This is a really good session for the core. Said goodbye to May with 25 sessions in the month and hello to June with my abs screaming. But screaming for good! Another month older yet I feel younger!

Been doing your ab workouts, CONSISTENTLY (🤣🤣), and I started noticing I’ve been developing some abs! It’s just only like a faded 4 pac, but Im able to see it gain more definition after each workout, which 2 months ago- I wasn’t seeing anything but flab 😆. I’ve never been this excited before about having abs lol. Now I can see the hype haha

But just recently I’ve been doing the ab workouts every single day, once a day- and now I’ve officially developed abs, on the upper half of my stomach. But the bottom half is still a challenge lol
@@_StrawberryShortcake1122 If you’re consistent- you’ll see them development more. I wrote that comment almost a year ago, and have been doing the workouts everyday. Since then, I’ve seen amazing results, but you have to keep going for months and months! Don’t give up 😃😃
Phew! This was so hard. After 2 c-sections, I struggled through this way more than your normal workouts. Bookmarking to come back to again and again to help me rebuild my core strength!

I have been working out to this video for half a year though I don't follow each movement exactly. I find the 10-second count down really helpful since it provides a time frame calming me down. Plus, it's uneasy to find another 15 mins no-break abs workout video.
