So if you can’t do everything or go as far as the girl in the video, then don’t force your body over your limits. It’ll come on it’s own, it’s all about consistency! Stay safe loves💕

This slow yoga floor work video is already really helpful for relieving the stress we can put on our bodies! It just takes some time and also setting boundaries so that we don't take on unnecessary stress that doesn't belong to us.
I wish I had found this years ago! This is the best 15 minute stretch video. It's like you know me and what I need!! The countdown beeps mean I don't need to strain my neck to look up at the screen!! Love this. Thank you. x
I've been doing this every other day for about 2 months now because it's so relaxing and this is the part I look forward the most on the days that I workout! At the beginning I could barely reach my calf during the one leg bend but now I'm able to wrap my hand around my foot just like in the video, such small but steady progress brings me so much joy. Truly thank you for such a great video!
You come home after a stressful day, do your workout, think a little stretching would not be bad, click on any video and suddenly the day has passed and you feel comfortable. Pure relaxation. Thanks ...
My back honestly feels so relaxed and just comfortable I guess? I’m going to start doing this every day! The lack of talking is really helpful and the beeping is not obtrusive so thank you so much :)
I've been doing this routine every morning before getting ready for work for several months. Since Covid, like many now, I work from home. The isolation was literally killing me. This video let's me do something for me at the start of my day. I've gotten stronger and more flexible. My mental state is far better. I love that it's just music and LOVE this easy jazz. I do as well! I mean she has a really lovely voice but the thing is that coz I don't understand what she is saying, I prefer that beautiful music instead:D
I love the format of this. It’s absolutely perfect for me. No talking, sound cues, unobtrusive music… 10/10! Also, your cat cow is one of the most graceful I’ve ever seen!
agreed! I tried a few but couldn't stand the chirpy talking, it's distracting and sometimes annoying, lol. This vid is perfect!
Yes I loved the cues because you need to get ready for the next flow sequence when you're q beginner and when you're doing it you're not looking at your screen so you don't know when to go to the next sequence so the little beep sound that guided you it was time for the next move was perfect for me
Hello Mady, I've been doing this 15 minute stretch every morning & evening for almost 5 weeks (& also, taking rest days when I feel like it).
Ohh wow thats nice to hear! Congratulations for your consistanly work:) Thank you really much for the information :D ♡

The beeping count-in and out is super useful so I can relax into the stretch without having to look at the video for change times! The pre-shots of the pose are also very helpful - both of these make the quiet videos even more relaxing and stress free!
I completely agree, Haifa! I love the set up of this video...could really let go and enjoy!
The beep might be useful as you say but it's also pretty annoying for a Yoga practice, it's not a relaxing sound.
Totally agree. It was so helpful to my 6 year old who enjoys doing yoga with me. ❤️
