Im old and fat and i was flicking streaming tv and i saw this and i thought to myself, this is easy, i can do this. I really thought it would be an easy work out. when i tried it, i was horrified that i couldnt make it thru. I struggled and i thought i was going to die. This opened my eyes and committed to doing it every day. Now i find I dread having to do it, its still a struggle to make it thru, but ive lost 10# so far and im committed(or i aughta be)lol. I think theres still a better life out there, even for me. Thanks Anna
These 10 min workout feel like torture but suddenly....its over. and I think, I CAN do this again tomorrow. You CAN do it and have done it. Good work!! Life is easier with exercise😊

Ich muss sagen, dass mir die musikalische Untermalung auch mega gut gefällt. Wenn das Songs sind, die man aus dem Radio kennt, macht es noch mehr Spaß mitzumachen. Bei den anderen langen Workouts, wo eher kein Gesang ist, finde ich es zB schwer am Ball zu bleiben und motiviert zu sein.

OMG! This Tabata workout is a very fun workout. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
