    Have just started home workouts less than a week ago and after searched for several famous female fitness RUclipsrs I think you are the best out of them. Good music and clean background, no talking and your body shape inspires me to do your workouts.

    I discovered your channel with your 4 min tabata workout on survivor song. Back then I used to take breaks during the four minute workout and now I'm able to do your 12 and 15 min ones without any break. I'm completely in your debt for bringing me this far in my fitness journey. Love you Anna.

    Thank you Anna for helping me get back into shape during my maternity leave. It’s not easy to find workouts like yours that are motivating, challenging and just blooming fun! Don’t ever stop PLEASE! P.S The many options of workout minutes and jumping or no jumping really helped me out when baby was napping ❤️

    Gonna try this every day for 2 weeks to get them abs🔥
    Goal: Lose 20 pounds
    Day 1: Did this. Super exhausting but i did it!
    Day 2: The impact and burn was just a little less, but still exhilarating
    Day 3: Holy shit this burned. I feel really happy and did this earlier than usual
    Day 4: did this and it's starting to get fun! I can see some abs forming... decided to do this two times

    For the first time in my life, I can clearly see my abs and do real pushups, thanks to your workouts. Never expected this to happen seven months after having my third baby, and one of these workouts per day, along with a clean diet, is literally all that I do. And I don't even use weights!

    I've done day 1 i didn't find it extremely hard but it was a good burn
    Day 2 ✅ it was fun and a good burn for sure

    Here is my fitness progress: I've been doing Anna's workouts since gyms in the Netherlands closed in December. Today gyms opened and I had the chance to weigh myself for a first time after months of home workouts. I've gained 9% muscles (from 66 to 77%) and lost around 10% fat (from 30 to 19%). Let's forget about the numbers, I feel stronger and happier! And I thought home workouts wouldn't work! Thank you so much Anna, your workouts are magical!

      Do you have any diet? Or only doing these exercises? Idk I’m not sure if I can only do these exercises to lose fat instead of controlling my meals as I like eating too much💩

      @@auroraho4468 hahaha sameee I love food too much. I just ate smaller and more diverse meals thinking that I can always get a snack if I get hungry... and replaced chocolate and other sweets with self-made healthy sweets like peanut butter brownies, oat cookies, etc. to escape from cravings haha (internet is full of recipes)

    It's awesome. I like Tabata but I need to modify it with low impact. I do some jumping but then I slow down without the jumping. This is really good for your abbs. WOW! Thank you.

    This workout has helped so much with my rib flare and I actually have ab definition. This is the only ab workout I like doing.

      Low impact means you’re not jumping or having your body do intense quick movements

    I really liked this one! Was really able to push myself without losing control because of the tabata style. Normally I almost cry during ab workouts but this time not haha. Wouldn’t have mind it if we repeated the moves 1-2 times to really feel the burn more. Loved it!
