I was always a slim girl, but during COVID I gained a lot AND I MEAN A LOT and now couldn't go back to how I was cause I'm too lazy to do anything
Now I'm taking a step and for my own health issues I'm starting to workout.Besides this I'm doing the 'Get rid of double chin and face fat' routine

Absolutely love your routines/workouts! I'm tired of jumping and also, I have had a knee replacement that still bothers me when I do aerobic exercise. @@Amethyst.44I don't weigh myself because I don't have a weight scale hahaha, but I know my weight has gone down from the clothes I wear, what used to be tight is now looser and people comment on why my body can't get fat, I exercise at least 3-4 a week once a week, but because I follow the challenge given by Mizi, I try to do it every day and mix it with other work outs, a maximum of 45 minutes,, I maintain my diet by reducing oily food and eating more vegetables, before my face was full of acne, now it's gradually better. There are no good results without struggle, let's start taking care of our health & so many thanks to mizi for your video work outs

Hi Mizi, love your workouts - we do three of your videos everyday. Please can you create a FULL SERIES of chair workouts for disabled seniors, including leg strengthening ones to protect the knees as we are trying to avoid knee replacement surgery in both knees. Thank you in advance

thank you so much for this.have 4 kids and am breastfeeding my 18 month old.got really big upper arms and a big tummy have been doing this for 2 week now and i lost 1 kilo .i am 74 now but i would like to be atleast 68-65.im sure i will get there with this workout.♥

I'm extremely unfit 🥲 anyways
Day 1: till 6 minutes
Day 2: till 10.15 minutes
Day 3: till 14 mins ( so it's like increase of +4 mins everyday 🎉 I'll be able to the entire workout fully tomorrow 🤞)
Day 4: skipped ( had unbearable headache)
Day 5: ✅ finally completed the entire workout, but took 2 breaks of 40 seconds, one at 8th, another at 14th minute
Day 5: ✅ did it twice today 🎉
Day 6: ✅ took one 20 sec break
Day 7: ✅ DID IT 🎉 WITHOUT BREAK
Day 8: ✅ w/o break, doing it felt quite easy today ( I'm so glad of my progress, giving the fact that I couldn't go past 6 mins on the first day 😭 I'M GLAD I DIDN'T GIVE UP)
Day 9: ✅, again no break. Planning to do a lengthy workout of Mizi
Day 10: ✅, idk how many inches down I'd be, but i can certainly feel more energetic than i was before
Day 11: ✅, I still get breathless after completing this workout 😭
Day 12: ✅, was thinking of skipping today but did it anyway 🎉

I've taken break and wasn't regular after 20th day.
My main goal was never to loose weight but keep it as it is, however, I wanted to reduce my stomach area.
The result might not be as tremendous as one might assume but doing this workout,even if though it was irregular, it help me make it a habit in my daily routine to do at least 15 min workout. Mind you, I never really missed it due to being lazy, it was either me suffering from headache or stomach or having periods, or, it was because of too hot weather. It's really like fainting situation to do workout in a non AC room.
So yeah, I'm thankful to for creating this workout and also proud of me for not giving up instantly after not being able to do it fully in the beginning days.
Now I'm planning to do other workout and hopefully will be able to be regular ✨
