this girl gives me so much motivation, she doesn't focus on purely the aesthetics, has a great personality and encourages many people like me to work out to feel powerful and not look good. absolutely loved this!! i enjoyed it and I'm a beginner. would recommend!! love ya girl 💪

One of her lighter exercises,but she still gets your heart pumping, especially on the 3rd and final round. She adds a lot more jumps.
