10 Minute Morning Stretch for every day | Simple routine to wake up & feel good

  • Welcome to your Daily Morning Stretching Session. A beginner friendly 10 minute routine, which helps you to wake up, energize and simply feel good! This session is your perfect Miracle Morning Routine for a mindful start into your day. We combine yoga inspired movements, with mobility exercises and mindful breathing to wrap up our session!
    Do your body and mind a favour and start your day off with a little bit of daily movement. Its only 10 minutes, but believe me, it will make a huge different and you will soon feel improvements (if you do this regularly).
    Enjoy your dose of flexibility & mobility and have an amazing start into the day!
    In addition to my German voice-over-videos, I will be producing more music-only stretching and fitness content in the future, so everybody can join! If you have any video requests, please let me know in the comments.

    I love that you don't talk! A lot of exercise classes I have done in the past the instructor talks too much!

    As a deaf person, these are the best videos as you give a 5 seconds demonstration before each move, there is no talking, and you use a visual timer on the screen which enables me to relax without worrying when and what the next move is going to be. Professionally as an Occupational Therapist, I recommend these videos to autistic children as for different reasons, they like to know each move in advance, no talking, and visual timer that tells them how long each move is going to last. Please make more of these videos 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

      @@nxriis i would assume because a lot of channels explain what they are doing by talking, rather than having a demonstration before the move starts

      I do the exact same thing right now. Combining it with a breathwork session of wim hof. It really helps me with my anxiety. I can only recommend trying it out 😇

      Me too, I’m addicted to your 15 min Full body stretch and now I found another fantastic way to start my mornings! I don’t understand German so the only music are the best for me. I’d love to find a longer yinyoga class with only music 💓

    I really really love how you don’t rush everything. I’ve tried a few yoga channels but few actually give you enough time to even get into a pose, nevermind getting grounded in one. 😂 but you have the absoulte perfect pace!!❤️❤️❤️

    This is the BEST stretching video i did in a while and I stretch everyday so that’s saying a lot!! Other videos have the same generic moves all over again but this was slightly different in the best way and flowed so well (plus the music was an A+). My body never felt so lose and relaxed.     I really like the way you do not speak in your videos and get straight into the exercises. The way you have set up your instruction is most effective: you model the exercise very clearly, give a count down to let the viewer know to begin, and then you do the exercise. I love that. Sometimes, I become frustrated in exercise videos where there is a lot of talking. Thank you

    It seems like I've been searching for ages for a guide like you on the expanses of RUclips..and I finally found you! The appropriate length of the routine that wakes me up, keeps me going and never get me too tired to even start my day; the music that both relaxes my mind and at the same time gives me energy; the movements that are not hard enough for a beginner like me, but also stretch my body well; lack of the voice over, because the morning is when I want some quiet along with my own breath and thoughts; also the intro itself that immediately gives me a boost of energy!!       Toller Stretch. Auch ich mag die VoiceOver Videos mehr. Da kann man sich mehr „reinfallen“ lassen und muss nicht ständig auf den Bildschirm schauen. Und der Timer erzeugt schon ein wenig Zeitdruck.

    Guten Morgen Liebe Mady, danke für die schöne Einheit! Mir gefallen die gesprochenen Leitungen durch die Einheiten jedoch viel besser. Ich konnte irgendwie nicht so richtig die Positionen genießen, weil ich nur auf den Piep gewartet habe. Aber trotzdem danke, für diese Erfahrung! 😊

    Danke danke danke für dieses wundervolle Video wieder, Mady! Ich liebe ja all deine Videos, aber die only music Videos einfach besonders. Vor allem die 10-15 Minuten Sessions finde ich ganz ganz arg toll, weil sie sich wunderbar in den Alltag integrieren lassen und ich so besonders gerne jeden Tag ein Video „mit“ dir „gemeinsam mache“.     Ich bin gerade hochschwanger und mich plagen Schmerzen im unteren Rücken. Mit ein paar Anpassungen eignet sich der Stretch auch wunderbar für kugelrunde Frauen ;) ...und es tut soooo gut ❤
