I started exercising with Master Shi Heng Yi two years ago. I happened to stumble upon his RUclips page. It was one of the most challenging set of exercises that I ever took on. It was very different for me. But I hung in there and saw progress and results within a short amount of time, both physically and mentally. Was so glad that I found him.
I’m 47 and my muscles are stiffening up. I am going to start doing this every day because I still have 53 years left on the planet and I want to be able to enjoy my older years.

Have you thought of using a Rebounder, it is very gentle or as aggressive as you want. Stress is very low on joints qnd great for balance. You can use it indoors or outside.... it pumps your limph and will help with inflammation, especially if you give up or lessen carbs and do a gentle fast like 12 hours. All the best with your health journey.... ever bit of movement is great.

I’m getting old too & this routine is very similar to Seitai, an almost spiritual movement for health and well being; simple but thorough.
The age is just a number in mind, keep it hiden and do it several time the day😊

I am 64 and have had some physical joint issues and lack of mobility. I did these exercises and I feel a whole lot better and clear headed. I will continue daily. Grateful! 🙏
I just now finished my 1st session of these exercises. It's first thing in the morning, just out of bed. I feel amazing! So alive and fluid and energized. Very effective! I'm 70. What an amazing way to start the day! Thank for offering this.

I'm 7 years below you, I did Shao-lin temple boxing on/off for years, these exercises are simple but very important. I am 35 years old, and I have back and shoulder pain, first time I try this my back and shoulder feels so good, pain reduce a lot! now I try to discipline my self to make this my routine. thanks master!

من نزدیک ۲۰ سال است این تمرینات را انجام میدهم. ۵۸ سال دارم. با وجود داشتن یک نقص مادرزادی در لگن که باعث کوتاهی پای چپ من شده، ولی هیچ دردی ندارم، فکر میکنم بهخاطر همین ورزشهای صبحگاهی و نیز ماساژ منظم است. خدا را شکر میکنم که ۲۰ سال پیش از طریق آموزشهای کلاسهای مستر سوا کوک چویی با این تمرینات آشنا شدم. در آن کلاسها به ما گفته شد این تمرینات برای پاکسازی هاله انرژی ما خوب است. از طریق این کلاسها همچنین با ماساژ یومی هو آشنا شدم که بسیار برای مشکل مفصل لگن من کمک کرد و من توانستم با لنگیدن کمتر و راحتتر راه بروم. سپاس از خدای بزرگ و معلمان و استادانم.

This was awesome! 62 here. Some of the items were difficult, but I know the body is amazing and will adapt as I keep doing this.
I am 65 and have been following Shi Heng Yi for just a year now. I am about to sign up for the Way of Self Mastery course. They have some free courses that I highly recommend. By the way I do like their Qi Gong course. Come on guys lets get going.

One thing to point out ...The breathing really has to be done slowly in stages like yoga inhalations.
Also..the movements pace will bring more benefits if slowed down to make it more thorough .
I'm speaking from the experience as well as from the view of biomechanics of the body's stricture.

Just started these energizing exercises🙏🥰...............I found 1) I needed to do them SLOWER between each exercise 2)Not as many reps .but will increase as and when I get stronger.

This was wonderful. I was so happy to found it. I'm a 67 year old woman and started doing yoga 1978 but now I have been 10 years so tired because of cancer and everything and havent done almost nothing. After watching this video I want to start to do this every morning❤

Thank you so much for this morning wake up loosen up exercise routine a year ago I thought I'd end up in a wheelchair I had so much stiffness and pain in one hip with the neuropathy in my feet I was sitting a lot and tell everybody that what you said is true if you don't use it you will lose it but there is hope start moving and things will get better
Did this this morning.... great! I'm 53 and everything is beginning to stiffin in spite of doing years of exercise, daily activity and practicing good nutrition. Whether we like it or not, the body ages. Exercises like these help A LOT!!!

This was so doable and so needed. Simple for an osteoarthritic person that has generalized joint pain. Really like the calm manner in which he explains everything with no background noise except nature itself. Thank you. Definitely worth the subscribe. I would love to see more of this type of routine.
