    As a deaf person, these are the best videos as you give a 5 seconds demonstration before each move, there is no talking, and you use a visual timer on the screen which enables me to relax without worrying when and what the next move is going to be. Professionally as an Occupational Therapist, I recommend these videos to autistic children as for different reasons, they like to know each move in advance, no talking, and visual timer that tells them how long each move is going to last. Please make more of these videos 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

      @@nxriis i would assume because a lot of channels explain what they are doing by talking, rather than having a demonstration before the move starts

      Me too, I’m addicted to your 15 min Full body stretch and now I found another fantastic way to start my mornings! I don’t understand German so the only music are the best for me. I’d love to find a longer yinyoga class with only music 💓

    I've never felt so good this early in the morning, thank you so much! Best videos I've found, very easy to follow, perfect camera view to show and grasp the stretches, and as a beginner I didn't feel worried or silly trying all of these out! Will be sharing!!

    I really really love how you don’t rush everything. I’ve tried a few yoga channels but few actually give you enough time to even get into a pose, nevermind getting grounded in one. 😂 but you have the absoulte perfect pace!!❤️❤️❤️

      I do the exact same thing right now. Combining it with a breathwork session of wim hof. It really helps me with my anxiety. I can only recommend trying it out 😇

    This is the BEST stretching video i did in a while and I stretch everyday so that’s saying a lot!! Other videos have the same generic moves all over again but this was slightly different in the best way and flowed so well (plus the music was an A+). My body never felt so lose and relaxed. Thank you!

    It seems like I've been searching for ages for a guide like you on the expanses of RUclips..and I finally found you! The appropriate length of the routine that wakes me up, keeps me going and never get me too tired to even start my day; the music that both relaxes my mind and at the same time gives me energy; the movements that are not hard enough for a beginner like me, but also stretch my body well; lack of the voice over, because the morning is when I want some quiet along with my own breath and thoughts; also the intro itself that immediately gives me a boost of energy!!     I love how this is put together. Music, timer, tones, great modeling, no words. I started doing stretching and using Shiydf for almost half year (with breaks). I was 161cm , now I am 166cm!🌈❤

      Toller Stretch. Auch ich mag die VoiceOver Videos mehr. Da kann man sich mehr „reinfallen“ lassen und muss nicht ständig auf den Bildschirm schauen. Und der Timer erzeugt schon ein wenig Zeitdruck.

    I really like the way you do not speak in your videos and get straight into the exercises. The way you have set up your instruction is most effective: you model the exercise very clearly, give a count down to let the viewer know to begin, and then you do the exercise. I love that. Sometimes, I become frustrated in exercise videos where there is a lot of talking. Thank you

    Today I woke up really nervous for my driver's license exam and decided to look for some morning stretches to try and relax a little bit, and ended up really enying the exercises in the video.
    I have no idea if it is related but I managed to pass the exam! So, regardless of anything, thank you so so much for your videos, they can definitely change somone's day. 💕

    I like the no talking and not having to turn your head all the time to look at the screen . The beep tells you when your done after you have the example of how to do it .relaxing that way .

    Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.

    I usually skip over any yoga video without a voice over but I trusted the process on this one and it was LOVELY! And apparently the woman is German so voice over would be useless to me anyway. This is very well paced, well timed with chimes that indicate the start and end of a move and with enough time in between to look at the screen and see what is next. This was a wonderful way to open up in the morning.

Vor allem die 10-15 Minuten Sessions finde ich ganz ganz arg toll, weil sie sich wunderbar in den Alltag integrieren lassen und ich so besonders gerne jeden Tag ein Video „mit“ dir „gemeinsam mache“.
