    Loved how quick yet effective this workout was! I'm currently recovering from covid and know my body isn't up to a 45min HIIT session so this was perfect!!

      I used to take lots of breaks too, 7 months after now I'm way more flexible. Don't worry it's normal just don't give up, always challenge yourself ❤

    Adding 10 min workout to your daily routine is actually very efficient. Earlier i didn't did much abs exercise more often once a week. Now during this one month programme i have started seeing the result. My waist and upper abs area has tighten up and i can also see a bit of toning. I need to work more on lower abs as you know belly fat is the most stubborn to reduce . Thank you so much anna. You are the best coach who keep me motivating for having a healthy lifestyle. Love you

    This ABS workout is definitely my favourite so far, for a person who hates working out abs and since anna makes me do it 2-3 times a week in the calendar it's a lifesaver to have found a routine that I enjoyed. My new go-to abs workout.

    I felt that my abs and core have gained strength now. So I did this workout with no rest intervals instead and then BOOM! It became a Real Killer One for me!! Nice one, thanks Anna!

    I wanna say this is a good workout and effective but always remember if this is your first time then it will be hard this is quite advance. There is differwnt form from begginer to more advance when doing all these differwnt moves just always remember we all start somewhere and practice makes perfect and always stay consistant. If you need a break in the workout then take it but make sure you always get back into it and finish rather then quit❤
