First "beginner friendly" workout ive seen so far that is ACTUALLY beginner friendly🎉 I love that its only 10 minutes so that you will have both the energy and time to do it every day while youre building a habit and routine of working out❤❤ Havent been to the gym in a year and im really trying to get started with moving my body again so this was great

The music gives me the perfect vibe, I'm glad there's a timer that beeps at the end if each set, and the movements have a good flow. I'm so grateful for this content, it's helping me gain access to feeling good about myself again 💕
I’ve done this for around 1 week now and I feel so much healthier! When I’m done with the workout I eat a healthy breakfast and try to eat healthy the rest of the day, I do also have a evening workout. And I also just wanted to tell the ones that are reading this that the first times is the hardest, so don’t give up❤️ keep going.
My finals are approaching and this is exactly what I need to get ready for a big study day. I can't tell you how many times I've tried "beginner friendly" workouts that weren't beginner friendly at all. I hate jumping and cardio and this was just what I needed to wake my body up. Oh my goodness. How many 'beginner' workouts I've tried that aren't beginner at all. But this one is perfect! I was able to do everything, didn't hurt myself, and I'm sweating with heart pumping and labored breathing. Thank you! I leave the house by seven and don't get home until five. So ten minutes seems doable to get me started. :)
Yesterday I did day 1 of my new morning routine! This was perfect for someone who doesn’t work out at all but know they need to recover from pandemic sloth and get back to a healthy state of mind and body. Thank you for the calm music, no voiceover, countdown, and rests. I think I can actually do this!
This is good! Im a highschool student and I do work from home, I basically sit on my chair all day. So I want to try to work out an hour before my class starts ^^
this was definetly beginner friendly, i'm 15 and in quarentine i've gained some weight, didn't think it was that much but i guess i was wrong, i loved exercise but i forgot how hard it is, this really helped me get back on track

I recently came out of a horrible depressive episode that lasted me three months. I was literally bwd rotting and many doctors have told me that if i dont start working out i will have serious health issues. I already have scoliosis and chronic lower back pain. And im only 16. These workouts help me much more than you think they do thank you❤

This was both a great actual warm up for people like me that are out of shape and require something low impact, and also just a fantastic format to follow along to. So many videos jump into mat exercises where you look down and I struggle to see what I'm supposed to be doing; the previews during the rests are really helpful!

You will get there! Baby steps, for me anyways. Starting out here, with 5 min morning stretching routine moving muscles and joints first since I'm overweight and outta shape, but hoping to get to doing this every morning. Then adding maybe 10 minutes in evening, and/or walking a couple days a week, but think this is a great place to start, even if a bit hard, it's not too overwhelming. Best of luck!

I had a interstitial cysitis flare up. I still did this small workout and not sorry at all that i did. 10 minute workout on my day off is better than no workout. Im a full time housekeeper but work outs like these are quite refreshing.
I finally found something what suits me, other morning workouts which I found are pretty high intensity for me, but your workout is enough to warm up, but not that much to be out of energy for the rest of day. :DD
I'll repeat what many have said but this is a true beginner friendly exercise. I always felt bad about not being able to finish other 10 min "beginner" labeled routines but this is really good start for people like me who has never done a proper workout in their life.

I did this for a week straight and felt REALLY good about how well I could keep up; and then I took some time to focus in on posture and really slowing down to do the workout RIGHT and suddenly it's WAY harder. Don't let it get in your head to put it off and put it off if it seems hard! Any movement is good for your mind and body, especially in these times. It's not about being perfect, it's about movement.

I have non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Diagnosed early. I’m now trying to switch my life around and starting with something slow just to begin changing my routine. The fact this has no jumping is perfect! No waking other people up. It’s 10 minutes! I can easily fit that in. I’m so grateful you made this thank you xx

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’m getting close to 50, and I’ve been extremely active my whole life. 3 years ago, I became detrimentally ill with dangerously low iron. They still don’t know where it goes, but I’m on a daily double dose of prescription iron. It’s been such a slow slog to even have motivation to workout. The times I did try to workout, I went tachycardic so badly my doctor made me wear a heart monitor for a year. One of my extremely good friends, who’s a Physio, told me to focus on workouts that boosted my self extreme first. He told me my body is ready to workout but my mind needs to remember that working out feels good. So, thank you so much Monika!!! You mean a great deal to us!
Day one I thought oh hell yeah something actually beginner and easy, barely felt like I had done a workout.. day 3 and Im actually sweating and feeling it. Everywhere. This is really good for getting every muscle. Love it 👏

Agreed - i had a bit of trouble with the half pushup and wide squat on tip toes thing but just did it a bit more modified for what I can do.

I had a interstitial cysitis flare up. I still did this small workout and not sorry at all that i did. 10 minute workout on my day off is better than no workout. Im a full time housekeeper but work outs like these are quite refreshing.
I finally found something what suits me, other morning workouts which I found are pretty high intensity for me, but your workout is enough to warm up, but not that much to be out of energy for the rest of day. :DD

I'll repeat what many have said but this is a true beginner friendly exercise. I always felt bad about not being able to finish other 10 min "beginner" labeled routines but this is really good start for people like me who has never done a proper workout in their life.

Yesterday morning I got through half of the workout,this morning I went through all of them except the last one 🤗🤗🤗 I’m so proud of my self two days strong of starting my fitness journey and today I have proven myself wrong anybody who is trying to lose weight just keep doing it Ive been making a lot of mistakes since I started but the biggest mistake you/me or anybody else can make is giving up on yourself everybody have a great morning

I'm disabled, and while it was no where close to easy, (just for me I'm sure others will find it much easier) it was doable and a good challenge without overworking myself. This will definitely be my go-to workout until by body gets stronger and more mobile! Thank you for the amazing video!

I did this for a week straight and felt REALLY good about how well I could keep up; and then I took some time to focus in on posture and really slowing down to do the workout RIGHT and suddenly it's WAY harder. Don't let it get in your head to put it off and put it off if it seems hard! Any movement is good for your mind and body, especially in these times. It's not about being perfect, it's about movement.
Mind if you share with us any videos you watched for posture? I'm in need of those right now haha

Perfect easy morning routine! You sold me on the “roll out of bed/still in pajamas” feature. The less steps there are to getting into a workout the less opportunities there are to come up with an excuse to not do it!
I have non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Diagnosed early. I’m now trying to switch my life around and starting with something slow just to begin changing my routine. The fact this has no jumping is perfect! No waking other people up.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’m getting close to 50, and I’ve been extremely active my whole life. 3 years ago, I became detrimentally ill with dangerously low iron. They still don’t know where it goes, but I’m on a daily double dose of prescription iron. It’s been such a slow slog to even have motivation to workout. The times I did try to workout, I went tachycardic so badly my doctor made me wear a heart monitor for a year. One of my extremely good friends, who’s a Physio, told me to focus on workouts that boosted my self extreme first. He told me my body is ready to workout but my mind needs to remember that working out feels good. So, thank you so much Monika!!! You mean a great deal to us!

Day one I thought oh hell yeah something actually beginner and easy, barely felt like I had done a workout.. day 3 and Im actually sweating and feeling it. Everywhere. This is really good for getting every muscle. Love it 👏
Thank you for creating something that’s actually good for beginners! I know many of us, definitely including myself, fell way behind during quarantine. But this is a very great workout for something low intensity, while still getting your heart rate up and moving your body! So so great 💖
