I’m a 44 year old 6’1” 277lbs. male. I started stretching first thing every morning about 3 weeks ago. I’ve used other videos until I found this one. I appreciate that there’s no dialog to tire of. I like the transition beeps, along with the image of what’s next and the time to get into position. I find it adequately challenging. I feel refreshed and ready for the day. Excellent video highly recommend!
I think this playlist is best for people who wants to start over their workout journey. I used to go to the gym everyday but gained a lot of weight and now I can't do almost anything I lost my stamina and strength. But this playlist is helping me regain my muscle strength and stamina. Can't wait to try her other playlistt after I've done this one ❤
The auditory cues are a blessing. Tells me when i change stretches but also leave me enough time to look at what is next and see how she does it. The song choice is pop but calm ans perfect ans not too loud.
I usually go for a jog or walk on my usual days. But now im feeling sad and very low in energy and couldn’t bring myself to go out for a walk, and decided to do a strech instead-then i came across ur video! After doing this i really feel refreshed. Thank you!

Awesome stretch to round out the first week/half of this challenge. This has definitely taught me how helpful regular stretching/relaxation days can be to regaining your strength and working out on the other days. Did this in the evening it’s the perfect mellow stretch to chill out for the night.

My body has been hurting and feeling soo tight. I stumbled on your vidoe from my search and love it. I started stretching 2nd day now and want to do it everyday day. So refreshing and relaxing.
I don't do "workout" or "rest days" in just a leisure sports sense. I work standing up all day, using tools, often lifting heavy stuff. It gives me strength and stamina, but lacks variation and proper balance, so I'll sometimes feel exhausted but hyperactive at the same time at the end of the day. Stretches like these help me ease the stiffness and relax. Thanks

So I found this and started doing it a week ago. I seriously could not even touch my toes or some close. After just few days stretching I can reach the ground by my toes! It feels incredible.

I absolutely cannot do static stretches, they make me really frustrated and angry and bored so I had to skip through all of them or make them non-static in some way like tapping the rhythm of the song with my hands whilst I did it haha but I didn't want to skip a day in the 14 days so I tried my best even if I have come out of it feeling worse than I did going in - I'm still proud that I completed it
