Just wanted to let you and everyone else know that your workout have changed my life. I'm a mum of 3 under 6 and never enjoyed exercising. My goal was to get fit by 30 and with your workout I've done it! I started in July 2021, did your 20 minute yoga everyday for 4 months to look good for a wedding. I now do 10-20 min of your bum/tum workouts everyday and I have a 6 pack and lost a dress size, something I never dreamed of. Thank you so much!
Literally did pretty much all the workouts wrong and fell 10000x times and still felt the burn 😭 I’m not even kidding I made up pretty much everything
if you’re referring to mainly the workouts where she was on her side, you might have weak hip flexors which is causing struggle on those and making them almost impossible. i have the same problem and go to PT for it, so when she does those i just do crunches, sit-ups, or dead bugs instead
My attempt to do that side plank rotation failed- tremendously. I literally rolled over on my floor🤣. By far the hardest movement ever, but I loved doing this workout as a whole! Thank you Anna 🤍
Weeeeeell "intense ab burner workout" was no understatement 😝🔥 The side plank crunch rotation was a true challenge, so hard to keep balance. Kept faceplanting the floor, lol!!!😂 But who doesn't love a good challenge!? Thank you Anna for always challenging us and making us push our limits 🙌🏼 And WELL DONE to all the warriors completing this!!! 👊🏽💥

This was the perfect finisher to a cardio workout! Some of these exercises I've never seen - the mix-up kept motivated! Had to modify, as always, since I'm trying to recover from back issues, but I know that getting my core strong is key to recovery. Thank you!

I love that you have long and short videos. I noticed that I struggle to work out regulary when I plan for 40-60 min of sport every day. These videos are short enough to have no excuses, even on busy days and they exhaust me like long work outs do.
I struggle most with the stuff that requires side planks. My arms and balance are not the best, yet.
Ahhh! 2nd time around and this is still tough!
I did this workout at 10:45 pm after a binge day. I had a goal to work out every single day, and I almost skipped but then decided to get out of bed and smash this 10 minute one. The side planks are my nemesis for sure!
