  • This morning workout is the perfect way to get your body moving. It's not to intense so you can wake up and stay in your pyjamas. No Jumping or difficult exercises just big feel good moves to get the blood pumping.
    Remember everybody is different it is important to make this your workout own by taking more rest time or modifying the exercises to suit you.

    This was the first actual workout I’ve done in almost a year. I’ve tried and tried and always give up in the middle. But I finished this one and I’m so grateful for you. I’m going to be doing this everyday, this is the first sign that I’m at the start of my fitness journey ❤️ thank you so much for this

    First "beginner friendly" workout ive seen so far that is ACTUALLY beginner friendly🎉 I love that its only 10 minutes so that you will have both the energy and time to do it every day while youre building a habit and routine of working out❤❤ Havent been to the gym in a year and im really trying to get started with moving my body again so this was great

    Even though a lot people already pointed it out: I love that it’s ACTUALLY beginner friendly. Before I knew what was going on, the 10 min were over. I felt good and motivated afterwards, had a nice quick shower and was ready for the day. THANK YOU!!! 🤩🤩

      yeah!!! all the other "beginner" workouts r so complicated and hard but this one is just the right amount of physically challenging but also simple. i can actually keep up with this one instead of giving up

      Agreed - i had a bit of trouble with the half pushup and wide squat on tip toes thing but just did it a bit more modified for what I can do.

    My finals are approaching and this is exactly what I need to get ready for a big study day. I can't tell you how many times I've tried "beginner friendly" workouts that weren't beginner friendly at all. I hate jumping and cardio and this was just what I needed to wake my body up.     I'm breaking out of my depression, too. I started doing these 10 min beginner workouts about 2 weeks ago, at first it was once every few days... and then it began to be every day as I write this. The music gives me the perfect vibe, I'm glad there's a timer that beeps at the end if each set, and the movements have a good flow. I'm so grateful for this content, it's helping me gain access to feeling good about myself again 💕

    I’ve done this for around 1 week now and I feel so much healthier! When I’m done with the workout I eat a healthy breakfast and try to eat healthy the rest of the day,
    I do also have a evening workout.
    And I also just wanted to tell the ones that are reading this that the first times is the hardest, so don’t give up❤️ keep going.

    I was hard on my lazy body...and my legs muscles are aching but it was achievable and I achieved it (with a few breathless breaks 😅😅). Hope I can enjoy it one day like you do❤️❤️

      You will get there! Baby steps, for me anyways. Starting out here, with 5 min morning stretching routine moving muscles and joints first since I'm overweight and outta shape, but hoping to get to doing this every morning. Then adding maybe 10 minutes in evening, and/or walking a couple days a week, but think this is a great place to start, even if a bit hard, it's not too overwhelming. Best of luck!

    I recently came out of a horrible depressive episode that lasted me three months. I was literally bwd rotting and many doctors have told me that if i dont start working out i will have serious health issues. I already have scoliosis and chronic lower back pain. And im only 16. These workouts help me much more than you think they do thank you❤

    Oh my goodness. How many 'beginner' workouts I've tried that aren't beginner at all. But this one is perfect! I was able to do everything, didn't hurt myself, and I'm sweating with heart pumping and labored breathing. Thank you! I leave the house by seven and don't get home until five. So ten minutes seems doable to get me started. :)

    Yesterday I did day 1 of my new morning routine! This was perfect for someone who doesn’t work out at all but know they need to recover from pandemic sloth and get back to a healthy state of mind and body. Thank you for the calm music, no voiceover, countdown, and rests. I think I can actually do this!

    I love this- I used to workout for hours at a time everyday, and now all of a sudden I can barely walk up stairs or complete weekly taekwondo training, this is the first workout I've completed in months, thank you! Here's to a happy and healthy 2024!

    this was definetly beginner friendly, i'm 15 and in quarentine i've gained some weight, didn't think it was that much but i guess i was wrong, i loved exercise but i forgot how hard it is, this really helped me get back on track

    I did this for a week straight and felt REALLY good about how well I could keep up; and then I took some time to focus in on posture and really slowing down to do the workout RIGHT and suddenly it's WAY harder. Don't let it get in your head to put it off and put it off if it seems hard! Any movement is good for your mind and body, especially in these times. It's not about being perfect, it's about movement.

    So today was my first day getting back into working out in months, I’ve recently started a low carb diet and this is the perfect video to get back into it again without overworking myself!     GIRL i actually wanna thank you for this one, I recently went from a very active job to a desk job where i am doing absolutely nothing.     I haven’t worked out consistently in 20 years. I’m turning 39 in a month so I’m wanting to make some healthy changes. I’m so glad I found your video! I just finished this one and I enjoyed it so much I did the 15 minute walking workout afterwards!

    This was both a great actual warm up for people like me that are out of shape and require something low impact, and also just a fantastic format to follow along to. So many videos jump into mat exercises where you look down and I struggle to see what I'm supposed to be doing; the previews during the rests are really helpful!

      @@_nur_vivi657 In fact, I stopped exercising since this comment, imean about 4 months because I had conditions, but last year I enjoyed doing it, and yes, the result was wonderful. You will not regret it. , you'll see improvements with time and feel like lighter and lose some weight, also not feel pain in the back or Other than that. Sorry this was long but I had to explain.       @@_nur_vivi657 in fact , I stopped doing it since this comment cuz I had conditions , but I can u tell that you'll see improvements it was so helpful for me the year before , and I was exercising for four months and everyday .You will feel lighter and not feel pain in the back or any of that , also I had a abdominal muscles that was the best one hh . and yeah just keep doing it and eat healthy and good . Good luck ❤️

    Wow this was actually one of the best workouts I’ve ever done. I’m planning on doing this every morning for 3 months because it’s like working out and relaxing at the same time !!! Someone tell me how that’s ever possible!! Doing this workout made me realise I can do it yayyyy thank you so much🥺

    I needed a quick morning workout and this was fab. For a 49 y.o. man who definitely needs to get in shape, this was challenging but not impossible.
    Hope it will get me in the habit!

    With online school I def don't get enough movement, that makes my whole body is just painfull but if I get some movement in my morning routine I don't have that pain.

    I finally found something what suits me, other morning workouts which I found are pretty high intensity for me, but your workout is enough to warm up, but not that much to be out of energy for the rest of day. :DD

    Perfect easy morning routine! You sold me on the “roll out of bed/still in pajamas” feature. The less steps there are to getting into a workout the less opportunities there are to come up with an excuse to not do it!

    I used to do these exercises for 2 months. Later, I entered university and my schedule changed. After 3 months of normalizing the schedule, I returned here again. it was very nice to hear that voice again 😊.

    Absolutely beginner friendly! It helps you a lot to start doing exercise and establish a routine which is not exhausting that you actually dont wanna do! It was even extremely relaxing!!!

    here in canada its hard to do sports outside in winter as its too slippery most days. love that this is beginner friendly and still gets you out of breath in 10 minutes. i LOVE that she is showing whats next before the time starts counting. it's perfect for a busy day to get you going and moving in the morning.

    I'll repeat what many have said but this is a true beginner friendly exercise. I always felt bad about not being able to finish other 10 min "beginner" labeled routines but this is really good start for people like me who has never done a proper workout in their life.

    Just completed this. I don't know if this was gender specific, but even as a dude I enjoyed these exercises! After a while without exercise, my core feels awakened!

    I'm disabled, and while it was no where close to easy, (just for me I'm sure others will find it much easier) it was doable and a good challenge without overworking myself. This will definitely be my go-to workout until by body gets stronger and more mobile! Thank you for the amazing video!
