Really loved this ab workout. At first I was scared because it said no rests however the moves didnt burn TOO much to the point of not being able to push through them and the exercises were changed enough/worked a different ab area so that I was able to get through with no extra breaks! Please do more like this I loved it, thank you!!

Just a quick reminder, Everybody’s bodies are different, and everyone has a different motive. Don’t pressure yourself to do something if you can’t handle it, it is ok to tap out for a breather. I’m not trying to say that you don’t have to do this workout, there are absolutely no excuses to not do it, I’m saying if you can’t handle smth you are allowed to stop, don’t beat yourself up over it. As long as you do the next exercise it’ll be ok. ❤

Maybe in future, you can make some 10-15 min series, focusing on Lower Abs, Obliques, Total Abs, etc and also include Upper & Lower Body workouts, too. Sometimes, you don't have time for your normal workouts, but still want to get one in that day. However, when trying to juggle & plan your everyday schedule, things get hectic, and for many, their exercise routine, is the first to nix.😕

trying to do this for 14 days! day 1: felt the burn and was REALLY sweaty and sore day 2: did not get any easier and still very sweaty and sore day 3: very sore but found it a bit easier still very sweaty lol day 4: still sore and sweaty but found it easier! day 5: not too sore but still sore and found it more easier day 6: not very sore and starting to see a difference day 7: a tiny bit sore and seeing a difference day 8: way easier than day one day 9: i feel amazing and finding it easier day 10: seeing big difference from day one day 11: feeling stronger and healthier day 12: feeling GREAT! and its easy to to the workout now day 13: looking and feeling great! day 14: final workout was super fun!
